I work a full time job outside of pet sitting. I’m gone from 4-10/11 at the latest, and my off days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. My schedule is very flexible, so if there are any issues with my work schedule, it can be moved around. I’m typically gone between 6-8 hours depending on travel time as well. “First and foremost, it was clear from the time of the meet & greet that Natasha really loves cats, both in things she talked about and how she reacted when they peeked out and showed their faces. That was a really important thing for us. Her communication was great from the initial contact, even confirming the meet & greet about an hour ahead of time, and that continued during our time out of town. She asked conscientious questions about things we might or might not want her to do (both with the cats and in general with the house). She included some detail in the Rover Report Card each day so we knew how the cats were doing, whether they were interacting with her, etc. And we got daily photos, even if/when they stayed in hiding. That gave us a great sense of comfort to see their faces each day---like most people, we're very attached. With other places (including a boarding facility), we haven't gotten daily pics, and it really made a world of difference that we did. We're very happy with everything and would absolutely have Natasha check on the girls when we're out of town again.”

About: I started training dogs at a very young age, and decided to make it into a career a few years ago. I specialize in fearful and reactive dogs, the overlooked and misunderstood. I have open availability Saturday through Tuesday! Even on the other days I am working, I’m always working with dogs. About: I graduated with a BS in animal science with a companion animal emphasis, obtaining knowledge/experiences through classes, labs, internships, and employment. I worked as a veterinary assistant and kennel tech throughout undergrad seasonally and for several months post-grad at 2 different clinics. I also worked as a wildlife rescue & rehab intern and aquarist intern during undergrad, focusing on animal care and husbandry. Lastly, I have owned/helped care for family pets almost my whole life (including rodents, rabbits, and a dog) and have pet sat dogs and cats for family friends/neighbors on the side. I recently graduated from my graduate program and am beginning a full time gig on July 6. In the meantime, I am able to fulfill pet needs with a relatively open schedule and will attempt to continue on days off/if otherwise manageable upon my start date. I will not make myself available if the time allotted is not appropriate to truly care for your pet. I deeply care about animals and would love to do what I can, especially since I cannot have my family pup & chinchilla with me at school. I will surely abide by clients' wishes regarding their caretaking directions and preferences. I will also be mindful and respectful of being in another person's space, and clean up after myself and the fur babies.
About: I’ve walked dogs since I was 12. I’ve had my own pets for 5 years now. I have experience with puppy and kitten care. Currently have a dog and a cat. I’m in college Monday and Wednesday 9-4/Tuesday and Thursday 9-2. I am free all weekends and most evenings. I can do overnight care if requested. I have a long lead for my backyard. I am typically scheduled 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday but experience cancellations throughout the week where I’m typically home before 4pm. Leaving my morning availability open, possibility for mid day potty breaks when I experience cancellations, and my afternoon/evening open for walks, drop-in visits, and house/pet sitting duties. When caring for pets in the client’s home, I like to stick to the pet’s routine to avoid any changes in their typical schedule. I take extra precautions when it comes to open doors, ensuring they are correctly and safely in their crate when applicable, and accompanying them when outside for potty breaks. Safety is my number one priority as I know it would be devastating if any accidents were to happen and I am proactive in covering all the bases to ensure that they do not.

About: I’ve been around pets all my life. From the moment I was born we had cats and my family members had dogs. My cousin trains dogs and has been for 3 years, she gets them as little puppies and I am always around them. I walk dogs frequently and am around them frequently! I help a lot of people dog sit! They all have lots of energy and get walked 2 times a day! I also have a cat named Green Bean! He’s like a cat raised by dogs, he’s not normal.
