About: Growing up, I always had pets around my home. From a docile miniature Dachshund to an excitable (perhaps… crazy?) German Shepherd, I have taken care of dogs of various sizes and personalities! I love both over-excitable pups and older dogs who need extra support and care. In the past, I have spent time volunteering with Mastiffs to Mutts Rescue to transport rescue dogs from their foster homes to their forever homes, so I have experience handling very large dogs! I currently have two gray tabbies (a bonded pair of sisters) and grew up with other feline friends. I understand the kind of care they need when their favorite humans are away, whether they are skittish or brave adventurers! I'm currently a music teacher in Washington County, so I am tend to only take clients over holidays and throughout the summer months. I am also available on most weekends with at least 2 days notice. I live in a small home with my own cats, so I am not available for pet-sitting in my own home. However, I have experience pet-sitting and house-sitting and take extra care when in someone’s home. Security and safety of your pet and home is my first priority. About: Hi there! I work from home my two available days a week, which means your dog gets 24/7 companionship, frequent backyard potty breaks, and mid-day snuggles on the couch. I grew up with dogs, and I have experience with everything from puppies to seniors. I am experienced with medication administration, limited mobility, and managing separation anxiety. I live right by Bird Park and in a very walkable neighborhood, and can accommodate 2-3 walks a day - but if your dog is happier cuddling/sleeping inside, that’s okay too! I’d like to match your dogs normal routine as much as possible and make sure they get as much play and rest time as they need. Your dog will be safe and happy with me! I currently work from home two days a week (Monday and Friday) so I will be available 24/7 on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. I request that you give me your dogs normal schedule, and I will follow it exactly to make sure that they are comfortable and happy. I am available after 3pm Tuesdays through Thursdays. “My experience boarding our pup Willy with Megan and her family was wonderful. Several weeks before our boarding and before I even confirmed the booking, Megan invited me to visit and make sure our pup would be comfortable or a good fit. Only once it seemed like it was going to be good for all of us did move forward. Willy stayed for a week. Megan was not only attentive to his usual routine but kept us updated with photos and notes about how he was feeling (he gets anxiety over storms).
