I've had dogs since I was a kid, so I know how to care for them. Currently we have two cats and a Chihuahua named Buddy. I work from home so your pet will not be alone for long periods of time and will have frequent bathroom breaks. I work flexible hours from home so I am always available and can take breaks to play with or walk your pet. My kids are eager to help. I have a backyard and live in a neighborhood with lots of places to walk with your dog. My own dog is not aggressive towards any pets.

“Jordan was exactly what my wife and I needed for our dog Rosie. We found ourselves unexpectedly needing a someone to watch Rosie for the day while my wife and I attended a weeding in town. Because Rosie needs some special attention after having been attacked when she was younger by another dog, it was important to find someone that could take care of Rosie the way she needed. Jordan was just that. She was easy to communicate with a responsive during Rosie’s entire stay, talking me through what she was up to and sending pictures and videos as well. Jordan even went above and beyond by introducing Rosie to her wonderfully well behaved and trained dog. Rosie can be unpredictable with other dogs, but She got along just fine with Jordan’s Shepard. About: We’re happy to follow any specific instructions you have for caring for your pets while they’re with us. If your animals are staying in our home, they’ll have access to a spacious yard where dogs can play and run freely. We also have a small dog and a cat who are well-socialized and have done well with other animals during previous stays. However, if any pets need to be separated for comfort or safety, our home is set up to accommodate that easily and without stress. Our main services include boards and drop ins. We also offer house sitting services; however, please note that we are not available for overnight stays at this time. About: I love meeting new dogs and cats of all sizes! Learning what they like: toys, catch, walking, an loving is the joy of the experience. I have no issues with high energy, big dogs, or even pets that don't like new people. I want to make sure your animals are happy. Although dogs have always been my go to, who can't say no to a little Kitty? I am currently working from home some days of the week which allows for a more flexible schedule and will be able to work with you on the needs for your furry friend. Although my dog roams free inside the home, he is crate trained if needed and has a fenced yard outside. Flexibility in the needs that your fur baby has is what I am here for.
About: My family has had a dog my entire life, but I got MY first dog when I was 12 years old. He was my best friend and his name was Tucker. He was an Australian Shepherd and we spent most of our time together. I taught him how to sit and shake his paw...we even mastered a high five. Tucker and I went through life together. He was my copilot, my swimming buddy, my listening ear and the best pillow to lay my head on. In his late years, Tucker's vision and hearing were mostly gone, but he could always find me with his nose! Near the end of his life Tucker lost the connections from his brain to his back legs. I had to carry him outside to use the bathroom and that was when I knew it was time to let him go. Tucker passed away in my arms in October of 2021. My life was forever changed by my furry best friend. He was lucky to have a furry friend for the last 5 months of his life. We adopted an American Staffordshire Terrier in July of 2021 and he has brought so much joy to our home and has helped my kids with the passing of Tucker. Rumble is our puppy and I have house trained him and he is very good with kids and other dogs. I am currently working from home so it gives me a lot of flexibility to let your pups out to play and to make sure they have a lot of free time throughout the day. My lap is always free for any pup that needs a seat and some back scratches! I have a very friendly dog that would love to have play time with your dog, but I also have a crate for my dog should they need some time apart. I have a large back yard and I have 30' leads for the dogs to run around on. I am willing to give treats if you wish and your pup is welcome to bring their favorite toys and a blanket from home to smell for comfort.

About: My whole live I have always had animals and/or was surrounded by them. I have taken care of families pets and homes since I was around 10 and have had my own pet care experience since I was around 6. Pets are family. And with me, they will be treated as such! This summer my availability is open and flexible due to only working part time. I have a lot of weekends open and even more weekdays. During my time with your pets, I will focus on keeping them active and using enrichment techniques when needed. If you have pets with a bit more anxiety, we can also relax at home.

“Jean did an absolutely wonderful job in caring for our 13 year old Puggle. She sent updates and pictures during his overnight stay. Her home is VERY clean and completely set up for dog boarding. She’s not only knowledgeable about dog care but truly showed an interest in making sure our dog was comfortable and well taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to request boarding with Jean in the future.”

“Jo-Ellen is an outstanding Rover host!! She really went above and beyond to make sure Zoom was comfortable given this was only his second rover stay. I'm grateful for the A+ communication and attention given to Zoom. Her place is in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic and lots of grassy lawns. Definitely will be leaving Zoom with Jo-Ellen during future travels!”

“Amanda was very nice, it appeared she was kind to him, and Tweety seemed to be happy with his stay with Amanda and her family. The living quarters were nice and they were clean. She understood all my concerns and why I had them. I feel she is a good fit for Tweety and I. I feel comfortable with another visit. I feel much better today (December 2, 2025) since I was able get out and relax. This was a first for me getting out for a day and doing something for myself. Tweety seemed to be happy with the experience he had with Amanda and her family.”

“Our dog loved Lynnea! Lynnea was so attentive, considerate, and caring toward our baby girl. She can be very anxious and needy when being introduced to new environments. However, coupled with Lynnea’s own dog (who is so playful and cute) and her home being warm welcoming, our dog loved being there. We were updated with pictures throughout her whole stay. She loved all the snuggles and cuddles she was able to receive and was never alone. She came home nice and tired :) Sky looks forward to another visit!!”
