“Rhea was absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend enough. Great communication and really good questions when any issues came up. I will be using them again for sure”

“Amy was amazing with my dog, Roxy!! I highly recommend using her. Roxy is an older mini goldendoodle and Amy was so accommodating and sweet with her. I got daily updates with photos. I felt so comfortable and Amy made the process super smooth. I booked her last minute and so glad I did. I highly recommend and would use her again!”

“Alex and her family were very welcoming. I like that they did a meet and greet just to ensure that my dog would be a good fit for them to take care of. My dog was very excited to be with them and they took great care of him. I received updates and pictures during his stay. I am grateful to them to be able to enjoy my vacation and know that my precious Goose was in great hands. I am appreciative and grateful for such wonderful service.”

“Donte was great with my pup! I was a little nervous to take him to a new sitter for the first time, but the second I met Donte and saw him interacting with my dog all those nerves went away. He, miraculously even got my dog who has a fear of crates to sleep in one! I was blown away. Would definitely recommend.”

“Tamikia did an amazing job taking care of my pup while I was gone! She provided lots of pictures/updates and made me feel at ease. I would definitely book with her again :)”

“Kristina took amazing care of Darby!! She bought her toys and treats. I could tell Darby had a great time and I enjoyed my vacation knowing my dog was in good hands :)”

“Bryce was available on short notice and remained responsive over DMs throughout our interactions. I got lots of photos and updates on Wallace during his stay. I would recommend anyone to place their pet in Bryce's cade.”

“WOW - I don't even know where to start. I've been boarding / working with pet sitter's for over 14 years and Christin is top tier. Not only is her home so perfect for dogs (a big backyard?! such a treat!), her demeanor and understanding of dog behavior makes her one of the best. When we had our meet-and-greet my pups instantly starting showing signs of being relaxed (playing with toys and eating bones which never happens at new places) and kept going up to Christin for pets and love. Christin provided ample updates and photos and was super understanding of the quirks and difficulties of caring for a senior pup. It's hard to leave my 15.5 year old dog but I trusted Christin immediately. I will be re-booking for sure even just for single days for my dogs to enjoy her yard.”

“Yuiko did a great job with my dog, Cole. She sent just the right amount of pictures and updates. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that my dog was in good hands. She also administered oral meds without issue. Would definitely have Yuiko watch Cole again!”

“Eric and Raz are our favorite dog sitters. They clearly love and care about our dog and we always feel 100% confident that she is well cared for with them. They give her lots of cuddles and have a good sense of her needs. It’s always a pleasure.”

“Rachel was amazing! She took such good care of our pup and gave me a bunch of updates, pics and videos. I didn’t worry for a second, I knew he was in great hands and was having the best time. 12/10 would recommend.”

“Carismeldi watched my pup Prada from Friday to Sunday and she was great. She kept me in the loop with pics and updates throughout the day, which I really appreciated. Prada looked happy, comfortable, and totally at ease the whole time. She was easy to communicate with, super sweet, and you can tell she genuinely cares. I’d definitely book with her again and recommend her to anyone needing a solid sitter.”

“Douglas and Henry came back very happy from their stay with Ginger. She took excellent care of them and paid attention to the little nuances each dog needed. I highly recommend her!”

“Christopher did a great job watching Monty for the night! Gave me constant updates and followed all my instructions to a T. As a dog mom it can be very hard leaving your baby with someone you don’t know, but Christopher did everything to make sure I was comfortable and knew Monty was in good hands.”

“Alice did a wonderful job taking care of Sandy and keeping us updated. She watched her for 2 weeks and made sure we received plenty of pictures and knew how Sandy was doing while we were away.”

“Mitchell and his husband were very welcoming from the start I met them. They went above and beyond to take care of Baldur’s needs. They were flexible and attentive of Baldur’s needs. I’m happy that I chose them to be my sitter. I was concerned while being away his stimulation needs wouldn’t be met, but I was happy to see from the picture update he was smiling and having a great time. The backyard was something my dog loved as he missed this since we moved to the city. Overall I recommend Mitchell’s service to anyone that needs a trustworthy service.”

“Emelie is a great dog sitter! This was our first time having our 2 year old dog stay with Emelie. She provided a meet and greet well ahead of his stay, and was very communicative and responsive ahead of and during the long weekend. We had to make a last minute change in our schedule, and she readily accommodated. Her set-up is ideal, with plenty of outdoor and indoor space, and a few other dogs to play with. Finally, Emelie gets dog social dynamics and is very effective at managing the set up all around.”

“Tamikia did a fantastic job taking care of our cat while we were away. She came at the scheduled time and did all that was asked of her and more. She made us feel very comfortable leaving our cat in her care. We enjoyed receiving the daily updates and photos while we were away. We would definitely hire her again!”

“This was our first time using Rover and couldn’t be more happy! Grace was super communicative and professional from the start and sent the best kitty check in photos daily. Will def be using her for all our cat sitting needs moving forward. Thanks, Grace!”

“I felt so at ease with Paige watching my girls. If I ever have to go out of town for any reason, I will reach out to her first before I try anyone else on Rover. She cared for all of them but was able to ensure my kitty thats asthmatic got her medication on time every time. That was so important to me. I cannot tell you how much I loved having her watch my girls. I will definitely ask her to care for them again.”

“Riley recently cared for our cats while we were on the first vacation in over 15 years. We have prioritized our animals over that time and wanted to make sure that care continued while we took a break. Riley came through for us in every way before and during her stay. We will use her again for sure.”

“Spencer and Nellie were amazing, start to finish. They kept me super informed about how my cat was doing and sent a ton of pictures. They made sure he got a daily medication plus pills. I felt a lot better about my travel because they were so communicative and responsive. I'd 100% recommend them.”

“My cat was so comfortable staying with Liam and he sent photos of him petting my cat. I felt at ease as my cat seems really safe with him and was so well taken care of. I highly recommend anyone needing cat boarding to use Liam. Communication was top tier and my cat didn't want to leave.”

“Great experience for our two cats. We gave Anna a tour of the house and she met the cats first via video visit. Took great care of them, plenty of updates and pictures. Will use again!”

“First time rover user and Wayne was great! He was responsive and kept me updated everyday I was away. I would recommend him to anyone who needs drop by services.”

About: As stated in my experience, I’ve had many cats in my life (9 to be exact), so I am very comfortable taking care of, playing with, and befriending cats. The oldest cat I had was 16 and youngest was from a baby of 2 months, so no matter the age I will make sure your cat is in good hands.
“Cece is very sweet. She followed all of my directions and took care of our kittens while we were briefly out of town. She also managed to impress our one kitten who is apprehensive of strangers. She sent pictures which we greatly appreciated. Thank you again!”

“Jourdan was great! They were super communicative and gave my cat lots of love. I felt super comfortable knowing that my kitty had someone like Jourdan was watching her.”

“Jada is excellent. Quick and painless with watching my beloved babies. Toward the end of the visit my VERY standoffish girl that usually stays away from people offered some cuddles which was pretty much a stamp of approval. Attentive, quick, and made sure to come on time to feed my babies. Will be booking again.”

“Jae was a great sitter to our cat Tommy! She actively communicated with us prior to and during the drop in. She also sent a few pictures and videos that we greatly appreciated while away from home. Though our kitty is very shy, Jae made an effort to play with him to get some energy out during her drop in. Would definitely look to book her again!”

“Katie went above and beyond for our cats. She made sure our older cat took her many medications, and she helped our younger cat get his endless energy out. I really appreciated how much she communicated; it helped put my mind at ease. She obviously cares so much about animals, and I’m so glad my kitties got to spend a weekend with her.”

“Chris has been great with, Everest! The best experience I’ve had with a sitter on Rover, for sure. He’s attentive to her, knowledgeable, and she loves staying with him. Highly recommend Chris!!”

“Donte was great with Blue. He really helped us out with a last-minute weekend daycare booking, and Blue was very excited to go back. We received photos and videos during his visits and we will definitely look to Donte for future daycare visits.”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! Rhea went above and beyond to make sure my pet felt comfortable, loved, and cared for while I was away. She provided regular updates and pictures, which gave me peace of mind throughout the stay. It was clear my pet was in great hands and truly enjoyed their time. I highly recommend Rhea to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and reliable sitter. I will definitely be booking with her again!”

About: I have had pets since I was 9 years old. I have taken care of my own pets, as well as friends and family’s pets since I was a teenager. I have a dog (curly white dog in photos), that lives with me. He likes to keep to himself and has never had any issues with other dogs during a stay. About: I’ve been caring for my own pets (cats and dogs) and those of community members for the past 15 years. I can bond with almost anyone (especially the anxious ones). I enjoy hiking, strolls around the neighborhood, sunbathing in parks, or a cuddle session with my (or the pet’s) favorite Hulu show. Currently my pack is my two cats, 3 year olds Basil and Sage, who I have had since they were 4 months. I’ve cared for puppies too, and just about everywhere in between. I love playing frisbee in clark park and can adapt to your unique training style. I’m working from home so I am flexible with time. My goal is to expand my experience in the hopes I can work with dogs more professionally in the future. Thank you for considering me, and I look forward to meeting you! I’m working full time from home, M-F. I’m the best fit for weekend care, and with advance notice, I can be available on weeknights. About: Hi! I am a dedicated dog lover with three years of experience caring for pups. I’ve spent the last few years pet-sitting for families and watching dogs for my friends, and I’ve learned that every dog is unique—some need a long run, while others just want a quiet spot to nap. I pride myself on being calm and patient. I know meeting someone new can be stressful for a dog, so I always take things at their pace to make sure they feel safe and secure from the moment we meet. My Routine & Activity I am a very active person and love staying moving. If you have a high-energy dog who loves to stay active, I’m the perfect match! I live right near a wonderful park, which is where I spend a lot of my time. My routine includes: Morning and afternoon runs: If your dog is a runner, I’d love to have a partner! Park walks: Plenty of fresh air and mental stimulation at the nearby park. Cuddle time: When we aren't out exploring, I am a big fan of cuddling and making sure your dog feels loved and relaxed. What I Offer Tailored care: I treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure their specific needs and schedules are met. A safe environment: I provide a calm, safe space where your dog can feel right at home, whether they prefer lounging on the carpet or snuggling up. Plenty of attention: I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give your furry family member the focus and affection they deserve while you’re away. I look forward to meeting your pup and providing a fun, safe, and loving experience for them! I work from home, which grants me significant flexibility throughout the day. This allows me to prioritize your dog’s needs, whether that means a quick potty break, a long walk in the nearby park, or a midday run for high-energy pups. In My Home When a dog stays with me, I focus on creating a seamless transition from their usual routine. Since I work from home, I am able to provide constant supervision and companionship. Your dog will have the freedom to lounge comfortably while I work, with plenty of breaks for play and cuddles. Being located right near a park means we can head out for fresh air and exercise whenever they need a boost of energy. In Your Home For drop-in visits or house sitting, my priority is maintaining the environment where your pet feels most secure. I stick closely to the schedule you’ve built, ensuring feedings, walks, and medications happen exactly on time. I use my work-from-home flexibility to spend quality time in your space, providing not just the essentials, but also the mental stimulation and physical activity—like runs or long walks—that keeps dogs happy while their owners are away. My Approach to Care Safety First: I always keep dogs on a leash during outings and stay alert to their body language. Active Engagement: I love going on runs and walks to ensure high-energy dogs get their heart rate up. Open Communication: I provide regular photo updates and check-ins so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is having a great time.

“I have one of those dogs that can open doors, turn on the radio and open her crate. She’s just so independent and intelligent that most sitters are not up for that kind of challenge. Kiara is not one who is easily overwhelmed by all that. She was amazing with both of my dogs while with the loss of a family member. Desi (GSD, cattle dog and pittie) and Biggie smalls (old English bulldog) are in love with her. She is responsible, prompt, compassionate, observant and most importantly loves dogs. I feel blessed to have her watch my kids. Every time I started to wonder how they were doing I got a video or a picture or just a message saying what they were up to.”

About: Been taking care of pets my entire life, both my own pets as well as helping friends and neighbors with theirs. Can’t wait to meet yours! I work remotely and have flexible hours, so I’m available to help throughout the day during the week and also on weekends at most locations! I have a fenced yard and a friendly dog and cat to keep yours company. I can crate your dog if needed and can also keep my pets separate from yours in my house if needed.

About: Hi! We’re Electra and Crescent. We love travel, food and animals! 🐾 We’re lifelong pet parents who have shared our home with cats and dogs for decades. We currently live with three cats of our own (2 belonged to my late mother) Kiki the senior Russian blue, Helena the toothless full figured queen and Charles Mr. Humpty Dumpty. We genuinely love caring for animals and understand the unique needs of picky eaters, seniors, energetic and active animals or pets who prefer calm, low-stress environments. We call Charles our “special needs baby” since he is neutered but loves to hump his cat toy (Matilda) Kiki was my mom’s cat who is a senior and has IBD aside from her IBD (which we are managing) she’s a very quiet, laid back cat that likes her quality time. Helena was my mom’s cat and talk about food focused! Despite having only 2 bottom teeth this thick beauty don’t let that stop her! 🐾 I’m Electra and I’m available most of the day. My husband Crescent works Monday–Friday during the day (usually finished by late afternoon). This gives us excellent flexibility for pet sitting: • Boarding at our home: We can typically do pet pickups early evenings or anytime on weekends. • Drop-offs: You can bring your pet anytime. We can also do pickups for you Monday–Friday after 5 pm or anytime on weekends. Since I’m home I can provide personalized, attentive care for your furry family members. Whether it’s longer walks, extra play sessions, or simply quiet companionship for pets that get lonely, we tailor our care to what each animal needs. We board cats (up to 3) or small-medium dogs (up to 2) at a time. We have a dedicated spare bedroom that works beautifully as a cozy “cat hotel” or “doggie retreat” — complete with a litter box, cat tree, twin bed, toys and TV for background noise. Your pets get complete free-roaming access in this room with no crates. Privacy with one family at a time to ensure a calm, stress-free environment for your pet with access to ring camera for boarding stays. We’ll ensure that your cats have a freshly clean litter box daily, interaction multiple hours a day, great window view for birdwatching and followed feeding routine. Your dogs will have plenty of time outside, I’m available and can provide multiple walks and engagement throughout the day, with comfortable indoor space for relaxation and eating routines. You’ll have peace of mind knowing your furry babies are safe and in a controlled space. We offer Ring camera access so you can check in anytime, plus daily text updates with photos and details about how their day went. When we visit your home, we’re extremely mindful of your pet’s normal routines. We’ll make sure they get plenty of attention and playtime if they crave it, or respectful space if they prefer quiet time — always with their comfort and happiness as our top priority.
“Shanika was the best sitter for Saint! Great communication, updates, and she made sure our fur baby was well cared for with lots of love while we were out. Would definitely book with her again if we’re back in town.”

“Rachel was fantastic! My daughter and I were touring colleges in the area and needed a place for our dog during the tours. Jiminy was spoiled with cuddles and he definitely had a great time!”

“Deena was very accommodating and good with my dog. This was my first time using Rover and she made the experience great! She took care of my little guy!!! Thank you”

About: A lover of animals of all sorts, I've rescued and cared for cats of my own for over 40 years. My family had dogs including a Beagle and a Lhasa Poo while I was growing up, and I'm the one who always says, "Can I say hi?!" when I see someone out walking their dog. I volunteered at Main Line Animal Rescue, Providence Animal Rescue, and pet store based cat rescues and have received dog handling and walking training. I am equipped and eager to provide your pets with quality time and care. I have groomed cats, walked the big dogs, and cleaned bunny litter. Clients, friends, and co-workers have been happy with my services and I enjoy connecting my work with one of my passions. If you scroll my photos, I admit I haven't cared for alpacas. But I'd love to learn how! I'd be happy to make your getaways, vacations, or travel for work less stressful for you by caring for your pets and home. I'm happy to give updates throughout visits, including photos or videos, and will send regular reports on food and treats, litter or potty time, and general behavior. My schedule is flexible. Just let me know your needs and I'll do my best to make it work. Book ahead for your summer and fall travel plans! Taking care of your pets in your home is a responsibility and a privilege, allowing your pets to have their safe spaces and comforts while you're away. If house-sitting or dropping in for care or walks, I'll follow your suggestions and directions to deliver the best possible care. I am mature, responsible, and experienced, so you can feel confident in my reliability.
About: I’ve taken care of lots of different kinds of animals since I was a teenager. I worked at a zoo in England for a summer when I was a bit younger and from then, I grew a genuine passion for animals. I am currently working from home, so I will be able to provide lots of attention to your dog. I also walk routinely in the morning, evening, and anytime in between. I do not have any pets that live with me so it will just be myself and your dog. I will usually only have 1 dog at a time unless the dogs already know each other or live together.
“Helen was fantastic! She was very responsive, easy to coordinate with, and provided updates on my boy while I was away. Pickup and drop-off were both seamless, and I felt confident he was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Helen to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.”

About: Having grown up with dogs and cats (...and a couple birds and a hedgehog), and working in pet care/pet sitting on and off for about 12 years I've seen and known a lot of weird, wonderful, sweet, and silly pets. I think my attention to detail sets me apart. I want to know what keeps your fur babies calm & happy. I want to know what stresses them out so we can steer clear: whether it's the sound of skateboards or rolling suitcases, fellow wildlife, or even people. I'm ready to redirect your nearly perfect pet away from their favorite forbidden roadside snack. I also have experience administering medications. I look forward to working with you! I currently do pet care and pet sitting part time and some other gig work (varies from week to week) while I look for other full-time work. I aim to mimic your pets lifestyle when they're in my care to make things as comfortable as possible for them. We're gonna cuddle, we're gonna play!
About: I’ve taken care of my friend’s frenchie while he was away on vacation. I have tons of family who owns cats including having one of my own that I look after. Right now I am currently unemployed so I can mostly pet sit any day of the week. I prefer days that aren’t on the weekends but I’m still open to any position available When it comes to petsitting in other peoples houses I will always ask about their pets boundaries as well as the owner’s and where the pet is and isn't allowed to be in the home. I like getting a good idea of the relationship of the owners and their pets so I can best care for their friend

I send photo updates during every walk so you can see exactly how things are going and I'm happy to do a free meet-and-greet before any first booking. I am very detail-oriented and neat, so I will treat your pets and your home with respect. For senior pets on medication, I'm comfortable administering oral medications and following specific care routines. Just walk me through it at our free meet-and-greet and I'll follow your instructions to the letter.
“Matthew is fantastic. My corgi had some special neurological needs and some behavioral issues as a result. Matthew is patient and kind in all of his interactions with Zeke. He is timely and professional. He put my mind at ease as I returned back to the office. He sends plenty of pictures showing how much fun they are having walking and playing. I would use him again as needed. Highly recommend.”

About: Hello! I am a pre-veterinary recent college graduate and hope to apply to veterinary school in the coming years. Throughout my undergraduate career, I have gained experience working with animals in veterinary clinics, research settings, and animal shelters. Through these experiences, I have learned the importance of paying close attention to detail, as every animal has a unique personality and specific needs. Additionally, I have experience administering oral, topical, and injectable medications if your pet requires them during their time with me. I prioritize maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, carefully following all care instructions, and ensuring each pet receives individualized care and attention. As a pet owner myself, I understand how much our pets mean to us and how important it is to trust someone with their care. Because of this, I make it a priority to communicate any concerns promptly and keep pet parents informed so they can feel confident that their fur babies are in good hands. I also love taking photos and videos of my own pets and will provide a mixture of picture and video updates throughout the day so you can see how your pet is doing while you’re away. Outside of pet care, I enjoy going on walks, watching movies and shows, and engaging pets in enrichment activities. I especially enjoy taking dogs on walks as a way to provide both exercise and mental stimulation. For indoor enrichment, I enjoy using activities such as lick mats and puzzle toys to keep pets engaged and entertained. I am currently working part-time this summer, but I have substantial availability during evenings and midday hours. My weekend availability is more limited; however, I may be able to accommodate weekend requests with prior notice. My goal is to ensure that pets feel safe and comfortable during their time with me. Through my previous animal handling experiences, I have worked with dogs who experience anxiety when meeting new people. Because of this, I like to ease into interactions and allow pets to warm up to me at their own pace by offering treats, positive reinforcement, and plenty of socialization. I have found that treats can be especially helpful in building trust and making our time together more enjoyable and stress-free. When it comes to dog walking, I am mindful of weather conditions and take precautions to keep pets safe. On hotter days, I can bring water and a dog bowl to ensure your dog stays hydrated during walks. As mentioned in my bio, I take pet safety very seriously and will promptly communicate any medical or safety concerns I observe to pet owners so that appropriate steps can be taken to ensure their pet’s well-being.
“Christel is extremely communicative and responsive....but most importantly, our dog genuinely enjoys his walks with her. She does a thorough job walking him around the neighborhood, allowing plenty of time for sniffing.....AND she has the patience to deal with our cranky old dog when he just doesn't wanna go outside. She's successfully lured him downstairs and coaxed him into his much needed walks several times. She is our regular walker for a reason!! Highly recommend.”

“Breanna took great care of my old lady pup while I was away for a few days. I got detailed notes and pictures after each walk. She was super accommodating and really nice to communicate with. I definitely recommend her and wouldn't hesitate to use her services again!”

About: I understand how important it is to leave your pets with someone patient, gentle, and trustworthy while you’re away. Every pet has their own personality, routine, and little quirks — and I love getting to know what makes each one special. Whether your pet enjoys playtime, cuddles, brushing, quiet companionship, or simply having someone nearby, I always adjust my care to what helps them feel happiest and most comfortable. For dogs, this may include walks, playtime, feeding, and companionship. For cats, I spend time playing, brushing if they enjoy it, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes, and making sure they feel comfortable and relaxed. My goal is simple: to make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and cared for while giving you peace of mind. I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate most requests.

“Christopher did a great job watching Monty for the night! Gave me constant updates and followed all my instructions to a T. As a dog mom it can be very hard leaving your baby with someone you don’t know, but Christopher did everything to make sure I was comfortable and knew Monty was in good hands.”

“Jasmine did a great job watching my dog, Chianti! She was very flexible and on a very short notice. She kept me updated with pictures and videos, and I could tell Chianti was really enjoying her time. She offered to run with her, and had a great dog of her own, Sprinkles, who Chianti really clicked with. We are looking forward to Chianti staying with her again in the future!”

“Rebecca was wonderful. Bootsie is 12 yrs old and loves her sofa and that’s what she got. A comfy sofa, no other dogs, and a good walk and meal every day. Heaven! She was hard pressed to get up and leave. Rebecca sent pictures every day, keeping me abreast of the visit. She is a warm and caring sitter who put me at ease. Linda P”

“Deena handled my high-energy husky mix wonderfully! I got frequent and detailed updates plus pictures, and my girl Ahsoka left there happy and healthy. My plans finished up an hour or two early and Deena was easily able to accommodate. Thanks again!”

“Kristin was wonderful with Charlie, and when I had a slight change in plans was able to accommodate them very easily. Was always responsive and sent me lots of photos from the weekend. Will definitely send Charlie back!”

“Maya's stay with Melanie over Christmas was great. Melanie's home is very welcoming and she made every effort to make sure Maya was comfortable. Thank you for having her and I will definitely be in touch for a future stay!”

“Alexis does such a great job with Prince! She really takes care of him and provides the comfort Prince receives at home. I will continue to care for Prince when I am away.”

“We are glad to have found Brooke in the area to care for our two dogs when we are away! Videos are helpful and our dogs seem to have a good time!!!”

“Jake was very easy to communicate with and it was clear our pup was treated very well during her stay with him. We really appreciated him watching her on relatively short notice and we would definitely reach out to Jake again in the future.”
“We would highly recommend trusting Kerry with your fur baby - she was so responsive, timely, and very caring for our puppy Howdy. Before we booked, Kerry wanted to meet us and Howdy to ensure we all felt comfortable and she went above and beyond. Thank you, Kerry!”

About: I've been around dogs my entire life. From growing up with family pets to having my own, I've taken care of dogs of all different breeds and sizes. I work from home, so I'll be able to provide your dog with the care and attention they need. I can also provide basic training skills, if necessary. I currently have one dog named Koda. He's very friendly, affectionate, and well trained. He gets along well with all dogs and loves any human that will give him attention. He would love to host your furry companion! I work fully remote from home so I am available all during the week with a good amount of availability on the weekends as well. I have a fenced in yard where they'll be able to play. I take Koda on three walks a day and to the Wissahickon or other parks in the area most weekends so your dog will get plenty of exercise and stimulation.
