I work another job part time so I am flexible. I have 2 fur babies of my own, a shepherd and a little mix. About: My name is Monica. I have taken care of pets for over 29 years. I currently have 3 cats both neutered. One is a senior 15 yrs old, then there is 7 yrs and 1 yr. They keep to themselves. About: I’ve been around dogs and animals in general since a young age, with my grandpa running a small farm. I’ve grown up around breeds like German Shepherds, and have always taken care of friends’ dogs while they were in vacation. I learned a lot from my fiancé, who ran a successful dog walking business in New York City Give yourself peace of mind, your dog is in safe, loving, caring hands. I’m currently working from home with a special schedule which I take advantage of as it frees up a lot of time during the day. Pet care fits into it quite easily, as I have a daily routine I follow which includes dog walks, time with the dogs outside and of course feedings (and tending medicine when needed). I have a home situated on a quiet, secluded private lot that backs up onto a river with several trails within a short walking distance. The yard is secluded, well shaded and has ample space. I take care to be active with the dogs, so I usually toss frisbees or play fetch several times a day to keep them content. I walk my dogs twice around the neighborhood. Besides home, I have a number of dog-friendly trails and parks both in East Stroudsburg and nearby where I bring the dogs for some quality time outside. This includes hiking on trails and in the mountains, bringing the dogs to rivers or lakes, I mix it up each week depending on the weather conditions. Any time I go on an outdoor adventure, I make sure I have the owner’s consent. Their dogs will always be hydrated and have a snack. I only ask that if your dog has specific dietary needs or is taking medication, that you provide me with the necessary information and schedule. I have two modes of transport for dogs, both of which offer plenty of space, safety and comfort for the dogs while en route.

We have two rotties and needed to make sure they would be walked safely and the walker could match their energy. They are not aggressive but are big dogs that can easily drag you if you are not in control of the walk. I can do check ins during the week after 6pm at the minimum! I’m not able to provide boarding, we have 3 dogs in our house. I am able to do dog sitting and walking! I treat my dogs like my own and sleep snuggled up next to my guy every night! One thing I can provide is peace of mind that your babies are taken care of and loved while your away :)

About: I'm a caring individual who genuinely loves dogs. I have owned dogs for over 10 years of my life with breeds ranging from golden retrievers, to border collies, to a Maltese mix. I have done clicker-training and was told that I was a natural by the trainer I worked with. I find the work of understanding animal behavior to be incredibly interesting and rewarding. I am an honest and kind person with the desire to write books and attend grad school in order to become a professor. I put a lot of time and care into my work and I think that this type of job is perfect for me! I'm a compassionate, scholarly, book loving - introvert type person. I am also very active: running, hiking, and working out are some of my necessary activities.
About: All my life my mother had multiple cats at once so I was always helping take care of them and any kitten I brought home I was than responsible for. I helped trap and netur cats as well as kittens to foster than be apoted. I don't have a job currently so I am available pretty much everyday and I can work around whatever the needs of my client are Potty breaks will be leashed walks on the neighborhood road and backyard grass, if dog is not ok will cats, cats will be put into their own separate environment away from dog and I have a friendly gsd that loves playdates. I only have one floor so they will only have access to their own food or water. I have plenty of toys and mental enrichment toys as well they have access too
