“This was perfect for what I needed. We had no local friends or family that could take our cat. We were going to be away but he couldn't be at the house because we were having work done on it while we were gone. They took our cat into their home. I was surprised to see they had other cats when I arrived. But one question on the survey was if your pet does well with other cats, which he does, but cats tend to not be friendly with new cats initially so I was a bit worried they'd fight, but they had a separate area, a sun room that they allowed Sox to adjust in and during the week they had sent pictures of him being inside the home on the couch so obviously it was fine. I actually never met or dealt with Sarah only her Mom. Which I felt was odd. I was expecting the person pictured, the person I paid. Her Mom was lovely and clearly there were no issues and my cat was returned safely to me, I just felt it was odd the Sarah was sleeping or "resting because she works a lot" both times I was there. I didn't take any stars off my review for that, because again the service accomplished what I needed which was my cat to be cared for outside of my home.”

About: I took care of two of my neighbors cats and the one I never had issues with allergic wise but the other neighbors two cats I did and thats actually how I found out funny enough. But I dont mind watching them and spending time with them. It really does not stop me from doing a job. I dont mind cleaning up after them and doing litter boxes. I do like to meet the owner(s) and their pets a week or so BEFORE watching them just to make sure everyone is on the correct page and is getting along before being on my own with your babies.
About: Although I have had cats throughout my life, I always considered myself more of a dog person. Over time, however, my experiences have led me to appreciate both cats and dogs equally. I currently own four cats, including a former stray mother cat named Jasmine, who gave birth to her kittens in my apartment. After caring for the litter, we were able to find homes for four of the kittens and ultimately decided to keep one along with Jasmine. I also have my own cat Clemtine who I've had since 2022 and Pennywise, who is my friend's cat who sadly passed away. Raising and caring for them has deepened my appreciation for cats and strengthened the bond I have with them.

About: We’re happy to follow any specific instructions you have for caring for your pets while they’re with us. If your animals are staying in our home, they’ll have access to a spacious yard where dogs can play and run freely. We also have a small dog and a cat who are well-socialized and have done well with other animals during previous stays. However, if any pets need to be separated for comfort or safety, our home is set up to accommodate that easily and without stress. Our main services include boards and drop ins. We also offer house sitting services; however, please note that we are not available for overnight stays at this time. We have a large, open yard where dogs can play and get plenty of exercise, as well as a designated playpen area in our basement for indoor fun and safety. If we’re caring for your pets in your home, we’re happy to follow any specific guidelines or routines you provide to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.

About: I've had dogs in my life since I was in my 20s. I have crate and potty trained all my dogs. I have patience and compassion for dogs. I would often meet up with friends and family at house party gathering and dog park gatherings to socialize my dogs and to show them love, companionship, and that they are a member of the family not only a pet. I've kept and cared for dogs until there dying age and paid for there cremation. I am indeed a dog loving person. I am currently taking care of my mom who has dementia 24/7 and I am home with her all day. The only days I'm out the house is when my mom or myself have a doctor's appointment. About: I have grown up my whole life with animals. From little critters in cages to many dogs and cats. As a animal lover, I strive to give every animal the best life they can have. I take pride in teaching my own children and others just how special animals are and how to treat them with respect, tenderness, and correctly. We are a small family with 3 children, 5,6, and 17. I work part time night and spend most days around the house. My husband is currently a stay at home dad and spends his days at home as well. All of our children are in school so our house is empty and quiet for a good part of the day. We do not have a fenced in yard so leashes are required, but we do have a gated porch for extra security for sneaky ones. We do have 2 dogs and a cat. Both dogs are in their maturing years and spends most days and night sleeping somewhere. They are friendly and love meeting new friends, but we do have gates through the house if needed, as well as crates. Our cat is friendly but quite antisocial, and is unseen most days. We do have children, but all have been taught since a young age how to be kind and careful with animals. They have learned to respect boundaries as not all animals are the same.

We told Michael about it when we arrived and he was more than willing to take care of him. Turns out that our dog had a what appeared to be a partial blockage. Michael without hesitation was willing to take him to our vet to be diagnosed. He then faithfully gave him his medication all while communicating everything with us. We are more than grateful.
