About: Being around dogs has been the foundation of my life since the age of 3. From caring for my own pets, helping our neighbor who bred collies, and caring for dogs while also caring for my patients at work as a home health occupational therapist, I feel like every pet is part of my family. My heart is full around any four legged friend and I strive to care for them, show them the deepest love, and teach them as I do my own children. It’s in my blood! I currently work as a home health OT with a flexible schedule during the day. I also have windows of time during the evenings and weekends to care for any pet. Teaching my sons responsibility and skills required to care well for animals are just an added bonus! I own my home with a large yard in the rear of the home. I’m also able to provide in-home boarding as I do not currently have a pet in the home. About: I am home a significant amount during the summer and can provide all the love you would if you were home with your own pet! I know it is difficult to leave them behind, and will make sure they have all the love they need. I am a caring, dog-loving person with children. Your pet will be treated like one of our own. I do have a friendly Golden Retriever who loves making new furry friends. As a teacher, I'm home all summer, so your dog will receive plenty of attention, playtime, companionship, and love throughout the day. I provide a safe, loving environment where your furry family member can feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you're away. Days and times will vary August-June as we head back to school. Though I do not have a fenced in yard, I can provide ample yard space and wooded areas both behind and on the side of our home. I do live on a side country road and do not receive a ton of traffic. I will also walk or use a tie out as requested.

During the summer I have plenty of time to take care of pets though during the school year certain times of day I won't be available due to classes. About: Many years ago I used to take care of my neighbors' golden retriever. This led to dog-sitting at my house, house-sitting, cat-sitting, plenty of dog walking, as well as some hiking with dogs. Even now, golden retrievers are one of my favorite breeds. Whenever I have a Rover booking I try to spend as much time with the dog as possible. For short stays (1-4 days) I usually don't have to leave the dog home alone at all. For longer stays I try to minimize time away and when I am out it's typically very brief - running a couple of errands, grocery store, etc. My house has a large, well maintained yard with plenty of room for dogs to play and "do their business". My yard isn't fenced, so I'll keep dogs on a leash at all times when outside. If your dog likes hiking I'm an avid hiker and have found that hiking always goes better with dogs!
About: I've had pets throughout my life, mostly guinea pigs. I've recently rescued a dog from a shelter with a horrible past. Poor Chip was hit by a car and was sent back to the shelter after a previous adopter said he was too much. Turns out he needed FHO surgery and tons of training. I'm a newbie with training, but have been working on commands and Chip is a completely different and happy dog. My neighbors can vouch for my dedication for the health and well being of dogs as I treat my Chip as a family member. I will be doing this part time as I finally got full time employment. I will frequently update my schedule as I know my availability. I am free mostly during the day. I will make sure the feeding and/or water is on time, the dog(s) get plenty of human socialization, and walks whenever needed. I will also try to train them to do commands such as sit, stay, and down as they're pretty important.

About: I have had all different animals all my life. I grew up working on a family farm, so I have experience with all different animal species. We currently live in Berlin with our 4 children, Great Dane Bella, and a mixture of farm animals. I attended PSU studying animal science, minoring in equine science. I am excited to meet your furry family members! I currently am a stay at home mom, so I’m very flexible! I am available for visits, drop ins, walks, day sitting in my home, and overnight boarding. I have a fenced in yard connected to my house, with locks on the gates. I also have an outdoor dog kennel and dog house if you have a dog that stays outdoors. In the home we have an older Great Dane, but she likes to keep to herself and is a certified couch potato. We have several gates up in our house to keep pets safely separated. I welcome dog crates if you have them, or I do have a few I could use here if that is easier. We have a large property where we can take walks, or we even live close to a bike trail we can walk at. I have done drop in visits for puppies and dogs in the past, and have had great feedback. I can stay for a length of time and let your pets get some exercise and play. About: Who can love your little ones as you do? I was licensed for child daycare in Colorado for over 10 years. We are animal lovers and guardians of two little dogs. Adults who love and understand the needs of little fur babies. We would love to get to know your special one too. Please make sure you add all of the info for the vet you use. All dogs will need to be current on vaccines and flea and tick care. Please keep in mind when you pay for one day it covers you for 24 hrs. So if you bring your baby at 6 a.m. you will be covered till 6 a.m. the following day. Any hours after that is $6.00 an hour. If you book for more than a weekend, I can be flexible (1 to 2 hrs) due to flight delays, etc. Thank you! I'm currently not working outside home so no matter what your little ones will have someone here at all times. I feed everyone seperately and we walk when weather permits. We have potty pads available for comfort in between outings. I allow access to my whole home and will enjoy a walk once a day or more weather permitting. We have a great time individually and daily with all our little ones.

About: While I have the most experience with cats due to having my own cats, I have grown up around many dogs. My family had a chihuahua growing up, and many of my family members have had dogs such as dachshunds, terrier mixes, GSPs, and labs, and I would watch and walk them when my family members went on vacation. I also have some experience with some odder pets like hamsters, freshwater aquariums, or feeding crickets and bugs to spiders (or other carnivorous bugs), geckos, and frogs. I am also knowledgeable of and comfortable handling reptiles and birds :) I am currently a full-time student and work part-time on the weekends. About: Ive taken care of dogs every size. teaching new tricks, going on walks, and ice cream is something I enjoy doing with a fur baby I currently work full time night shift. I can’t wait to meet you and your fur baby 💕 *REPEAT CLIENTS WILL RECEIVE A DISCOUNTED PRICE* 9/26/25 UPDATE PLEASE READ DETAILED STATEMENT AT THE END OF THIS INTRODUCTION IN REGARD TO THE REVIEW LEFT BY DEBBY THAT WAS COMPLETELY UNTRUE- UNFORTUNATELY ROVER WILL NOT DELETE REVIEWS REGARDLESS OF THEM BEING A DEFAMATION AND COMPLETELY FALSE. MY DETAILED RESPONSE TO THE REVIEWED LEFT BY DEBBY- I wanted to give a detailed breakdown of what happened with Debby since rover will not take down the review even though they did a thorough investigation with photos/video and nasty messages sent by Debby to me. I took on this booking even though I had a gut feeling not to, but I ignored it and I wish I had not done that. I was asked last minute by Debby to care for her diabetic cat, she told me her cat was great with strangers and would have no issue with taking the insulin shots from me (lie number one). The morning of my first visit, Debby had messaged me informing she had birds in the house and to not pay attention to them.. now let me start off by saying that due to a past traumatic experience with a previous clients birds, I have developed a fear of being near them in close spaces (to which she pokes fun at in her review) and had I known she had them, I would not have accepted this booking. I was hesitant to enter her house but she said they were in a cage so I proceeded with the visit, upon opening her door one of the birds almost FLEW OUTSIDE because they were NOT in a cage(lie number two). I was immediately concerned by this not only due to my fear of birds but due to this being a safety risk considering the birds could’ve flew out the door if I didn’t get to it in time. After this happened, I wanted to turn around and leave but I couldn’t because I needed to give her cat an insulin shots. After I went upstairs, I could not find the cat anywhere and after ten minutes I found her hiding under the bed hissing at me, she was in no way friendly towards strangers. I did my best to get her to come with me, I was at the visit way longer than the scheduled 30 minutes to try to make sure her cat got the shot. After I was finally able to lure her out with a treat, I had to quickly grab her and administer the shot.. she clawed at me and bit me several times (photo proof was sent to rover). I was very taken back by this visit due to unexpected birds and a cat who was the complete opposite of what their owner described. I felt unsafe to continue the booking and feared that due to the cat’s unwillingness to come to me that she might not get her shots injected properly so her health was my number one priority, I immediately called rover support to report everything that had happened and I also informed Debby at the same time. Debby was awful to me, made fun of me and treated me with complete disregard and through all of that, I still remained calm, collective and professional. After she had hinted at threatening me, I cut off all contact with her and immediately reported that to rover as well. At that point it was now rover and Debby’s responsibility for the cats care, I felt even more unsafe after the awful things Debby said to me. I didn’t have to but I even worked with rover to find another sitter and wanted them to make sure they made others aware of the trust situation, I even offered to take the cat it’s vet or local cat sitting agency but that was denied and rover told me they would handle it all. After one week, I found that my rover account had been suspended and I had to call rover and speak with over ten different reps in one week to get my account back.. finally after they realized I had done NO wrong and it was all the pet owner, I got my account back and a lengthy apology from Rover. Upon getting my account back, I noticed Debby had left that review and I was devastated by that. I have worked so hard on this app to give the best care for others animals and that’s been proven by every other review just for hers to completely destroy all the good I’ve been doing by lying. I’m truly upset with Rover for not only allowing that review to be left there, but for allowing Debby to even still have an account after her lies, threats and defamation. I hope that no other rover sitters go through what I did with her. With all of that being said, I refuse to delete my account and start over as I want people to see all the good I’ve done and to be aware of what truly happened with Debby. I hope to continue to provide the best care possible for all my current rover clients and future ones, please do not let one woman’s lies deter you away from someone who truly loved and care for animals with her whole heart. About: Being around dogs has been the foundation of my life since the age of 3. From caring for my own pets, helping our neighbor who bred collies, and caring for dogs while also caring for my patients at work as a home health occupational therapist, I feel like every pet is part of my family. My heart is full around any four legged friend and I strive to care for them, show them the deepest love, and teach them as I do my own children. It’s in my blood! I currently work as a home health OT with a flexible schedule during the day. I also have windows of time during the evenings and weekends to care for any pet. Teaching my sons responsibility and skills required to care well for animals are just an added bonus! I own my home with a large yard in the rear of the home. I’m also able to provide in-home boarding as I do not currently have a pet in the home. I also am able to offer drop-in services to address any home needs (mail, plant care, shoveling or vacation mowing), dog-walking, and light housework. About: I am home a significant amount during the summer and can provide all the love you would if you were home with your own pet! I know it is difficult to leave them behind, and will make sure they have all the love they need. I am a caring, dog-loving person with children. Your pet will be treated like one of our own. I do have a friendly Golden Retriever who loves making new furry friends. As a teacher, I'm home all summer, so your dog will receive plenty of attention, playtime, companionship, and love throughout the day. I provide a safe, loving environment where your furry family member can feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you're away. Days and times will vary August-June as we head back to school. Though I do not have a fenced in yard, I can provide ample yard space and wooded areas both behind and on the side of our home. I do live on a side country road and do not receive a ton of traffic. I will also walk or use a tie out as requested.
About: Ive taken care of dogs every size. teaching new tricks, going on walks, and ice cream is something I enjoy doing with a fur baby I currently work full time night shift. I work 12 hrs shifts so my other 4 days during the week are open to helping other animal lovers with their babies. Because without the help I receive on my work days I would b very stressed. I have an unfunded yard but I love going on walks. Me and my dog ( henny) are always going hiking, fishing, to the dog park, or just out for a car ride.
