She was careful to point out that her stairway was sometimes a challenge for dogs and that it was important to make sure Mousse would be ok navigating them... and she'd thought out where to place the crate in her apartment so it wasn't in the sun. She sent regular check ins and Mousse was clearly having a great time in all the pictures :) In addition, Rebecca was very flexible and understanding when we were stuck in traffic and needed to delay pick up by a few hours. About: As experienced dog owners, we are familiar with periods of puppy & teenager, have expectations for accidents, demand of attentions and needs of releasing energy. We have two fixed male dogs & 3 cats at home. Dog is energetic and friendly. Cats are shy, they usually just stay away from dog(s).We have our family room cleared for dog to play, and a fenced backyard that allows dog to burn their energy anytime. We are looking forward to meeting and taking care of dogs&cats! Zhuoran is currently at home 24/7. All dogs are crate-free in family room unless there is behavior issue during the day, and all dogs stay in the bedroom with us at night. - Dog walking schedule: 6:30am, 11am, 3pm, 8pm, and before bed time. In weekends we take dogs to fully fenced dog parks for 30~60min. Schedules are adjustable as needed. I'm currently stay at home 24/7. We wake up 6:00am for the first walk, and a short walk every 3~5 hours. My working station is in the family room right next to dogs, so I can take care of the dogs quickly if anything happened. We have a cleared family room with a safe gate, the whole space is belong to the dogs. We also have a fully fenced backyard that allows dogs to burn their energy and enjoy the fresh air.
About: Since I was young, I’ve loved animals, specifically dogs! I have always had my own dog and have watched many different dogs, large, energetic, and even puppies! I currently work from home and have my own dog, so taking care of another pet whether it be drop ins or walks, is completely doable. My schedule is very flexible and I can work from anywhere. About: I grew up with dogs. When I was 18 I co-adopted two pitbulls who lived out their lives with me. After college, I volunteered for Monster Milers taking shelter dogs from Street Tails Animal Rescue out for runs to help them burn energy and become more adoptable. My wife and I have adopted three times. A fawn pug who lived until 9 years old, a black pug who lived until 17 years old, and a Alaskan Malamute/Husky/Amstaff mix (107lbs) that lived until he was 13 and we recently lost. I'm good with all furry friends big and small and adjust my approach based on the dogs energy. I currently have a ton of flexibility outside of my kids to help with your pups, but generally, I'm home a lot and very active so lots of room to get your pup out for long walks and exercise/stimulation. I do not have a fenced in yard, and always keep my dogs on leashes until they were absolutely ready to listen solely to my commands. I use a gentle leader that helps minimize impact on their throat and also is very effective with pulling, but can be flexible to your sitch.

About: I’ve always loved animals, and loved a medium sized dog in my home growing up for about 9-10 years. Since having him I’ve pet sat for friends, family, family friends as requested. I’ve watched dogs overnight and for up to 9 or so consecutive months, and I’ve watched two cats for 3 months. I’ve helped my mom care for her pitbull puppy and her pointer. Any pet I watch I will love as if they were my own; and if I’m coming for an extended stay, I make sure the house is nice, clean, and smelling good so the owner can relax as much as possible coming home. Happy to do walks, feedings, extended stays, I’m not the most experienced in grooming but am willing to get the practice in if the trust is there. So my schedule is primarily dedicated to pet care outside of daily responsibilities When in my clients homes I stick to their rules with their pets. So if dogs on the bed/couch are a no, I’ll respect that. My goal is to make my clients animal as comfortable as possible. I even like seeing them sometime before the scheduled visit to see how our chemistry is, though I haven’t had had any bad visits. In my home I’ll care for them in the same fashion. Make sure they’re feed, take them for walks (if they’re walkers), cuddle and make sure they feel loved.
“Kaitlin really came through for me not only this week — where she walked my dog 3x a day— but even more recently for a midday walk at the last minute. For my planned week away, my flight home was canceled and I needed her to walk the dog at night, although we hadn’t planned for that. It felt really good knowing that my dog was in good hands and that he would be able to get some exercise and relieve himself when I couldn’t be there. He gets super excited about his walks and tends to pull a lot in the beginning, until he calms down, and she was able to handle him. He also takes medicine regularly so she was really good with giving it to him in alternative ways. It’s a blessing to be able to leave your pet in the care of someone when they can’t be with you. You need to have confidence in and be comfortable with that person and Kaitlin made me feel both of those things. She is now my go-to dog walker.”

It was very clear that Rebecca has a good sense of how dogs are and what they need. She was careful to point out that her stairway was sometimes a challenge for dogs and that it was important to make sure Mousse would be ok navigating them... and she'd thought out where to place the crate in her apartment so it wasn't in the sun. She sent regular check ins and Mousse was clearly having a great time in all the pictures :) In addition, Rebecca was very flexible and understanding when we were stuck in traffic and needed to delay pick up by a few hours. “Dolly and her three boys took exceptional care of Parker. She has three boys and a large fencing backyard that allowed him to play amd explore in a safe environment. When we arrived, parker was immediately snatched up by her by one of her two younger sons who promptly began playing with him, pampering him and loving him. Dolly said her sons even “argued” over whose bed he would sleep in. Parker came back a happy camper and made three great buddies along the way. Additionally, Dolly kept constant contact with me and sent pictures over the course of the two days. I would highly recommend this wonderful family to look after your pet whenever you need someone to watch them.”

About: I have worked in the veterinary field for 4 years as a veterinary assistant. I started pet sitting for my family members and neighbors for their cats and dogs. I have pet sit and walked dogs of all sizes but I have the most experience dog walking medium sized dogs between 40-70lbs from labs to pit bulls. I’m currently attending the university of Delaware and have class Monday through Friday! I’m most available on Wednesday after 3, Thursdays after 2, and Fridays after 12. Sundays I’m free all day! I am well experienced with dogs and cats of all sizes from my experience working at a vets office. I will gladly play, walk, or just entertain and watch your pet as you deem necessary.

She was so happy and calm for her stay and I know that because of all the wonderful pictures and videos that Joanna sent while we were gone. Mabel usually comes back with an upset stomach when she stays with someone other than us, but this was not the case with Joanna. I know she kept a close eye on her and made sure she didn’t eat weird random things outside and that she gave her the attention and love she is used to. Henry and Mabel because quick friends and that was the icing on the cake!! We are so happy to have found someone we can truly trust with our girl and will definitely be using her when we go away again:)”
