I recently lost my senior bulldog Junior so Im new to this site but figured it would be a good idea to try and fill my time when i’m not at work since all my free time was spent with him. I work full time in the evenings so morning/afternoon walks and/or drop ins are ideal. I am also flexible on my off days which are during the weekdays. Love to take walks and/or keep your dog company while you work or have plans for the day. If you are taking a trip or a vacation; I’m open to stay with your pet at their own house if that’s where they feel most comfortable. About: Hello!! I've had my own cat since 2017 and am an avid stray feeder (and occasional trapper). I also volunteer at Kitty Queen Cat Rescue at least 2 days a week, usually doing morning cat care (but sometimes you can find me there during open hours). I feed all of the cats, replace water, scoop litter boxes, clean up whatever I might find, and give medication when needed. I encounter all different types of personalities and customize my approach to each one. I've been volunteering there since October 2025. Two years ago I rescued my dog, Stanley, who is a 24 lb terrier mix. He was abused and took a very long time to warm up, but after a lot of patience and love he’s now thriving and the best boy. I learned a lot with Stanley and feel equipped to work with shyer dogs. Stanley also likes hanging out with other dogs and would enjoy some company around the house! BOARDING NOTE: for the safety of my dog, your dog, and my home, I only accept boarding requests for dogs that are crate trained. Thank you for understanding! I currently work from home full time, so my availability is flexible. Stanley and I would be happy to have you hang out with us at my place (I’d recommend a meet and greet first). I live close to a nature trail that I take Stanley on daily, and we’re very familiar with the neighborhood. I can take frequent walk breaks and crate your pet.

“My partner and I were both immediately calm after dropping Link off at Krista’s for the first time. We even kept saying that was the least worried we have ever been dropping him off anywhere. Krista’s calm confidence is so reassuring, she isn’t afraid of any quirks a dog might have and handles them well. I loved her fun updates including pictures and videos during Link’s stay. That was most relaxed I’ve ever been while away from him (which is not easy to do). She truly cares about your dog and treats them like her own. I hope to use her time and time again in the future!!!”

He was flexible in terms of scheduling a meet-and-greet that was kinda last minute and was professional. He also provided plenty of photo updates of Riley throughout the stay. This was Sunny’s first time staying in someone else’s home, so we were a little nervous about how he would adjust, but they made him feel completely comfortable and at home.
