During my time there, I had opportunities to complete trainings to understand dog behaviors and body language. I have volunteered at BARCS as a dog walker/foster, working primarily with bully breeds. Why I love dog sitting I have been an animal lover my entire life. From playing with salamanders as a kid, to growing up with cats and dogs of all shapes and sizes; I've also had bunnies, fish, frogs, hermit crabs, hamsters, birds...the list goes on! I couldn't imagine a life without animals in it. My experience administering medication Yes. Working at a dog boarding facility for nearly 2 years I have had to give many forms of medications, and my personal pets also take oral medications. I am not trained to give injections. My full time job allows me to work from home majority of the week. That makes it easy for me to swing by for a visit at different times of the day. The latest drop in I can provide is 7pm. I am happy to provide updates as soon as I arrive, during the stay, and as I leave. For dog walks, I prefer not to introduce any dog that I’m handling to another dog passing by. This ensures everyone’s safety.

About: I've grew up taking care of my family pets along with pet sitting for neighbors. I love animals and have 1 dog and 3 cats myself which I've adopted. You can rely on me to walk, feed, bathe or even give medicine to your pet if needed. My schedule is very flexible if you need me to take your dog for a walk during the day or need a pet sitter during the week/weekend I am available. About: I have been pet sitting for a while! Overnights, drop ins, you name it. I have experience with puppies and elderly dogs. I have cared for my own dogs for ever as well. About: I have had animals all of my life. Love Dogs, big and small, Cats finicky and cuddly. I have taken care of special needs animals and have managed medications as well as shots and measuring blood sugar. Currently I have two rescue Greyhounds and a Jack Russell Terrier, basically 2 couch potatoes and a WonderDog who never stops chasing a stick. Last but not least I have Sage, a 15-year-old grey tabby who looks really good for her age and puts the Pups in their place.
