About: I’ve owned dogs for 30 years, including an English Bulldog and a French Bulldog. I have firsthand experience caring for medically complex, high-maintenance dogs and understand the patience, attention, and consistency they need. After recently losing my Frenchie, I miss being around dogs, but I am not ready to own another one yet. I’d give your dog dependable, attentive care while enjoying their company. I’m retired, so my schedule is flexible. I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention, companionship, and care they need. Pet care will easily fit into my daily and weekly routine. I’m also available during weekdays, when many pet owners are at work. In my home, dogs are family and welcome throughout the house. We have a securely fenced yard and a gated porch for safe outdoor time. I can crate your dog if that is part of their normal routine, or they are welcome to sleep in a bed if preferred.

About: Cats have always had a special place in my heart, and I have years of experience caring for cats with all kinds of personalities and needs. I currently have three rescue cats of my own, each of whom came into my life in a different way. Recently, I rescued two separate litters of kittens and helped care for them, including bottle-feeding and providing the extra attention and patience that young kittens need. One of those rescues also brought Momma into my life, and I ended up adopting her! My other two cats are rescues as well, both of whom I personally helped save and give a home. About: I grew up with dogs and have loved animals my entire life. I have been a pet sitter for many friends and neighbors over the years and had my own canine companion for 10 years. She passed away in November of 2023. Animals deserve to be loved and treated like family. I promise that your dogs will be treated very well and that they will truly enjoy their “vacation” at my home. It’s difficult to leave your “loved ones” in the care of others and I know that feeling. Rest assured that they will be cared for and spoiled to the best of my ability! I am a behavioral therapist who works with children and families. I am home for most of the day and this worked perfectly when I cared for my late dog, Arwen. I do not have any pets currently. I have an elevated deck that is only accessible from the house. It is surrounded and my dog loved to spend time out there basking in the sun. I have a yard but it is not fenced in. My neighborhood is quiet and very dog friendly.

My schedule is flexible due to my freelancer life. I can set routines with your pets if needed. I’m great at following instructions and will make sure to communicate with you updates. Whatever you need, I got you covered. I’ll visit your home and follow whatever routine you provide me for your fur baby. If dogs are allowed to go on adventures, I like taking them to dog parks or petco for a treat. Animals are a large part of both of their lives, and one of the many things that bring them purpose in life. At 19 and 20 years old, both sitters have above average experience for their ages. Hickory is certified in dog training, animal husbandry, and herpetology. Alex is not certified, but has plenty life experiences and volunteer hours at animal shelters such as South Hills Pet Rescue. What animals can we care for? : Dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, fish (both saltwater and freshwater), bearded dragons, geckos, snakes. What animals can we NOT care for? : Monitor lizards, birds, farm animals, bite risk pets, pets needing injected medication. Both sitters are working part time, and have plenty of time to care for your pets. If anything were to come up, owner and calendar will be updated. We own two dogs with PTSD, and are currently in the process of adopting a stray cat with dead tail. Our pets are fed breakfast and dinner, given oral medication, and are given ample time to play outside. Our aquatic pets are fed once daily with fasting on Sundays, and their water is tested and changed weekly.

I already watch my friends and family's dogs on a regular basis, and I'd love to do the same for you! Dogs only please! I can't accept cats or house sitting requests at houses that have cats around as I am very allergic. I work from home and my schedule is flexible, so I have plenty of time and flexibility in my schedule to make sure your dog gets the proper time. I will always treat your pet with love and respect like it's my own. I take the care of my own pet extremely seriously, so I understand how important they are to you. About: I’ve been around dogs and caring for animals since I was 10 years old. I’ve owned a boxer for the past 10 years, which has given me hands-on experience with daily care, exercise, feeding, playtime, and understanding dogs’ different personalities and needs. Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, check in on, and care for their pets while they were away. I’m patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I recently finished student teaching and currently have interviews for teaching positions throughout the summer, so my schedule is very flexible. I’m available most weekdays and have open availability on weekends as well. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel comfortable, active, and cared for. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for whether I’m in my home or a client’s home. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and routines to help pets feel relaxed while their owners are away. I pay close attention to pets’ behavior and needs and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. I also keep a clean, safe environment and treat every pet like they’re my own.
About: I have had animals all my life. I have also worked with trainers and have hands on experience. I rode horses competitively for many years so am comfortable around any animal. At my childhood home I have a German Shepard and a Shih Tzu, along with two cats. In my own home I have two cats and a dog. Not at my home but I do have a horse! Have cared for multiple horses over the years along with barn work. I am currently a nanny about to start massage school in the summer! I also provide pet care of my employers. I have evening and weekend availability. I’ve worked with small and big dogs. I don’t think I’ve ever met an animal that hasn’t liked me. I’m very patient and trustworthy. I also know how to properly interact with cats.

About: I’ve owned dogs for 30 years, including an English Bulldog and a French Bulldog. I have firsthand experience caring for medically complex, high-maintenance dogs and understand the patience, attention, and consistency they need. After recently losing my Frenchie, I miss being around dogs, but I am not ready to own another one yet. I’d give your dog dependable, attentive care while enjoying their company. I’m retired, so my schedule is flexible. I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention, companionship, and care they need. Pet care will easily fit into my daily and weekly routine. I’m also available during weekdays, when many pet owners are at work. In my home, dogs are family and welcome throughout the house. We have a securely fenced yard and a gated porch for safe outdoor time. I can crate your dog if that is part of their normal routine, or they are welcome to sleep in a bed if preferred.
