About: I am a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet owner who understands how important it is to know your pet is comfortable, safe, and well cared for when you are away. I have cared for my beloved cat, Alix, for approximately 11 years and have experience administering medications, brushing fur and teeth, cleaning litter boxes, clipping nails, feeding, giving plenty of attention and companionship, and monitoring health and behavior. I pride myself on being attentive, dependable, and patient. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and routine, and I strive to provide care that helps them feel comfortable and secure in their own environment. Whether it is a drop-in visit, feeding, playtime, simply keeping your pet company, or walking, I will treat your pets with the same care and respect I would want for my own. As a healthcare professional, I am comfortable recognizing changes in behavior or wellbeing that may warrant attention, detail-oriented, and responsible. My goal is to give pet owners peace of mind while ensuring their pets receive compassionate, reliable care. Pet care fits very naturally into my current routine, and I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide dependable drop-in visits and walks throughout the week. Pet care is something I genuinely look forward to rather than simply treating as work. I am available on weekdays and many weekends, and I make it a priority to be attentive to each pet's individual needs, communicative, and punctual. Whether your pet needs companionship while you are away, feeding, playtime, a quick visit, or a walk, I am committed to providing consistent and reliable care. I currently offer drop-in visits in my clients' homes and walking. My goal is to maintain your pet's normal routine and provide a positive, safe experience while you are away. During visits, I can provide companionship, feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, walks, and any other routine care that your pet needs that is mutually agreed upon. I understand that trust is essential when someone is caring for your pet and entering your home. I am committed to clear communication, dependable, and respectful of clients' homes and property. I will follow your instructions carefully, make sure your pet is comfortable, safe, and well cared for, and provide updates as requested during every visit. As a healthcare professional, I am attentive to changes in behavior or wellbeing, detail-oriented, and responsible. I treat every pet with kindness, patience, and the same level of care I would want for my own furry family member.

“I can’t thank Tim enough for being such a lifesaver and amazing sitter! I had a very last minute need for a sitter over the July 4th weekend while I was working and he stepped up in the biggest way. He walked Coco multiple times a day and gave the most adorable summaries of their day together. Coco sprinted to him immediately after only one day and it was obvious she had a great time despite the terrible 100 degree weather that weekend. I can’t thank him enough and can’t wait for him to sit coco again!”

“Devon took such great care of Beans! Beans loves her so much and he had such a good time. She took lots of pictures and he was so enriched with his visit he slept through the night and morning! Highly recommend Devon!!”

About: I’ve taken care of lots of different kinds of animals since I was a teenager. I worked at a zoo in England for a summer when I was a bit younger and from then, I grew a genuine passion for animals. I am currently working from home, so I will be able to provide lots of attention to your dog. I also walk routinely in the morning, evening, and anytime in between. I do not have any pets that live with me so it will just be myself and your dog. I will usually only have 1 dog at a time unless the dogs already know each other or live together.
About: Since I was a child, I grew up in a household where we rescued animals. My mother rescued hamsters, rabbits, dogs, and cats, and it surprised no one I followed in her footsteps. Aside from always being a fur-mom myself, I’ve fostered animals on my own accord, with personal finances, and found my rescues their forever homes. I’ve also partnered with a friend, who does run an actual rescue, to perform background checks on applicants. She’s allowed me to use her resources, where I’ve been able to receive affordable veterinary care for my foster visits. I’ve performed CPR on animals, administered medicine orally, and bottle fed newborn puppies and kittens. I’ve done the dirty work, too, where I’ve provided flea baths, removed ticks, and treated “diaper rash”. There’s actually photos I have, where I’m covered in Desitin rash cream. Honestly? There isn’t anything I wouldn’t do to save an animal. Or, to provide an animal love and comfort. I’m permanently working from home, so I have the ability to stay with your furry child all day and care for them. This includes lounging in the house, and I also have my backyard where we can all stretch our legs and play. I am a firm believer in safety first. I treat all animals as if they’re my own children, and I always consider their safety to be paramount. In my own home, I have a pet-friendly setup. This means, I don’t have plants that would be toxic to animals, and I ensure that all food is stored properly and away. There are no sharp objects in my house. When I’m sitting a cat or dog, I’m also always around to make sure they don’t get into anything dangerous. I make sure to use pet safe cleaning products. When I’m house sitting, I respect the rules of someone else’s home, and I ensure that I’m careful when entering and exiting any home (mine or someone else’s) so that no animals escapes. Before sitting for an animal in someone’s home, I have a lengthy conversation with them to go over expectations and the safety rules of the house. I follow these rules like they are my own. I will crate a dog if the pet parent requires it— and dogs and cats are allowed to roam freely in my home (under my watchful eye) if a crate isn’t needed. I will crate as requested.

About: I've always loved animals and grew up with pet birds, dogs, hamsters, and currently have a senior cat. I started petsitting as a teenager and have continued to do so. Over the years I've taken care of big dogs, little dogs, cats (elderly and semi-feral included), chickens, and rabbits. I enjoy building a connection with animals at their pace, whether it's love at first treat or gaining trust from a distance. Although I am happy to care for any pet, big dogs have a special place in my heart. Comfortable with large and high energy dogs. Rover is my main gig, so I can accept last minute requests and have plenty of time to give your pets the attention they deserve. Unfortunately, my cat is an introvert so I don't offer boarding services. I do drop-ins and dogwalking. Respecting your home (and your fur baby's home) is high priority. Happy to accommodate in any way I can.

About: I love dogs and cats but am unfortunately not allowed to have them at the building where I live, so I get my fill of wags and purrs taking care of other people's pets. I'm extremely reliable and have a very flexible schedule. I have lots of experience including with large and active dogs. I live in the South Philly area. I do not drive but I have no problem traveling via Septa or regional rail. I'm flexible and available most days or evenings with a little notice. I am available for overnight stays with some notice. Last minute pop ins or walkings are usually not a problem, either. I can visit your home to take your dog for a walk, or pop in to feed the cats and clean the litter box, whatever works best for youband your furry friends. I can house sit reliably, and have plenty of experience.
“Thanks for being so patient with Rydyk on such hot days, it’s not his favorite. So good to see he still got a good walk in and some extra pets at home!”

“Christopher helped us out for a last minute request to walk my dog. He was so attentive to all my requests and went above and beyond to help. I knew my dog was in good company with Christopher. I will definitely be booking him again and highly recommend him! Thank you!”

“Juli is so helpful with our busy schedules! She does amazing with our request to make the most of Frankie’s 30 min walks. Including distance, feeding and time for pets! I appreciate the most that Juli pays close attention to frank on her walks since Frank loves to sneak street treats. Frankie is always glad to see Juli when hanging at home. Thank you Juli!”

About: I grew up having an energetic beagle so I’m used to matching a dog’s high energy level. I now usually dog/housesit for family friends and volunteer to walk the dogs from Doggiestyles pet store. Just graduated from Drexel University so I have a lot of time throughout the summer, especially during day hours. Very flexible to match client’s schedule I usually follow the requests of the client and will check in the dogs every now and then to make sure they’re okay. I would check to make sure they’re not doing anything they’re not supposed to, but also keep them entertained if they seem bored
“Zack is the best dog walker ever. The girls love him, he’s always reliable, and he’s a great communicator. What else could you ask for! We’re sad that he’s moving away from our neighbourhood, but we wish him all the best with the move!”

About: Hi everyone! my name is Rhyeshona but I prefer Shona a 24-year-old part time child care assist that also happens to love the second kind of children, animals. Unofficially I have 10+ years of experience taking care of an assortment of pet’s due to growing up in a “zoo”. Growing up my family would get a new pet every month of the year and each one demanded different requirements. Believe me I know about giving quality time around the clock. When it comes to activeness as well as my communication I take great pride in it, that’s why I’ll have no problem updating you on your pet’s with handfuls of pictures included. Being able to spend time with animals that’s suppose to act like animals gives me peace of mind and I look forward to meeting them. Around last year I graduated with my associate’s degree in Culinary Arts. After graduation however I found myself bouncing around jobs before working in childcare until I can become my on boss. I’m looking forward to meeting both you and your beloved pet. Boardings and Drop In’s I’m always around to help. ANY QUESTIONS IN MIND? GOT A PET THAT’S NOT A CAT OR DOG BUT STILL REQUIRES CARE? DON’T HESITATE TO REACH OUT! Though I work from Monday-Friday I’m most likely always home. However when Im out I’m not the only one caring for your pet it’s a family effort. I’m available from 7am to hours late into the night during the week and weekend. My home is available for care as well as your own to broaden your options. Though I don’t have my own vehicle my communication skills and experience with public transportation allows me to stay punctual. Any size cat is in my comfort zone, for dog’s I’ll be sticking with small-medium. If your pet has a routine you’d like to keep intact I’m more then willing to stick to it to provide normalcy and training to them

“Kaydee deserves more then the 5 stars alotted. She has made our family feel safe and at ease in taking care of our pup. He’s a large German Shepherd with a lot of energy and you can tell he loves her. I get a picture, update and message each day when she walks him. We are so happy and so is our boy!”
About: Caregiving is one of my favorite things to do. I try to value and nurture all relationships and interactions I have; including those with animals. On a daily basis, you could find me like a balance beam. Actively utilizing both a quick to move mentality and a one that likes to observe details. I’m an involved and hands on person. No matter the environment I’d like to make everyday enriching. Give me a challenge and you’ll have a player.

“Lucy had the best time with Shadow and Kerry! It was the first time I’ve left Lucy with anyone another than family and it was so good knowing she was well taken care of. Kerry sent plenty of updates on their time and how much fun the pups were having. I can tell Lucy already misses them and can’t wait to go back.”

“Not only was Deena able to help us out super last minute but we felt very comfortable with her care ! We boarded our separation anxiety-prone pup for 4 nights and i think she actually had a great time. Deenas own dog -Athena -was a great buddy for our pup, too. Thanks again, Deena!”

“Kanade went above and beyond- Riley got so much fetch and cuddles in. She keeps you consistently updated with photos and summaries of the day.”

“Tamikia was great! She sent regular pictures and video updates and let me know how Hazel was doing the whole time. It was a big load off my mind knowing my pup was well taken care of. Book Tamikia today!”

“Chazz is great! Zelda is happy and calm when I pick her up, and my mind is at ease knowing that she’s being taken care of by someone that’s kind, friendly and professional.”

“Christopher is amazing! He was communicative before, during, and after our dog's stay with him. Gonzo got tons of love and plenty of exercise with Christopher, too. I would highly recommend Christopher to anyone who needs to leave their dog in caring, expert hands.”

“John is the absolute best. He and his equally hospitable Boston Terrier, Parker, took care of our Wheaten Dolly for two weeks. We were nervous having never left her with anyone for that long, but he provided us with regular (and often very funny) updates about how Dolly was doing. He took the time to understand Dolly and worked with her on some of her issues. She only sleeps on her back when she feels safe and secure, and many of the photos John sent showed her snoozing away on her back, paws in the air. She came back clean, brushed, and although she was excited to see me I think she was a little sad to say goodbye to John and Parker. We will absolutely be relying on John in the future and are so grateful to the kindness he showed us and Dolly.”

“Lauryn and Hunter are wonderful! Kiki has stayed with them a couple times now and has had a great time! I always get pictures and they’re so responsive. They’re also so flexible with pickup and drop off. I’m so grateful to them!”

“I am so so glad I found Victoria on Rover -- highly recommend if you need a sitter for your animal bb! <33 My dog has some health issues which affect his diet, and is a generally shy / anxious lil guy (like myself), and I can't express how grateful and secure I felt knowing Theo felt safe, cared for, and happy while I was away. Victoria has so much experience and compassion working with animals, and you can absolutely tell by her kindness, attentive care, and communication. I appreciated every message and cute picture of my pup Theo on walks, smiling, and relaxing with Victoria (and Remi, Nova, and Luey!) In addition, I appreciated the add-on booking allowing Victoria to come pick and drop Theo off. The ease of the booking and Victoria being such a lovely sitter eased so much of my mental load and stress of traveling and being away from my pup, and I can't recommend her enough. I think Theo says woof in agreement, since he came back so happy :) This was my first time booking with Victoria but I am so happy to have found a wonderful sitter and would love to rebook when I will need one for Theo again :)”

“Donte was great with my dog. Very professional and knowledgeable about dogs. He responds fast, sent videos and updates about my dog and was very understanding when my flight was delayed. I will definitely be booking with him again.”

“Christin was amazing! I was a little worried because my puppy (Kiwi) is still very timid and suspicious of strangers, but Christin was very understanding and confident, that it was clear she's worked with difficult dogs before. She kept us informed of all the progress and we know Kiwi ended up relaxing and having a great time. Totally recommended and would totally rebook. Thank you!”

“Jennifer was amazing. Took care of our 1 year old pup on short notice and couldn’t have been more pleasant or easier to coordinate with. She sent us pictures and kept us updated through the day and took very good care of Boots.”

“Robert took such good care of Ivy. I could tell she was so comfortable and happy through the updates and photos he sent. The photos were such amazing quality and they made me smile when i was missing my pup!”
“Brooke was the best sitter!! She was fantastic with my Pitbull dog Jerry, and very accommodating to his needs, and very receptive to my litany of notes / instructions on what to expect with him, how to manage him, and overall what sort of attention/ care to provide him. She was very patient, she actually took notes, and I can tell that Jerry felt comfortable & secure in her care. Would highly recommend Brooke to anyone looking for a top tier dog sitter! She also has her own dog, Snow, who is very sweet and great with other dogs. She gave Jerry lots of good company”
