“Kaitlyn was amazing with Milo! I had a last minute change in my holiday schedule and she was able to take him. She sent lots of pictures/updates and was very patient with him as he is shy. I would 100% use her for any bookings!”

“Couldn’t be more complementary about Lindsay and her family other than to say that they made Rusty feel like another part of their family. They welcomed him with open arms knowing he had counter surfing issues and separation anxiety. From the photos she sent, it is evident that Rusty enjoyed his stay.”

“Cheryl provided loving, thorough care to our spoiled 4 year old shishon! She sent pictures and videos and was very easy to coordinate with throughout the process. It definitely gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our time away knowing he was in a safe, cuddly environment!”

“I got a video every day to see how Charley was doing. That really helped ! Michael took good care of him. He was very accommodating. My flight was late so I picked up at 8 at night. This is the second time he has been there. Both were great!”

“Emily and Patrick were great sitters for Nola while we were away attending a wedding. They sent multiple pictures and video updates for us, and Nola had a great time playing with Eli! Thank you so much 😊”

“I am so glad I found a great sitter, Stacey through Rover. My German Shepherd, Xavier had a good time at her house. Very professional, a lot of dog experiences especially large breed dogs. My dog enjoyed walking off leash with her at her huge property. We booked again already for our vacation next month. Thank you so much and see you soon!”

“Mary and her family were great! We had absolutely no worries leaving our dog with them for the weekend. Mary sent updates and pictures throughout the weekend, keeping us posted on how great it was going! Definitely going to rebook!”

“Our dog raced to the front door remembering her stay with Jena and Nick from last year. She remained happy and was able to stick to her normal routines while there. Jena sent pictures and updates regularly and was good about reporting any concerns or issues such as the air quality preventing long walks. They were genuinely concerned about Liz’s well being which is so important to us. Our pet was well cared for, and we plan to use them any time we need a dog sitter. We find them to be reliable, caring, and responsible and know Liz is in good hands while we are away.”

About: While volunteering for dog rescue for 6+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to foster over 160 dogs of all ages, administer just about every type of medication, and vaccinate 1000’s of dogs traveling to foster and adopter homes I do not work for anyone else. My time will be fully dedicated to your pet along with my own and with as much love I have 3 friendly dogs at home. I have the ability to keep dogs separately in open or closed rooms. Crates or not crated. Once comfortable, they can spend time on the couch and playtime with other dogs with your approval.
About: I'm a huge animal lover - big and small! I've had dogs and cats my whole life. We have a sweet cat who absolutely loves every dog that comes through our home. We currently have a Great Dane and Great Pyrenees as well as chickens, 1 guinea pig, 2 rabbits and fish. I'm all about making sure our babies are happy and healthy and living the best life we can provide to them. After doing much research and lots of experience, I've learned a lot about a dog's language and how to respect them. I will treat your pets as if they are my own and will love on them just the same. I can't wait to meet your fur-babies! Rover is my full time job right now so I’m available to take care of your pup throughout the day as need be, whether that’s just hanging out or a walk or potty break, etc. I have a large fenced in yard and our 2 dogs will gladly keep your pup company and enjoy running around. I can easily crate if need be as well.

“Kate did a great job taking care of my 2 cats, who warmed up to her quickly! She was so helpful giving one of them oral medication daily, was communicative, and kept my home tidy. I would definitely recommend her as a sitter!”

About: I have about two years of experience caring for cats and am comfortable administering medications, including insulin injections. I'm not one to shy away from a challenge—I have been able to hold and manage cats with strong personalities while making sure they receive the care they need. I understand how important personal space can be, especially for cats, and I let them set the rules for interactions. Whether your cat wants lots of cuddles or prefers quiet companionship, I'm happy to provide the care and attention they need. I treat every pet as if they were my own, giving them patience, love, and attentive care. I would love to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. 🥰

“Luke trimmed Momo’s nails and he was awesome! Warm, friendly and confident with my kitty. So convenient!! I just can’t seemed to do it myself with my squirmy kitty but Luke was a pro!! Highly recommend!”

“Caitlyn is AMAZING! She took such good care of our cat while on vacation. She gave him lots of love, attention and playtime. We were able to enjoy ourselves and have peace of mind because he was in good hands. She provided daily updates and pictures too!!”

About: Growing up, I was always the go-to cat sitter for my neighbors, and I have three cats of my own. I'm experienced in all aspects of cat care, including clipping nails, cleaning the litter box daily, maintaining routine feeding schedules, and administering medication when needed. I have plenty of professional cat sitting experience recently as well.

About: Howdy y'all! My name is Shane. I have two cat children named Princess Yue and Waffles. They are my absolute pride and joy. For as long as I can remember, I have always had a special connection to cats. As most cat owners are aware, these amazing little animals are truly special. As a veteran, a huge part of helping me manage my disabilities has been the companionship of cats. I am always looking for an excuse to see or pet a cat. I have looked after my own childhood cats, stray cats, and friends' cats, and I am looking to further expand my experience while helping you and your cat! Whether it's growing up with a cat in my life at all times, summoning street cats with a "pspsps," making friends with barn cats, or understanding the gift of being a cat parent, I will take care of your pride and joy with the utmost respect, patience, and love.
About: I’ve taken care of many dogs of all kind since I was 14. I’ve had my own pet-sitting business since I was in 10th grade. I also had tons of dog experience when I worked at three doggie daycares. I also fostered puppies last year and have experience training them. I’m going to school for pre-vet medicine after I graduate. I’m currently still in my senior year of high school and I get out at 3, so I’m most busy during the week but can still come and hang out with your pet(s)! I don’t have any jobs besides my pet-sitting business so I can stay with your pet(s) all day if needed on weekends! I can do whatever you need and want me to do! Whether that be staying with them or keeping them in a crate, I’m comfortable doing what is best for your pet.

“Brianna did three drop-in visits while I was out of town for a week on vacation. Bob was happy when I got home, and his food and water were full! Brianna also got my mail and even checked on an appliance I’ve been having some issues with just for peace of mind. She’s fantastic 😁”

About: I’ve had 10 years experience as a cat owner. And extensive experience with other animals! ( over 30 years total). I’m comfortable and confident caring for animals with special needs and senior pets!!
“Gaby was really good with my kitties! She sent us daily updates and took good care of my kitties. The best sitter out there. I would definitely hire her again. She even brought some goodies for my bbys. There were so happy. I definitely recommend her!”

“We hired Erin to care for our three-year-old tuxedo cat, Lilly, for six nights. As first-time clients, we appreciated how regularly she kept us informed. She often shared photos and videos, and her strong communication skills made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Although she works primarily as a dog sitter, it was clear that she and Lilly quickly bonded - the photos showed the feeling was mutual. Erin also helped with a few household tasks, including setting out the garbage and watering our plants while we were gone. We returned to a tidy, well-kept home and a happy, well cared for cat. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire Erin again. In fact, we think Lilly already misses her. Thank you, Erin!”

About: With over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and personalities, I provide a calm and structured environment where every animal feels secure and cared for. Your pet will be staying in our home's dedicated and separate room that has direct access to a half acre, surrounded by 6-foot privacy fencing, ideal for a safe play and exercise. I am a certified Yellow Dog Walker through Animal Friends and specialize in positive reinforcement, earning each dog’s trust through patience, consistency, and respect. Dogs from different households are introduced carefully and only if both owners approve. Every dog in my care follows a reliable routine built around their owner’s preferences. Feeding, playtime, cuddle breaks, and outdoor exercise are all kept on schedule, with regular potty breaks every few hours to maintain comfort and consistency. I am experienced in administering oral and topical medications, as well as muscular injections. In the rare event of an emergency, I act quickly and responsibly by providing first aid, contacting the owner immediately, and working with their veterinarian or PVSEC, which is 15 minutes away, if advanced care is needed. Boarding, overnight care, and in-home sitting are all available. Clients receive daily photo and video updates to stay connected and reassured. My family takes pride in maintaining a clean, attentive, and loving environment. Choosing our care means your pet is treated with the same responsibility, structure, and affection we give our own. Pet care is fully integrated into my daily routine, as I work from home full time boarding horses. I maintain a structured schedule that begins early in the morning with feeding, medication administration if needed, and outdoor time in the fenced yard. Throughout the day, I rotate between play sessions, walks, and quiet time to keep pets balanced and comfortable. Evening routines include another round of feeding, bathroom breaks, and wind-down time before bed. For boarding and overnight care, I remain on-site to ensure consistent supervision. I plan my workday and personal schedule around the animals’ needs so no pet is ever left waiting for attention or care. Every pet in my care is treated with the same level of safety and respect as my own. My home and facility are designed for secure, low-stress care, featuring a half-acre yard enclosed by a six-foot privacy fence where dogs can exercise freely under supervision. I never mix pets from different households unless both owners confirm compatibility. Feeding areas, bedding, and play equipment are cleaned and sanitized regularly. I monitor all pets closely for signs of stress, discomfort, or illness and respond immediately. In the rare event of an emergency, I apply first aid, contact the owner, and consult their veterinarian or PVSEC if advanced care is required. Trust is built through consistency, transparency, and communication, with daily photo or video updates provided to owners for peace of mind.
“Alisha has been my regular sitter for about 2 months now & I feel very lucky to have found her! My dog, Cooper, is treated like part of the family & is always worn out when he gets home. I feel confident that he is safe & I still get consistent updates on what they’re up to all day. She is one of the best you could find!”

“Michael was quick to respond to my message when I sent a last-minute request for doggy daycare when our original plans fell through. Tina is our first puppy so I’ve been very hesitant with leaving her with strangers but he sent me multiple videos and updates throughout the day, letting me know how she was doing which made me very comfortable. He was able to accommodate a slightly later pick up time which I appreciated. She came back exercised and tired out which is everything I could want! We will definitely be using his daycare services again.”

About: A couple of months after we married my husband adopted our first dog, Sandy, and I’ve been hooked ever since. That was 26 years ago. Both of my sons are adults now so I have free time to focus my attention on your baby. Your baby will have my undivided attention. My property is fenced and I will accompany your baby outdoors. We can play fetch or simply keep each other company. I will do what it takes to make your baby comfortable and happy.

“Dana was fantastic! She and her pups were great with our dog, making sure our Ziggy got plenty of playtime. Oh, and she was able take Ziggy on Thanksgiving Day, which was a huge plus. Will contact next time we're in town. Highly recommend! ”

“This was my dog's first day at dog day care and it was only for a couple hours just to try it out. But everything went very well. Chang updated me with pictures shortly after dropping my dog off to assure me he was doing well. When I picked him up he was happy to see me but also seemed like he would have followed Chang back to her house if she wanted him to. So that was very comforting to see that he liked her. I will be a repeat customer.”

“Val is an absolutely incredible dog sitter and we are so lucky to have found her. She is very flexible and communicative with us on dates and times. And most importantly, she is so so amazing with our dog Wilson. He is so excited to go over there every time and she sends so many pictures and videos which are our favorite part! They do so many different activities and Wilson loves her son so much! Cannot rave enough, thank you and see you soon!!”

“Melissa was amazing. Jake and I received an amazingly warm welcome when dropping off. My dog has anxiety issues and Melissa and her crew were wonderful. They took Jake on walks, took him to the park and he was so happy. Truly one of the best experiences Jake and I have had. So incredibly wonderful.”

“We have used him twice and he went above and beyond both times walking my dog, from taking him in his car to a better location for a walk to potty breaks and putting him back in his cage and setting it up the way it was before for his anxiety I would absolutely recommend to anyone”

“Ashton is absolutely wonderful! She is definitely a dog person - seen by all of the pictures she sends and the great summary of how things went. My dog Mabel is high energy and working on training - Ashton is knowledgeable about keeping things consistent for Mabel and asked great questions to make sure she had all information to care for Mabel. Will definitely continue to book!”

“Emily was wonderful and I couldn’t be happier with the care she provided! She was reliable, communicative, and my dog was clearly very well taken care of and comfortable with her. I had great peace of mind knowing that Roo was in great hands. I will happily rebook her in the future!”

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. (my soul dog’s ashes are in my paw tattoo 🐾🩷) I grew up with Rottweilers and currently have two of my own, Gino & Haus, they're my whole world! I also have a handful of kitties🥰 My passion for animal care goes back as far as I can remember. From baby videos of me crawling on my dog and giving him a big hug & kiss, to completing a veterinary training class in 10th grade, where I learned the basics of animal health and handling! There even was one time I rescued two dogs on the side of the highway who had dug out of their backyard!! I now have about 3.5 years of hands-on experience working with animals, including two years at doggy daycares, where I've cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I treat every pet like they're my own and I always try my best to give them a safe, loving, reliable person they can trust just as much as they trust you, no matter how long it takes them to warm up to me. Working with animals is more than just a job to me—it's what I love, and I plan to make it my lifelong career. I work at a doggy daycare with a flexible schedule, so my availability varies from week to week. I am almost always able to stay overnight for house sitting, and depending on my work schedule, I can spend all day, all morning, or all afternoon and evening with your baby. I always try to spend as much time as I can with your baby. (leaving work is as hard as you can imagine) My most common shift is 1:00 PM–7:00 PM, though I can also work morning, afternoon, and split shifts, though the weekday morning shifts are extremely rare. My weekday shifts are never longer than 6.5 hours, and the only time I may be away for up to 10 hours is on the occasional Saturday when I'm scheduled for a longer shift. On Sundays, I usually work split shifts, which means I'm able to come home and spend about 2½ hours with your pet between work periods. If it's a good fit for your baby and you're comfortable with it, I'd also be happy to talk about bringing them with me to my work so they can enjoy extra socialization, enrichment, and attention, while never leaving my side! I'm committed to keeping your babies routine as normal as possible and will always communicate my schedule ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect!! Your babies safety, happiness, and well-being are always my top priority. I love to take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and other special needs so they feel comfortable and cared for while you're away, as if you haven’t even left! I am experienced in administering medications, following food schedules, and providing extremely gentle and personal care. Walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays, I'll always make sure your baby gets plenty of exercise, attention, playtime, and affection (and making sure they know it!!) while I keep their routine as normal and consistent as I possibly can! I treat every pet as if they were my own, and pay close attention to their behavior so I can quickly notice and respond accordingly with any changes or concerns. You will also always get regular updates and photos about how they were and their day!
“Caitlyn was amazing and truly saved the day when we needed a last-minute walk for our dog! She responded quickly, was a great communicator, and was so easy to work with. We could tell our dog was well cared for, and we’ll definitely be booking with her again!”

“Kate has been wonderful with walking my boy. She communicates well, is reliable, flexible and all around a good person. Unfortunately we are moving, I can only hope our next walker is as caring & good.”

About: I have owned and taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages. I have also managed dogs with severe anxiety and certain health issues. I am a college student so until May I am limited to weekends. After May, I will be available workdays and weekends during the day and at night. I have confident skills in understanding dog and cat language from past experiences. I am also great at handling and crating dogs at their own comfort level.

About: I’ve owned dogs and cats my whole life. I am very good with animals! I am happy to feed and play with your pet! I also have experience caring for disabled and aging pets and am able to administer any needed medication! I currently work on the week days only. “Our dogs absolutely love Brianna and so do we!! She’s really detail oriented and attentive to them and super kind and on top of bookings. We look forward to more bookings with Brianna.”

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have always had a special love for them. Growing up with dogs has taught me how to understand their different personalities, needs, and routines. I’m patient, caring, and dependable, and I treat every dog as if they were my own. Whether it’s going for walks, playing, giving belly rubs, or making sure they feel safe and comfortable, I truly enjoy spending time with dogs of all ages and sizes. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I’m committed to providing reliable, loving care while you’re away. My goal is to make every dog feel happy, loved, and well cared for. I’m available Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and weekends from 11 AM to 8 PM for walks, visits, and loving pet care. I create a safe, trusted, and welcoming environment where dogs feel comfortable, loved, and cared for with patience, attention, and respect like they are family.
About: Caring for pets has always been part of my life, not just something I do, but something I truly love. I share my home with my big-hearted Golden Retriever Lucy Goose who brings joy, structure, and a lot of personality into my daily routine. Through her—and the many pets I’ve cared for—I’ve gained hands-on experience with feeding schedules, daily walks, playtime, enrichment, medications, and recognizing subtle changes in behavior or health. I’ve also had the joy of hosting pets with special needs, recently including a vivacious little pug puppy with epilepsy. Providing a calm, consistent, and loving environment is something I take pride in. Every pet in my care is treated with patience, respect, and genuine affection—just like one of my own. While away, your pet is my family and I am fiercely protective of my family. Hi, I’m Jess! I’m a lifelong animal lover and dog mom to a sweet Golden Retriever who’s very much part of my everyday life. Caring for pets is something that feels natural to me—it’s woven into my daily routine, not something squeezed in as an afterthought. My Lucy Goose is a large Golden Retriever with the sweetest, most gentle “little dog energy.” She’s very social, kind, and welcoming, and does wonderfully with dogs of all sizes. She has happily shared her space with smaller dogs and special-needs pets, and all interactions are always supervised to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. I work during the week for about 6–8 hours a day, and outside of that time my life revolves around walks, fresh air, playtime, and creating a calm, loving home. Pet care fits seamlessly into my schedule, and I’m intentional about making sure every pet in my care gets plenty of attention, affection, and consistency. I treat every pet like they’re my own—learning their quirks, honoring their routines, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. Whether your pet loves long walks, backyard playtime, or quiet companionship, I’m happy to meet them right where they are. I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment where pets can truly relax. My home includes a fully fenced backyard for secure outdoor play, and I supervise pets closely throughout the day. I also have a few pup gates to ensure safe calm and private pet feedings or if quiet time is needed. I also use cameras for added peace of mind and awareness while I am out and about. Whether pets are in my home or yours, I follow routines carefully, respect boundaries, and keep a watchful eye on behavior, comfort, and wellbeing. I communicate openly and provide updates because I know how reassuring it is to see your pet happy and cared for.

About: For the past seven years, I had the privilege of sharing my life with my dog, Agatha, whom I adopted when she was around seven years old. She recently passed away at an estimated 14 years old after battling cancer. Caring for Agatha, especially during the last few months of her life, taught me patience, compassion, and how to meet a dog exactly where they are. As she got older, she needed more hands-on support. Whether it was helping her stand, carrying her when her body wouldn't cooperate (all 55 pounds of her!), or hand-feeding her because that's how she was most comfortable, I learned that every dog has unique needs and deserves care that respects their personality. Agatha was fiercely independent, so I always tried to give her as much dignity and choice as possible while making sure she felt safe and loved. While I'm not ready to adopt another dog just yet, I truly miss having one in my life. That's what brought me to Rover. I would love the opportunity to care for your pet, whether they enjoy long walks, playtime, or simply having a calm companion nearby. I live in an apartment with easy access to outdoor walking paths, sidewalks, and a nearby dog park, making it easy to provide plenty of exercise, fresh air, and opportunities to explore. My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable, cared for, and at home while you're away, and to give you peace of mind knowing they're in loving hands. I own a local fitness studio, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to plan my day around the pets in my care. Most weekdays, I'm available between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for walks, drop-in visits, or spending quality time with pets. My mornings typically begin around 8:00 a.m., and I'm at my studio from approximately 9:00–11:00 a.m. and again from 4:00–7:00 p.m. Because I have flexibility throughout the day, I can provide regular potty breaks, exercise, meals, and companionship. Whether your pet enjoys an active walk, playtime, or simply relaxing with someone nearby, I'll make sure they receive attentive, personalized care while you're away. I know that every pet is different, so my first priority is getting to know your dog's routine, personality, and any special needs before their stay or visit. I'll follow your instructions closely, whether that's feeding schedules, medications, favorite walking routes, or little routines that help your pet feel comfortable. In my home, pets will have a clean, calm environment with plenty of attention, fresh water, potty breaks, exercise, and a comfortable place to rest. I live in an apartment with easy access to sidewalks, green space, and a nearby dog park for dogs who enjoy socializing (only with your permission). If I'm caring for your pet in your home, I'll treat your home with the same respect I would my own while keeping your pet's routine as consistent as possible. I'll also provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. Above all, my goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away.

“Couldn’t be more complementary about Lindsay and her family other than to say that they made Rusty feel like another part of their family. They welcomed him with open arms knowing he had counter surfing issues and separation anxiety. From the photos she sent, it is evident that Rusty enjoyed his stay.”

“Michelle and Sami were great when they watched my girl, Kira. They treated her like family and sent pictures/updates during her stay. Would highly recommend!”

“Great communication and pictures shared during my dog’s stay. Much love & care, plus, plenty of walks & exercise. Avid dog lovers who made my dog feel safe & welcomed during his time there. Will gladly recommend to anyone and absolutely book again in future!”

“Kate (and her family) are wonderful! From the moment I contacted her, Kate impressed me with her genuine caring and interest in my Benji. He has a medical condition - Cushing's Disease, which requires meds to be given on schedule 3x a day, and more potty breaks than a well pup would require. Her lifetime of experience and ease with animals was obvious from the moment we met. Benji's comfort and confidence with Kate, her family and their home, was immediate. As someone who had been nervous about leaving my buddy prior to meeting Kate, I wound up feeling very confident and comfortable leaving him with her! Kate was fantastic with Benji! She sent me photos each day, which allowed me to see his activities and how much fun he was having on his vacation! She also kept me informed of how he was doing overall, with his meds, and didn't hesitate to ask questions or let me know about any concerns that she had - I so appreciate these interactions! Kate is an awesome sitter and person, and I recommend her with all of my heart! She took wonderful care of my Benji, and I know that he's looking forward to his next vacation with her! Thank you so much Kate and family!!!”

“THE BEST SITTERS!!!! So accommodating, so helpful, so friendly! So grateful to have found them on here. Frequent repeat customer! Thank you for all you do!”

“Victoria was wonderful with Smokey! I received daily updates showing that he was out with the other dogs, in the mix. Smokey is home, happy, and resting. (Mom is doing the same.) I recommend Victoria (and niece Dasha) completely! Much love for dogs is obvious. 🐕”

“Amy is amazing! She is a kind person and she took such great care of my puppy! This was my first time using Rover, so I was nervous at first, but Amy put my mind at ease! At our initial meeting when I dropped off my pup, she explained what day-to-day schedule would be like and explained that, since my dog is a young puppy, that she would introduce her to the other dogs Amy watches one-by-one. She also sent me daily updates/pics while I was away! Overall, Amy was so great! If we weren’t moving out of Pittsburgh at the end of the month, my pup and I would absolutely be regulars with Amy!”

“Tamara was an excellent sitter for my little dog! I will definitely book her in the future! I'm not sure my dog even wanted to come home. She was comfortable there from the get go! Tamara also went above and beyond when my dog grabbed a chicken bone thrown in the grass.”
