I currently have an alapaha blueblood bulldog named Hamilton, a corgi named Pippa, two orange cats named Milo and Stewart, a 6 year old goldfish named Freed, and 9 chickens (all named of course, but I'll spare you that). My first fur baby Elli, a dachshund recently passed away; in saying that I am letting you know that I'm an expert in senior care and giving animals medications as well. Her meds were a full time job. I walk my dog almost daily and love to exercise animals, so I'd love to walk your animals too! Just a part-time registered nurse over here looking to fill my spare time and love on some fur babies! I'm a per diem registered nurse who works evenings and nights so I have lots of time from morning to afternoon to care for your pet. I generally walk my bulldog daily so I'd love to tire out your fur baby too! I am available Monday to Thursday, preferably 0830-200 (with flexibility) to assist you with your pet needs! We discovered before we dropped him off the first morning that our group would be eating dinner about 3 miles from the sitter's home. To pick him up at 4:30, return him to the B&B, and then drive back to dinner venue would have added about 15 - 18 miles of driving in somewhat heavy traffic. I worked in a Boarding and Grooming Facility for the last 2 years, so I have experience with all breeds and personalities, senior pets and puppies/kittens. I do not believe that there is an aggressive breed. I am efficient in administering medicines properly, including insulin and other injectible medicines. I currently have 7 dogs and 7 cats. (I have a diabetic cat with kidney failure, so I have experience with difficult medical conditions.) I've had dogs and cats for 8+ years. I live on a farm so I'm always on the go. “We found ourselves in a suboptimal temporary housing situation and needed a place for our cat, Pharaoh, to stay for several weeks until our new lease started. Crystal and her family went above and beyond to help us out, offering us advice and kindness on top of taking excellent care of Pharaoh. We visited several times over the course of his stay and every time we were so pleased to see how happy and comfortable he was despite the sudden change of environment. This was our first time boarding Pharaoh and we were nervous about how he would handle it, but thanks to Crystal and her family's love and care, it went super smoothly. The peace of mind that came with knowing that Pharaoh was in good hands was priceless.
