When I left, I received pictures of Norah quite frequently, to let me know she was okay. She seemed so happy, I didn't think she would want to come back with me. About: I grew up in a household I'm the oldest of seven children so we had we all had a cat or a dog or a both and I've been taking care of them for many years. I have taken care of cats that were were diabetic, blind, hearing impaired. Cats can be temperamental so you need to be patient. About: My husband and I are animal lovers in general and dog lovers in particular. We always worry when boarding our own dogs and, now that we've retired, we wanted to provide a "home like" boarding service for other dog lovers. We have 2 rooms dedicated for the dogs to roam free. Sofa for lounging and television or music available during their stay. Bright sunlight and large windows. We have a large kennel that is outside and the dogs are free to come and go through a doggie door in our kitchen. We have many years experience caring for dogs and our family currently includes 2 bichon Frise. They are both peaceful and friendly and love meeting new dog friends. We wanted to provide a reasonably priced animal boarding service close to home. We are located in Hunlock Creek, 25 minutes from Dallas or Wilkes-Barre, 15 minutes from Nanticoke. Drop off time is anytime from 9AM on and Pick up time is by noon or you must schedule another day. If special times are needed let us know. We will also board birds and small pets at a lower rate. Ask us. Please visit us to see our home ! We are retired and available most days full time - check the calendar. All boarders roam free during the day and sleep on floor or in bed you provide at night. Feedings and treats on daily schedule. Daily exercise in yard if good weather. Dogs roam our secured house freely. Will either be on leash or on zip run if in yard. If dogs need to be separated we have a room we use for that purpose. If your dog likes to sleep in kennel please bring with you or we will provide a kennel or cage (extra fee).
About: I've taken care and rescued all sorts of animals from guinea pigs to giant pitties. I have been in rescue for about 9 years. It comes out of pocket, but if I don't save them or help who will? I am also good at medication injection and oral administration of medication as well. I can do walks, check in's, doggy day care, house sit, etc. I will accommodate your needs for your furbaby. I am not afraid of bigger dogs as most people might be. I think of them as giant teddy bears. I will send plenty of updates and pictures as I know leaving your furbaby with a stranger can be absolutely nerve wrecking. Just give me instruction, your furbabies name, any allergies, medications, walk/yard time and frequency, feeding schedule, and any other information you see fit and I guarantee your precious furbaby will find a new friend! I am currently employed part time and in school part time this semster over at Johnson College for Veterinary Nursing. My schedule is pretty packed, but I will make accommodations with you to accommodate the needs of your furbabies or ones with scales. I moved in March of last year so boarding at the new place might be a bit busy. I do have enough room to accommodate at least 3 dogs. I don't have a fenced in yard at my apartment however I love to take them on long walks. I have walked dogs of all sizes. Super tiny to 100+lbs. I also have my own pupper Krypto so if boarding at my home please make sure your dog is other dog friendly as well as cats. I have 2 cats, 1 dog, 1 rat and a goldfish. If you are looking to board in my home I suggest a meet & greet to make sure your furbabies and mine are safe for their stay. I care for my clients furbabies like they are my own. I make sure the furbabies are happy and healthy. I will make sure my clients needs and wants are met. If you need me to watch them at your house, your house will be treated like my home. I will make sure your home is like you left it. I love to send updates because I know leaving your furbabies is really nerve wrecking.

I see these options as only being necessary when the pet is acceptionally aggressive and may hurt myself, itself, or others. I'm also very cautious around doors as I know many pets would take the opportunity to bolt it into the street if they could. I can handle bruises and scratches well from excited pets! I'm usually always covered in them from my own fur babies.

About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the past year. I do have a full time job. About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all ages for over a decade. Relatives, friends and acquaintances have relied on me keep their pets safe and happy while they are away. I love animals and am passionate about giving your pet the best care possible. During the summer I am available to pet sit and dog walk anytime, my schedule is very open and flexible. When I pet sit we usually spend a lot of time playing and walking, or sometimes with senior dogs a lot of time just chilling out. About: Ive had pet experience since I was 14, and have been a fur mom to two dogs, and two cats. I have experience with anxious pets, and will give your babies the love and care they deserve! About: I work from home in a dog-friendly apartment complex with a flexible schedule so I am available all day to care for all your dog’s needs. I try to go for my own walks a few times per day so it would definitely be nice to have a little company. Located conveniently very close to the beautiful Schyulkill River Trail in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania and we also have a large fenced in dog park behind our apartment building as well. About: Animals have always had a sweet spot in my heart. I have taken care of animals since I was a child, I grew up on a farm with dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, goats, chickens, pigs, cows, and a lot more! When I first enter a persons home I hope their dog or cat comes to me and let’s me love on them. If not I’ll play it cool and wait for them to be ready. I grew up with varying dog breeds including a Chow/German Shepard, Staffordshire Terrier Mix, Newfoundland, Jack Russel, and a Beagle. I will always try my best to make animals feel comfortable. If they’re shy I let them warm up to me. I will care for your animals with my whole heart because I know if you care about animals like I do, your dog or cat is your baby! “Truly fantastic experience, when we arrived, we were greeted with a very warm welcome, Adriana, treated Norah as if she was her own. The whole house is dedicated almost entirely to the dogs. When I left, I received pictures of Norah quite frequently, to let me know she was okay. She seemed so happy, I didn't think she would want to come back with me. About: Hi! I’m Julie. I grew up on a hobby farm surrounded by a menagerie of animals from a young age. Everything from chickens and goats to rabbits, cats, and dogs, and the occasional bit of wildlife, were welcome in my families home. As a high school student I became increasingly involved in agriculture and milked cows and cared for livestock. This turned into a love that led me to college in rural Maine where I earned a degree in Agriculture and Sustainability, all while working on a dairy farm each day. Currently, I homeschool my two children and am blessed with the ability to work from home. We live on a wooded property and have access to a small lake which is boarded by a wooded dirt road. Additionally, we have a small walking trail system directly on our property. We share our home with a Newfie doodle, Arlo, who is 1.5 years old, a Sulcuta tortoise, and a cat that lives under the bed. We have a large red deck with a fenced in space off of this for easy bathroom access and unleashed roaming space for your dog. I work from home and homeschool my children. Our days have built in flexibility and can be arranged to accommodate the needs of any pet staying with us. We enjoy time outdoors, and can often be found working remotely or “out schooling” from our backyard or a hiking trail. In our home, the pets are people too (and we will narrate their thoughts based on their expressions 🤪). Pets are allowed on the furniture and in all rooms. We have a large front porch for slow mornings and evenings that stretch well past sunset. We also have a large deck in the rear which has a fenced area off of it to allow plenty of space for unattended bathroom breaks or unleashed space to roam. My children are well versed in animal care and also understand giving space to a new animal, calm energy, etc. I will always setup a meet and greet prior to booking to ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcome. Medications can be distributed, and special diets can be managed.
About: Hello all, I've owned cats, dogs, and horses for over 20 years now and was their main caregiver starting at 8 y.o. I've worked at many horse barns and pet sitter for many many friends over the years. I have skills in pet healthcare (administering medication, baths, cutting nails, etc), young animals, dog & horse training, rescue animals, and elderly animals. I do my best to provide stress free care for your pets. I currently work from home! This means I am available at any time throughout the day. We can absolutely devise a schedule get your pet the best care. When pets are in my home or I visit a client's home, I always take note of the animal's state looking for stress or anything out of the ordinary. I also will inspect the space the pet is in and make sure dangerous items (small items/chocolate/other) is out of reach of the pet. I make sure everyone has access to water at all times.
