About: Being around dogs has been the foundation of my life since the age of 3. From caring for my own pets, helping our neighbor who bred collies, and caring for dogs while also caring for my patients at work as a home health occupational therapist, I feel like every pet is part of my family. About: I have experience working with very energetic to slower more relaxed dogs/cats. I have an older beagle as well as a younger pit/lab mix at home. Starting in high school I would sit for family and friends, then in 2022 started working for Rover. Adults who love and understand the needs of little fur babies. We would love to get to know your special one too. Please make sure you add all of the info for the vet you use. My father was a dog breeder (pitbulls <3), so being surrounded by puppies and dogs is something I've become accustomed to! I have experience with dog walking and sitting multiple breeds at once and administering medication as instructed. While dog sitting at your home, I'll also tend to any messes that are made, bring your newspapers/packages/mail, and give you thorough daily updates of what's going on around the home. I can work with dogs that pull. I prefer to use a waist leash (I have my own) while walking dogs since it allows me to be hands free and have more control with your pet. If extended stays or additional pets need longer periods of care, I can adjust to these changes. About: I've been been a kennel attendant for 6 months where I took care of dogs of all breeds. I've also learned how to administer medication to pets for different diseases I am currently employed at a no kill animal shelter where I work with dogs all day long!
