About: Hi! I’ve grown up with pets all my life. Now that I’m an adult I have 5 cats and a dog. I’ve fostered (and foster failed) both cats and dogs over the years. I watch my friend’s pets here and at their homes as well. At my house I have a spare room that can be your animal’s home away from home if they need their own secluded space. I also have a fenced in yard with friendly neighbors who are also animal lovers. Come in the summer and I’ll send you home with some fresh veggies from my garden too! I get up early for work and make sure to leave plenty of time to feed, clean litter boxes and make sure all my four legged babies are ready for the day. Once home in the afternoon and after I lay down on the couch they all come to find me for love and to lay on me for all the pets. At night all are welcome to sleep with me, on the couch or wherever they are the most comfortable. I home almost all day over the weekends except for the morning time on Sundays. I have a fenced in yard so any dogs are able to go outside whenever they need to to play, pee or lay in the sun. I watch my neighbor’s dogs as needed and will go over every 4 or so hours to let them out over the weekends. During the week I let them out before I go to work and then as soon as I come home. I then let them out again before bed around 8pm. I also am able to let them out as needed when they are in a pinch and can’t get home in time. My cats and yours if they come for a stay will have water and toys available to them at all times. They will be fed twice a day with a snack of crunchies before bed. If you needed me to come to your house to take care of your cats and/or dogs, I would be able to come early in the morning, after work and before bed during the week and every 4-6 hours during the weekend. While at your house I can take animals for a walk, play, give pets and love, brush or whatever else is needed. Of course I’d feed them and clean kitty litter boxes or whatever else your babies need. I am good with giving medicine to cats and dogs. I give daily medication to my dog and have had to give cats medicine in the past.

Have a pup with special needs or need medications administered? No problem! From allergy meds to insulin to diapers, I have years of experience. I also keep puppy pads readily available for our untrained guests. When the weather is good, I like to take the dogs on day trips to parks, events, markets, etc. Let me know if your dog is not a fan of car rides. Communication is key! Mr. Chapo was a rescue from the spca and we have had Mr. Pablo since he was 3 months old. Chapo is an American staffordshire and is 7.5 years old and pablo is 3.5 years old. I want everyone to be aware that I work full time and can be available in the mornings Sunday-Wednesday’s. I am free all day every other Wednesday. I am available all day Thursday-Saturday. I am more than happy to dog sit overnight/in the morning before i go to work. I will work with you so we can make sure your little one (or big one) is cared for! I am available on most weekends. Holidays may differ depending on my schedule. I let Chapo out when I get home and let him roam around outside because he just sleeps most of the day. When I am not home he is inside. About: I have owned, trained and cared for dogs, cats and horses over the last 17 years. I also work with a dog rescue organization in the area and have fostered over 40 dogs in the last 3 years. As an avid animal lover I understand the significant impact that owning animals has on our ability to travel and relax when away. I want to provide people the opportunity to travel care-free while their dogs enjoy the best care being boarded in my home. I have a very dog-friendly house with a fully secure fenced in yard. I work from home so dogs receive attention all day and night and get lots of playtime. Dogs boarded here will get free roam of the house but can also have and use a crate at the owner’s request. I am able to feed special diets and give medication as needed. If your dog stays here they will be welcomed into my house as if they were one of my own. Dogs that come here should be friendly with both male and female dogs. There are no cats in the home. I am also available for lunch time, evening and weekend dog walking. I work from home and am here almost all of the time for boarding in my home. I am also available to provide dog walks during the week in the evenings, sometimes over lunch and on the weekends. Dogs cared for in my home will be treated as if they were my own. They are able to roam about the house and use the full fenced yard. About: Life long animal lover I've taken care of many different kinds of pets! I had a frog growing up, fish, cats, dogs, and I've helped pet sit numerous times for a friend for his goats, chickens, turtle, geese, turkeys, ducks, fish, pigs, and dogs (puppies, adult dogs and a senior dog with medications who needed extra tlc). I also work here and there at a local horse farm feeding and cleaning stalls as well as turning 45+ horses out to pasture. I'm used to handling strong pulling animals (I like to think being able to handle an antsy 1200+ lb animal prepares me for most anything haha), and my own strong pulling dog so I'm well versed to handling eager dogs on walks. I've been able to administer medications to senior dogs, my own dog needed 5 different medicines for a few weeks during heartworm treatment and my cat currently is transitioning to a prescription urinary diet so I know a few tricks to getting medicine to them as well as doling out special meals. I'm currently working 3-4 days during the week at my main job as a Dental Assistant, as well as working a few hours every Sunday AM at a yoga studio. I am also a part time college student studying Dental Hygiene as well as on my way to becoming an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Currently that looks like Monday/Wednesday AM I am in class from 9am-11am, Friday from 12pm-5pm and Saturday from 9am-4pm I am at my other class (which ends the first week of September 2026). I will try to update this as often as needed. I marked Fridays off for now but I can be flexible with scheduling around work and school as much as I can. I typically work Monday/Tuesday/Thursday at my main job but the hours vary as early as 7am to as late as 8pm. Sometimes I will get scheduled Wednesday when needed but it's not often. Any questions on availability or time feel free to message me! If you are flexible with schedules it helps out alot too! I also have my own pets at home which is why I currently don't offer overnights as he has separation anxiety if I'm not home at night. I will follow your every instruction and request for taking care of your pet in your home, I can crate you dog and handle letting them out, making sure they don't get off leash or out of your fenced in yard and make sure your cat doesn't slip out the doorway when I come in. I have some sneaky pets myself sometimes and I feel I've become a master at outsmarting even the sneakiest pet. I'll make sure your pets have plenty of fresh water, the right amount of food, nothing is left out for them to get into or chew up, and cleaned litterboxes! I believe in treating your pet like my own and providing the utmost care and respect for both them and your home.

“I have really enjoyed having Shanon coming to walk my big boy. My big boy is a rescue and is not great with new people. At 140 pounds he can be very intimidating to others. We need someone to watch our dogs for a long trip this year which will require work and time to build a relationship. Shanon is very intuitive to my dogs need to build a relationship slowly. She doesn't react to him the way most would and genuinely takes clues from him. Ive been so worried to try and have him build a relationship with someone and I dont think I could have gotten anyone better. She does rush him or force him to be near her and he is very quickly getting comfortable with her which is something I wasnt expecting to happen so soon. I can not rave enough about her natural intuition and willingness to work with us, its been a perfect fit and I know our dogs will be just fine with her for an extended period of time in a few months!”

About: I lived with animals, all my life I have three kitty cats now, and I had labradors when I was kid. My grandfather had some Dobermans when I was little and I’ve been around great Danes as well.. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for a total of 5 years. I volunteered at an animal shelter to take care of cats, and worked for a few months taking care of dogs. I have also dog sat for friends when they went away and didn't have any issues. I have 2 dogs, one I got in January 2022 (chapo) and the other (pablo) in March 2022. Mr. Chapo was a rescue from the spca and we have had Mr. Pablo since he was 3 months old. Chapo is an American staffordshire and is 7.5 years old and pablo is 3.5 years old. Holidays may differ depending on my schedule. I let Chapo out when I get home and let him roam around outside because he just sleeps most of the day. When I am not home he is inside. About: I have worked in end of life care, along with animal rescue shelters. My children and I have recently grieved the loss of our family dog and want to give our love and attention to others! About: Hi! I’ve grown up with pets all my life. Now that I’m an adult I have 5 cats and a dog. I’ve fostered (and foster failed) both cats and dogs over the years. I watch my friend’s pets here and at their homes as well. At my house I have a spare room that can be your animal’s home away from home if they need their own secluded space. I also have a fenced in yard with friendly neighbors who are also animal lovers. Come in the summer and I’ll send you home with some fresh veggies from my garden too! I get up early for work and make sure to leave plenty of time to feed, clean litter boxes and make sure all my four legged babies are ready for the day. Once home in the afternoon and after I lay down on the couch they all come to find me for love and to lay on me for all the pets. At night all are welcome to sleep with me, on the couch or wherever they are the most comfortable. I home almost all day over the weekends except for the morning time on Sundays. I have a fenced in yard so any dogs are able to go outside whenever they need to to play, pee or lay in the sun. I watch my neighbor’s dogs as needed and will go over every 4 or so hours to let them out over the weekends. During the week I let them out before I go to work and then as soon as I come home. I then let them out again before bed around 8pm. I also am able to let them out as needed when they are in a pinch and can’t get home in time. My cats and yours if they come for a stay will have water and toys available to them at all times. They will be fed twice a day with a snack of crunchies before bed. If you needed me to come to your house to take care of your cats and/or dogs, I would be able to come early in the morning, after work and before bed during the week and every 4-6 hours during the weekend. While at your house I can take animals for a walk, play, give pets and love, brush or whatever else is needed. Of course I’d feed them and clean kitty litter boxes or whatever else your babies need. I am good with giving medicine to cats and dogs. I give daily medication to my dog and have had to give cats medicine in the past.
