“Alexandria was awesome. Easygoing, communicative, flexible and totally capable. We really appreciate her taking care of our sweet pup for the night! He came back happy as a clam.”

“If you need someone to watch your pup, we highly recommend Jessica and Matthew. We received regular pictures and chat back and forth to let us know how Daisy was doing. She had a great time with her stay. She made some friends and was almost sad to leave them haha. Super friendly and great communication. We will definitely have them watch Daisy again!”

“Alex always does an amazing job taking care of my pup, Archer. Archer always has a great time and is super excited to see Alex each time. I get tons of great photo updates and I know he is always in good hands.”

“During the introduction meeting Carolina and her family were all so welcoming and kind and Carolina was obviously on point professionally so I was completely comfortable with leaving Onyx with them. The appointment went very smoothly and I highly recommend her to anyone needing a dog-sitter.”

“Simply put, Kelly is the best. She took awesome care or our beloved lab, Lilly, providing detailed updates of care and daily adventures. She provided personalized exercise and stimulation for our rambunctious gal. We will never use another sitter again!”

“Never used this booking app before. However, Steve and Patty made the experience wonderful and easy. They provide updates on my pup, worked with me on my arrival times and held a very important meet & greet. You could feel safe leaving your dogs with them and leaving out of town. I will definitely use them again in the future”
About: Taking care of pets has always been part of my life. I have a fenced in yard for dogs to run and play. As for walks, I have to active kids who are always willing to take a walk around. I currently work at the local school just minutes from my home. I come home middle of the day. I am home during the summer and on weekends. I have a fenced in yard and one dog who is a big baby. Dogs are allowed to lay wherever they are comfortable but can also crate if they are used to that.
“Shanea is amazing! She took care of our 6 month old picky labradoodle so well. She’s like his second family and had an awesome time. I would trust her to take care of your fur babies like they were her own.”

“We were so thankful that Kellyanne was available for us last minute, especially since our boy Odin had recently been dealing with a leg injury. She was so accommodating and made sure we were comfortable, as it was also our first time boarding him. Would definitely recommend Kellyanne!”

“We were extremely pleased with the care and attention that Michelle gave to our dog Dixie. She took great care of our dog and when we came to pick her up, I think Dixie would have been happy to stay longer. The house, the accommodations and the caretaker were perfect for our dog and she was very relaxed when we came to pick her up. Michelle was a very good "fit" for us and Dixie. We definitely would use Michelle again.”

“Aaron and Kaylee were very kind and helpful in taking care of Ellie for the four days I dropped her off for. They sent pictures of Ellie playing with the other dogs at their home, showing what a good time she was having. After picking Ellie up and bringing her home, she immediately took an extended nap, definitely exhausted from having so much fun during her stay there :) I'll definitely be using their service again next time I'm in need of a babysitter!”

“Luann was absolutely wonderful. My Willow is only 8 months old and had never stayed somewhere outside our home and was very anxious and unsettled at night. Luann made special accommodations for her, sacrificing her own sleep schedule to try and settle Willow. She also watched out for Leroy (our newly christened "tripod" dog as he was still healing from surgery. I cannot thank her enough and would recommend her to anyone looking for a safe place for their dog to stay.”

“Lauren did a great job caring for my dog Stella! She was able to accommodate a last minute boarding request and sent daily pictures/updates. Stella came home happy and well taken care of.”

About: Aside from my own pets over the years, I’ve also provided care and comfort to pets of family and friends. Whether in my home or yours, I will treat your pets as if they were my own. I know how hard it is to find a safe place for our fur babies when we have to travel. Our pittie mutt, Hank, can’t wait to meet your pups! I recently retired after 36 years of teaching and have lots of free time to care for your fur babies. We have a large fenced in deck (and pool for our swimmers). Our 12 acres are not fenced but are cleared for easy walks, on or off lead as desired. Our home sits well off the main road. We’re not opposed to taking pups for rides in our side by side. House trained dogs have freedom in our home. We’re suckers who allow pets on furniture and provide all the love and cuddles needed to make them comfortable. We have plenty of room for crates if your pup is more comfortable in one. In your home, I will follow your house rules. Depending on location, I can come and visit or stay overnight. I can bring mail and packages in for you and take care of your plants. 🪴

“Jess and Matt were fantastic with our cats. Our one cat onyx has a history of bolting out the door when it is open for too long. They did great with our cats. I would highly recommend!”

About: My family is a dog family through and through. I grew up with two dogs in the household at all times, and the rule still stands. Animals have always been a part of my life no matter the lens you look through. Living in a friendly neighborhood allowed me to care for other dogs since I was 12. From sitting, to walking, to simply feeding, I was normally the one to do it! I am an energetic 22 year old who adores playing with any and every furry friend and to get paid doing it!? Sign me up!! Currently, I am an upcoming senior at Bloomsburg University. I am studying Secondary Education with a concentration in English so there is not much work for me to do in the summer since school is out and there is no work in the districts. I am heavily available and will be more than happy to take last minute scheduling if it's an emergency or desperation - go on that date! I will always treat your animals like my own. They will get plenty of loving and I'm expecting some slobbery kisses in return. I don't find much gross in regards to sickness, medical conditions, excitement pees, or simply slobber because I have surely seen it all. I am also very understanding with any rules you have for your pets and will do anything I can to abide by them. But if it means skimping out of treats then that may be a little tough. Your furry friend is of upmost importance when I am with them so I swear to never put them in harms way (ie. sketchy roads, carelessness in and out of the house, pulling on their collar when walking, etc.).
About: Your crazy dog stories could never top mine! Dog mom of over 15 years. Currently have a 3 yr old high energy dog. Comfortable caring for any animal of any age. Overnights wouldn’t be possible, but could check on your pups before & after work! I am very well versed with all doggy situations. My current situation is not ideal for a dog to come to my home, but checking on yours in their “safe” environment works best!
About: I offer complete pet-sitting services for a diverse range of animals, including dogs (experience with reactive dogs), chickens, guinea pigs, and other farm animals. I provide personalized care, ensuring each pet's specific needs are met, from tailored exercise and feeding routines to specialized attention for reactive dogs. My goal is to create a comfortable and secure environment where your animals thrive while you're away, giving you peace of mind. I work a regular day shift(7am-3:30pm) job in Towanda, Pa. I am available for after work walks, and check ins everyday after 4pm. I can also do early morning drop ins. If you happen to live in Towanda I can do a quick check in on my lunch break. On my days off (2-3 per week) I am more than happy to provide a doggy daycare type of service that will include some sort of physical activity such as hiking or visiting the dog park! If you need something other than listed here or have questions feel free to reach out and message me! I can take care of your pets as directed by you, with several years of personal training, and experience handling nervous and reactive dogs. About: Since I was little i have always loved spending time with animals. I got my first dog when I was in 3rd grade and ever since then I have been taking care of dogs. Last December I adopted a puppy and he has been my main priority since. Spending time with dogs is what I believe to be the best way to spend my time! Currently I am a student in highschool and I participate in Track and field. I work at a local golf club, but the schedule is pretty open. I would be open mainly weekends or most weekdays after 5:00 unless I have a track meet. Currently I care for three dogs in my home. Two littles and one very big dog. We have a large yard but we keep our dogs leashes when they go out. Therefore in order to give them exercise we take them on long walks. As a caretaker I would be sure to put your pets safety first as well as any rules you place.

“Jaimee was great! She was able to fit us in last minute. She followed our instructions to a T and sent some lovely photos of our cats. Our new kitten had a great day with her. I felt so much better knowing he wasn't alone when I was at work.”

“Thank you Alexandria for hosting Charlie while my husband underwent a surgical procedure this week. It was such a relief not to worry about Charlie, that he would be let outside for bathroom breaks and cared for while we were at the hospital. We sure appreciate that fine care you give him and how you work with our erratic schedule! Nancy”

“Repeat customer. My dog is apprehensive to non-family. Matt came out to greet us. She remembered him. My dog’s tails started wagging and she went right over to him. Jess soon came to the top of step and my dog went over to say hi to her and went right in the house. She didn’t even look back to me. They both have a calm demeanor that my apprehensive dog can sense and she obviously feels at home with them. Grateful to have people like this in the Valley.”

“Hiedi was over the top great! She went above and beyond to give my dog Archie a great first daycare experience. She went to lengths to make sure he was comfortable with her dog, and vice versa. He came home totally happy, relaxed and tired. He can't wait to see Hiedi and Kenzi again!!”

About: I have a small dog, an indoor piggy, and a caged bird. I have grown up with pets, and always make sure they are properly taken care of. I love all animals, and strive to provide them the best stay possible. I am currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to spend with the fur babies! I enjoy walking in the morning and evening, and if your pup enjoys that they can tag along! The animals will be taken care of just as my own. My dog is spoiled, and loves to snuggle. I currently work from home, which allows me to give your pets the attention they need during the day! I’m at home full time Monday-Friday and am available on weekends. My dogs are uncrated and allowed to be outside in my unfenced yard, though I usually go out with them. For peace of mind, I’ll take your pets out on a leash or a runner. In your home, I can do whatever you’d normally do.
About: I've loved caring for pets for family and friends over the years. Moved away from home so looking to keep that same experience around here. I'm generally off on Sundays and Mondays for work, and live close enough for potty breaks and I make my own schedule if enough notice is given. I have a fenced in yard which has been home to dogs the size of a Great Pyrenees down to a Yorkshire Terrier before. The home is large enough for multiple pets to have their space.
About: I love dogs they can tell. I have a boxer that enjoy running with and playing engaging games. I don't mind walking and running in winter weather. I enjoy working with dogs that want to get out and run but I'm also enjoying working with dogs who have gained some pounds and need a walk... who hasn't been there!? I think happy dogs are less destructive dogs and less distructive dog means happier owner. My hours and availability maybe changing relatively soon, but I am available every day before 8 and every day after 3 im available for overnight stays or weekend stays. I’m not able to board right now but I will be able to board soon! I look forward to hearing from you!!! -Cassi

About: Hi! I’m a local mom of two in the Owego area offering calm, reliable pet care. I have three cats of my own, so I’m very familiar with feeding routines, litter box care, and understanding different cat personalities. I’m comfortable caring for shy, independent, or more social pets. I offer drop-in visits for feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, and making sure your pet feels safe and cared for while you’re away. I also offer dog walking for all breeds. I focus on providing a quiet, low-stress experience and only take on a small number of pets at a time so each one gets proper attention. I’m also happy to send updates so you have peace of mind while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I already care for my three cats each day, so feeding, cleaning, and checking on pets is a regular part of my life. I’m available for drop-in visits during the day after 9am and can also do early evening visits if needed. I keep a flexible but structured schedule so I can give each pet the time and attention they need without feeling rushed. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow all instructions for feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, and any specific needs the pet may have. I also spend time with each pet so they feel comfortable and not alone. I respect each client’s home by keeping things clean, secure, and exactly as I found them. In my own home, I care for my three cats daily, so I’m very familiar with maintaining a clean, safe, and calm environment for pets.

About: I helped care for family dogs and cats since I was about five years old, feeding, giving water, walking and cleaning up after them until I was 18. I have boarded two dogs for a friend and provided drop-in visits for a former neighbor for about a year after that and worked at a pet hotel from '17-'19 in which time I got a dog training certification. I have some experience taking care of mice and hamsters and would like to learn how to care for rats and snakes. I'm currently looking for part-time work and would be more than happy to provide the love and care that your fur babies require in your absence. I'm also a newer driver and could really use the experience. Afternoons and evenings work best but please don't be shy about asking for morning services. Depending on the service and your pet's needs, I will spend as much time as they need whether it be a brief or long walk, cuddling on the couch, etc. I will be working part-time starting April 14, 2024. I will have a schedule ready sometime afterwards. Hopefully it will be in the next few weeks. I will keep your pet indoors for the most part, depending on the pet. I prefer to keep dogs on a leash when they go out for walks and to potty unless there is a fenced in yard.

“Rose provided a caring , delightful home for our Seamus while we were away . She communicated beautifully, was so responsive and outstanding in every possible respect. We’re super grateful and recommend her heartily , and will seek her out when we go away again.”

“Dana took great care of Loki on our long trip away! He got a little stomach upset (typical for him with routine/environment changes) and she was very attentive, communicative, and helped get him back on track. Everything was really smooth, and Loki always comes back happy & calm :)”

About: For any and all services I provide I will be seeking guidance from the pet owner for preferred handling as people treat their pets differently (allowed on furniture, leash vs off leash, feeding times, etc.) Most of my pet sitting experience has been at their home and i have cared for up to four dogs and two cats (plus chickens and fish). I have also babysat for a cat and a few different dogs at my place. I enjoy an active lifestyle and live near state lands so lots of hiking is usually on the agenda (for dogs anyway). I recently put down my aging cat and have found life is lonely without him, but I am not ready to replace him just yet. Rover seems like a great way to get my fix and earn some extra money along the way. I work full time Monday through Friday and have hour long lunch breaks if midday breaks are needed for your pets. Weekends are for serious play! I live on a low traffic road near a state forest. Access to trails from my back door and a large (unfenced) yard to roam. When staying in someone’s home I treat it like my own with care.
“First time using Rover.com and Elisheba made for a great first impression! My dog was very happy and well cared for. She sent me several pictures to keep me in the loop on their activities. I definitely recommend Elisheba for your pet walking/boarding needs! ?”
