“I had a fantastic experience with Crystal while she looked after my 9-month-old Snowshoe cat, Mavis, during my spring break. Right from the meet and greet, she knew her stuff. She introduced Mavis to her apartment, and her pet is around the same age, Sushi, and gave us some great tips on helping Mavis settle in. The Blink camera in the room where Mavis stayed was a nice touch, allowing Crystal to check in on her whenever she was out, which was reassuring. Plus, she ensured Mavis got plenty of playtime – she understood Mavis's playful side. I was impressed by how Crystal helped Mavis and Sushi become friends. They hit it off after a little supervised playtime, which made me feel even better about leaving Mavis with her. What genuinely set Crystal apart was her communication. About: I didn’t start out as a “cat person,” but when my daughter asked for a cat in 2008, everything changed. Seventeen years later, I’ve shared my home with four beloved family cats, cared for two foster litters, and volunteered for five years at a no-kill shelter in New Jersey. At the shelter, I gained hands-on experience with socializing cats, giving oral medication, and tending to their daily needs. Ever since then throughout high school and college, I've had many pet owners have me come to their homes to care after their fur babies, and I have plenty of experience of stopping in to feed, leave out to the bathroom, and keep them company. I've taken care of puppies, adult dogs, and cats. The most experience I've had are with medium sized dogs, and some labradors. I'm also used to small breeds as my own dog is a Shih Tzu/Maltese mix. About: I have helped take care of my families pets since I was 17. We always had cats and at least one dog. I have also had a pet snake for 6 years. I have volunteered at pet shelters for many years and have a cat of my own. I can juggle many pets at once I am currently working full time but am passionate about animals and helping others. I am available for check-ins during the day, over nights throughout the week and weekend. I have my own cat her name is Harmony. I ensure that she always has food, water and fresh litter. About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life, at least 8 over the years, plus 9 puppies we rehomed to better lives. I work part time so I have plenty of time to care for your animals! I mainly work in the afternoons, but my house always has someone available for constant socializing. About: I’ve grown up in a house full of dogs my whole life while also helping my mom with Rover. Right before COVID, we rescued a dog, and I trained him and since moving to Boalsburg and reuniting with my dogs I have wanted to bring more furry friends into our house for them to play with! I am home everyday, as I do work from home! I able to provide a morning walks as well as lunch and afternoon/night walks. Additionally, I am totally open to allowing your dog to make itself at home on the couch and bed! I want your dog to feel completely at home and give it a space to feel comfortable and fully itself.
