“Equasia is a beautiful person with a kind and generous soul. I was in a bind, looking for someone to watch my cat Leonidas, who has diabetes this past holiday weekend. I was going for knee surgery the Monday after the holiday and needed a safe place for him to stay. Equasia was willing and able to watch him, being ok with giving him his medicine at such short notice. We spoke on the phone so we could have a brief introduction and I was sold. Not only was she able and willing to watch him but I had no way of picking him up after my hospital discharge and she was willing to bring him home. She went above and beyond the care and support that was needed. She kept me posted daily on how he was and sent me pictures of him as well. I will be going through this surgery again and I will be making arrangements with Equasia for care of my little guy Leonidas. She wasn't just a pet sitter, she was a pet parent and she cared for him as such. 5 stars, I will always go to her if and when I need extended pet care. She provides a comfortable home for a newcomer, making it a safe space for him. I couldn't ask for a better place and person to watch over Leonidas. I’m currently taking a break after surgery and decided to go for the rest of the year at home focusing on myself so I love animals I haven’t been able to stay in one state long enough so I don’t own one yet, but I hope to one day old one again and I just enjoy helping others. About: I have a background in dogs and horses having had dogs my whole life and horses indoor over half my life. I have worked with special needs dogs as well, providing medications and medical intervention. I also can provide light aid in training, as I have experience in training my personal dog. I try to provide messages and pictures once per day as well! I’m currently receiving my doctorate degree and spending the next 5 months in Pennsylvania finishing school and have a bit more flexibility throughout my weeks. About: I’m familiar with almost every breed, and have been training them since I was 10 years old. My last dog was a therapy dog I took into nursing homes, but his time has past. :( I have all my time to spend with your pets. I am available weekends too, very flexible schedule. Will walk daily and play with them depending on age etc. I have a fenced in yard with no other pets. I am looking for a dog for myself to adopt and turn into a therapy dog, so I don’t mind training or corrective actions if wanted/ needed. “This place, just a few miles out from Bath PA, is an old farm in the process of renovation. It served as a perfectly lovely situation for my little dog to have a few days at "camp." There are resident pets who seemed to welcome the visitor ans make friends quite quickly. Michelle kept my " Boots" close to her but pretty free to roam and explore the farm on a long lead. Many pictures demonstrating his happy exploration of the setting were provided. Michelle was very helpful and flexible about the need to unexpectedly extend the stay and handled the details with Rover quickly and effectively. I had no concerns about my pet's welfare and contentment. I miss my little shadow when I'm away, but found him happy, relaxed and in fine shape when I picked him up. I am glad to recommend this place and sitter highly and quite likely to recommend this sit highly and am quite likely to use it again.”
