About: I'm currently a grad student with a flexible schedule, and honestly, time outdoors with a dog is my favorite way to recharge and get away from the screen. A good walk or an afternoon of play doesn't feel like a chore to me — it's the part of my day I look forward to. That means your dog gets someone with the energy and genuine enthusiasm to keep up with them, not just clock in and out. I grew up with a golden retriever and was the one taking care of him solo whenever my parents traveled for work, so I've been the trusted "person in charge" since I was a kid. I offer dog walking, doggy day care, and drop-in visits & house sitting, and I'm comfortable with everyone from high-energy pups to laid-back loungers. Whether your dog needs a good walk, some company, or a full day of play, I'll treat them like my own. Can't wait to meet you both! As a grad student with a flexible, largely home-based schedule, I can give your pet real attention and keep to their routine. Through the summer I'm generally free all day, every day, except Sunday mornings. Because I'm home and around for most of the day, I can stick to your pet's normal routine — feedings, walks, meds, and play at the times they're used to — and send you updates and photos so you always know how they're doing. If you have a specific schedule you'd like me to follow, just let me know and I'll build my day around it. Doggy day care: I'm in a comfortable 750 sq ft one-bedroom apartment with easy access to Rittenhouse Square, so your dog gets a cozy home base plus plenty of nearby green space for walks, play, and bathroom breaks throughout the day. They'll have my attention, a steady routine, and regular trips outside rather than being left to lounge alone. Dog drop-in visits: I like to be thorough so your dog's day feels exactly like it does when you're home. Before your first visit, I'll ask where to find the spare leash, poop bags, water, and treats, and I'll want to know your usual walking route and routine. The more detail you can share, the better — I'd genuinely rather have too many instructions than too few, so your pup gets the same care and rhythm they're used to. Cat drop-in visits: For cats, I pay close attention to the details that keep them comfortable while you're away. I'll ask where the litter box is, whether it needs refilling, and exactly how you'd like it cleaned, plus where to find food, water, and treats. I also like to know their favorite toy and how they usually like to play or spend their day, so I can match their normal routine rather than disrupt it. Clear instructions are always welcome — I'd rather follow your way of doing things to the letter.

About: I’ve taken care of lots of different kinds of animals since I was a teenager. I worked at a zoo in England for a summer when I was a bit younger and from then, I grew a genuine passion for animals. I am currently working from home, so I will be able to provide lots of attention to your dog. I also walk routinely in the morning, evening, and anytime in between. I do not have any pets that live with me so it will just be myself and your dog. I will usually only have 1 dog at a time unless the dogs already know each other or live together.

About: I just adore dogs! I grew up with them; at one point, we had four at once. As an adult, I’ve dog-sit for many people in my life. Some even say they’ve never seen their dog connect with somebody like they have with me! I’d be happy to help out with any size, any breed, any age, and any energy level. “Christopher really put my mind at ease when I felt anxious about leaving Mochi for an extended boarding stay in an unfamiliar city. Mochi got more exercise than he ever gets with me and Christopher’s family’s home is beautiful and dog friendly (lots of doggie toys, cuddles on sofa, etc). I was a little worried about encounters with other dogs on walks (Mochi can be selectively dog aggressive). Christopher handled him like a champ and had no issues at all. There was a little trouble with medications, but in Chris’s defense- Mochi really doesn’t like the honkin’ large intercepter chew and it can be tough to fool him into eating it. I was concerned that I found pieces of the medicine mixed in with Mochi’s food in the big food bag- I believe Mochi just didn’t eat it and Chris mixed the leftover food (with medicine) back into the food bag. Overall I am very happy with Christopher and would use him again. Highly recommend!”
