“I had a fantastic experience with Crystal while she looked after my 9-month-old Snowshoe cat, Mavis, during my spring break. Right from the meet and greet, she knew her stuff. She introduced Mavis to her apartment, and her pet is around the same age, Sushi, and gave us some great tips on helping Mavis settle in. The Blink camera in the room where Mavis stayed was a nice touch, allowing Crystal to check in on her whenever she was out, which was reassuring. Plus, she ensured Mavis got plenty of playtime – she understood Mavis's playful side. I was impressed by how Crystal helped Mavis and Sushi become friends. They hit it off after a little supervised playtime, which made me feel even better about leaving Mavis with her. What genuinely set Crystal apart was her communication. About: I have two dogs, a cat and a bunny. My additional kids. I watch my family's pets when they travel. My back patio and some yard area is fenced in so I can securely watch your pet. I work full time from home. Would be able to provide regular bathroom breaks, snuggles and attention throughout the day. Could do walks at lunch or after work hours. About: I’ve always had family animals that I’ve adored and that got my foot into working in rescue! I’ve work with extra small to extra large dogs, a lot of cats and some other species. I feel very comfortable with behavioral differences in different animals. I’ve worked along side very talented vets and techs that have taught me a lot about medical care, as well. I work part time at home with a dog and two cats. I take physical and mental enrichment very seriously for all animals. Any animal I’m caring for comes first everyday. A tired dog is a happy dog. I have friendly animals at home, a large crate if needed and a separate room set up for shy animals to warm up to the other animals. We have a large (not fenced) yard but we take many long walks a day to keep up with physical needs!

About: I didn’t start out as a “cat person,” but when my daughter asked for a cat in 2008, everything changed. Seventeen years later, I’ve shared my home with four beloved family cats, cared for two foster litters, and volunteered for five years at a no-kill shelter in New Jersey. At the shelter, I gained hands-on experience with socializing cats, giving oral medication, and tending to their daily needs. I know how important the little things are (like a fresh, clean litter box) because they make life so much better for cats. I take pride in providing that kind of thoughtful, consistent care. My daughter is grown (and has two cats of her own!), and my leash-trained tabby, Lavender, and I moved to Bellefonte in the spring of 2025. Rillan is definitely a dog person. Our dog loves to play with other dogs, but dogs need to be monitored so they don’t get too crazy. She has a nice outdoor fenced play area and inside open space. Like a good kindergarten teacher, Rillan makes sure each dog plays nicely, separates those that need a time out and also gives individual attention. She sent pictures and stayed in touch, just for an afternoon of doggie day care! Our dog’s day ended with a nap and snuggles with Rillan and another dog hanging out on the sofa!! Will definitely use her again!”

As a full-time college student, pet care fits perfectly into my schedule as a refreshing, rewarding break from my studies.My routine allows me to offer highly predictable and dedicated care:Monday through Thursday: I am in class during the mornings but am completely free for afternoon dog walks, feeding, and drop-in visits anytime after 2:00 PM.Friday through Sunday: I balance a part-time job, but I have structural breaks built into my weekend schedule that allow me to check in on pets, stretch their legs, and give them plenty of love and attention.Because I manage a structured schedule, I am incredibly organized, punctual, and communicative. For stay in’s I will be in the client's home, keeping the pet's routine as normal as possible. Responsibilities include feeding and watering, walking, administering medications, cleaning litter boxes, and providing companionship. I also maintain the home by collecting mail, watering plants, and managing security.

About: As a child, my family had a Maltese since he was a puppy and he lived until the age of 15 years old. His life expectancy was around 7 years old, so he was a senior dog. I learned how to take care of my dog at a young age and was responsible for taking care of him. Now, my parents and I have a puppy named Shylo Esch. He is a mix of Bernese mountain dog and mini poodle. I have attended puppy class with him at Manners N' More in Bellefonte, PA. I also frequently walk my family friend's dog who is a Labrador retriever. I grew up around dogs and learning to and caring for them, I have a deep love for taking care of dogs. When considering booking dog care, I make sure I have the availability for your pup(s) and communicate with you about it. My baby dog, Shylo Esch, has been spoiled by my parents with many toys and treats. He is treat motivated from his puppy training, leashed for outdoor walks and goes in his crate when nobody is home. I hold myself to a strong work ethic when caring for dogs by creating a disciplined yet empathetic stance when caring for fur babies or elderly dogs. In my clients home, I closely follow the rules and duties of the care they require to care for their dogs. I set up a meet n' greet with the dog and owner before committing. I like to meet the dog beforehand to see if we are a good fit by interacting, playing with or taking them on a walk with the owner around their usual route in order to gauge their temperament and comfortability with me. I ask various questions about how the owner takes care of the dog, so I can best follow their lead. I ask about daily routine activities, food schedule, treat frequency, walking time, habits, likes, dislikes, etc. I prefer to follow the daily routine and activities that the dog is used to in order to keep them on track while their owner is away. (**The app takes 20% from my pay so what's advertised is not what I get paid out**)

About: I’ve always had family animals that I’ve adored and that got my foot into working in rescue! I’ve work with extra small to extra large dogs, a lot of cats and some other species. I feel very comfortable with behavioral differences in different animals. I’ve worked along side very talented vets and techs that have taught me a lot about medical care, as well. I have friendly animals at home, a large crate if needed and a separate room set up for shy animals to warm up to the other animals. We have a large (not fenced) yard but we take many long walks a day to keep up with physical needs!
