“We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much! About: I have had animals since I was a little girl. From mice, guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs and cats- I’ve taken care of them all! Last year I took in my mom’s dog since she moved and couldn’t take her along, so technically this is my first time owning a dog (on my own), but there has always been either a dog or a cat in my home growing up, so I have dealt with it all- accidents, anxiousness, and everything in between. I have also been able to teach my dog some new basic tricks, despite her being 13! I am very patient, determined, and caring. I currently work full time, 2nd shift 3p-11:30pm, so I am available M-F up until 2pm when I need to start getting ready for work. I wake up early and take my dog out right away, then again in about 3ish hours, and then right before I leave for work to ensure that I don’t come home to an accident, and then she potties and eats dinner when I get home. On the weekends, I’m home probably 90% of the time, so we go to the museum, dog park, and for the most part, she runs all of my errands with me! Despite me living in an apartment, I do still have a yard in the front and the back of the building, so if my dog (or yours) isn’t feeling up for a walk (or the weather isn’t great) there is still grass for them to go to the bathroom. I do not mind about my dog being on my furniture- it’s her house too! That is how it would be for your pet too! I also have a small balcony, where me and her sit and hang out for some fresh air.

About: I started back in 2010 with an adopted Cat who made such an amazing first “pet” that became family! After meeting my now husband, we adopted 2 beagle brothers who were 1.5 years old! Unfortunately one became very sick but we still have his brother who will be 12 this November! He loves car rides, treats, and walks around our neighborhood! About: I’ve had all kinds of pets since I was a toddler. I grew up on a farm. I love all animals and treat them with compassion! Some people call me the real Snow White. I’ve rehabbed / saved several wild animals back to their natural environment. I can provide the care needed for your furbaby whether its special needs, puppy, lazy or hyper baby - I am ready and willing to treat them like family. There will always be someone home during the work week.. I have a flexible work schedule. I work in the office few times a week; however, work is only a mile away so I come home for an hour lunch break at noon (Schedule is 8-5). My husband works overnight (remote) and sleeps for few hours in the early mornings then takes the dogs for a walk later in the afternoon. We are typically home during the weekends with few hours here and there for errands. There will never be a time we are gone for more than 4 hours at a time. I have walking trails in the area to walk your dogs within my community. I have a small backyard for small dogs or seniors; if walks are not part of their daily routine. If they enjoy car rides I am happy to take them on small local trails or a local doggy park. I have 2 loving chihuahuas who will keep your baby/babies company. About: I have had various dogs since I was a child including dachshunds, jack russels, and chihuahuas. I’ve always helped around the house and with the animals. (We’ve even had goats, chickens, goats, and a pig! So I know how to handle different dynamics.) I have trained and taken care of my own dachshund puppy over the past two years. In his late years, Tucker's vision and hearing were mostly gone, but he could always find me with his nose! Near the end of his life Tucker lost the connections from his brain to his back legs. I had to carry him outside to use the bathroom and that was when I knew it was time to let him go. Tucker passed away in my arms in October of 2021. My life was forever changed by my furry best friend. He was lucky to have a furry friend for the last 5 months of his life. We adopted an American Staffordshire Terrier in July of 2021 and he has brought so much joy to our home and has helped my kids with the passing of Tucker. Rumble is our puppy and I have house trained him and he is very good with kids and other dogs. I am currently working from home so it gives me a lot of flexibility to let your pups out to play and to make sure they have a lot of free time throughout the day. My lap is always free for any pup that needs a seat and some back scratches! I have a very friendly dog that would love to have play time with your dog, but I also have a crate for my dog should they need some time apart. I have a large back yard and I have 30' leads for the dogs to run around on. I am willing to give treats if you wish and your pup is welcome to bring their favorite toys and a blanket from home to smell for comfort.

About: I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve been around all kinds of animals my whole life, from chickens, hamsters to cats, dogs, and even horses. About: I've had dogs in my life since I was in my 20s. I have crate and potty trained all my dogs. I have patience and compassion for dogs. I would often meet up with friends and family at house party gathering and dog park gatherings to socialize my dogs and to show them love, companionship, and that they are a member of the family not only a pet. I currently have a chiwawa mix dog name Romeo and he is fed, taken out for walks and sleeps on my sofa everyday. He is encouraged to play, fetch and have treats as rewards. About: I have taken care of other friends dogs including senior dogs. I currently own a two year old black lab mix named Atlas. I love walking dogs and would love the opportunity to meet yours! “We were desperate last minute for someone to watch our dog on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We reached out to Lydianis and her husband Alex on Rover. They were very quick to respond and continued with good communication throughout the entire time they had my dog. They took the time, at a very busy time of year, to meet us on the Sunday before at a local park and introduced their beautiful Lab Chase to us. Seeing how well they handled Chase and how understanding they were of Clementine’s intimidation, really eased our minds of my small dog being around a bigger dog and it showed how compassionate these two fun dog loving people are towards their guest dogs and owners. Prior to Clem's stay, they asked all the right questions about how to care for her and what they could do to help with any anxiety, when to feed her how much, etc., We felt very comfortable with them and liked both of them very much!
