I've also owned/cared for horses, birds, snakes, chinchillas, iguanas, goats, pigs, and a variety of other mammals. Frequent updates and pictures will be given to you throughout your companion's stay with me. Currently unable to take any large breed dogs for boarding. My lab/collie mix does well with smaller breeds. My cats interact well with dogs since they have been raised with one. My dog is on Frontline, and I require an active flea and tick prevention method be used for your pet as well. I work a hybrid schedule (remote about 3 days/week), so potty breaks and walks can occur at nearly any time throughout the day, depending on your pet's needs. If your dog needs a crate for comfort and "their space," please bring their own for use. I have an unfenced yard so leashed breaks and outdoor ties will be used.

About: Hi! My name is Plachette, and I've lived with various pets since I was a child. My father was a dog breeder (pitbulls <3), so being surrounded by puppies and dogs is something I've become accustomed to! I have experience with dog walking and sitting multiple breeds at once and administering medication as instructed. While dog sitting at your home, I'll also tend to any messes that are made, bring your newspapers/packages/mail, and give you thorough daily updates of what's going on around the home. Upon request I'm able to provide proof of having 5 star ratings for 150+ services I've already completed for other pet parents. For dog walks, I'm capable of handling small to gigantic dogs. I can work with dogs that pull. I prefer to use a waist leash (I have my own) while walking dogs since it allows me to be hands free and have more control with your pet. Of course, if you prefer your pet's own leash, that's fine too. :) I am self-employed so I am able to make my own schedule for work days and hours. If extended stays or additional pets need longer periods of care, I can adjust to these changes. When pet owners provide me with particular details on how to care for their pets (feeding schedules, administering medication, crating, etc.), I will be a able to provide proper care for any pet.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10. I grew up with cats and because we were never allowed to have a dog, I would take care of dogs in the neighborhood. I would dog sit, walk them constantly, and would even bathe them. When I was little, I wanted to be a veterinarian. However the thought of having to put an animal to sleep, kept me from fulfilling that lifelong dream. About: I've been been a kennel attendant for 6 months where I took care of dogs of all breeds. About: I’ve taken care or both cats and dogs for 14 years since I was 5. I’ve learned pets body language over the years and know just want they need . I have free time during the week to stay with your pets for a few hours and over the weekends I have can stay overnight to look after them. I will stay where I can see them when I am over and if they need their space I will allow them that but they are always monitored and if they go silent I will check on them constantly.

About: I was raised around animals, including horses and a beagle kennel. Then, I had a sweet chihuahua for 13 years that I raised and trained from a puppy. I really do love all animals, and timid cats usually take a liking to me. I’m currently working part time, so pet care fits in to my daily schedule very well. About: Animals of all kinds have always been drawn to me. for as long as i can remember, i’ve wanted to take care of animals in some fashion. About: I've had a dog every year of my life until last year. I've raised puppies and then watched them grow old and had to say goodbye. I loved every minute, but cant say goodbye again. I do take care of my kids dogs. We are blessed to have a little Frenchie and a Bernese to care for from time to time.I am retired since September, and cant think of a better way to spend my time than playing with and caring for Pups! I am recently retired and no longer have a dog of my own as she passed last Christmas. Finding myself with alot of extra time, I know that caring for Pups would be a happy solution.
