About: I have always had pets . I grew up helping my mother groom and take care of dogs. I would do anything for an animal. I am available all 24/7 everyday. I am willing to work any day of the week. I am availability because this is my only job, and I am passionate. I have been lucky enough to be raised with dogs my entire life. My family were breeders for standard poodles at one point, which was amazing to watch and learn about. I am no stranger to special needs, administering meds, able to provide short term care until help arrives. I love all dog breeds equally and will treat your dog like my own. This is my passion. I have 2 guest rooms that can be turned into private doggo apartments. If your pets need exercise I can provide. If they need relaxation, I love cuddles on the couch. We have crates of all sizes, beds for any size dog, dog gates for stairs, enough rooms to spread out and separate if needed, and live minutes away from a fenced in dog park. We live 3 minutes from 2 vet clinics and we use them for our own dogs. We have security cameras in the house with 2 way speakers if we need to step out for any reason. Please let us know about your dogs temperament with other dogs ahead of time. If your dog has special needs or quirks around certain people. We are happy to share our dogs food but would prefer food is delivered with the dog for stays. We are used to dogs that have a tendency to run if given the chance but appreciate heads up so we can be extra attentive.
About: I've been taking care of animals since I was a little girl, I've always told my parents I wanted to be a vet growing up so I went to a vocational school for veterinary assistance and got my grooming and vet assistance certificates. I've had dogs, cats, horses, bunnies, snakes, spiders just everything, me and my husband have trained several dogs, we have had ling boarding stays that went on for a couple months and weve also rescued quite a few dogs and found them new homes! When I became a Mom and my youngest son begged us to get a dog, I was so happy. We added Rocky to our family 12 years ago and he’s been my companion ever since. About: Hi everyone! Our names are Karen and Chad and we’ve always had a love for dogs since childhood. The thought of caring or rescuing a dog has always been top of our minds. When we got married, we adopted a greyhound racer. We had him for 7 years and lost him unfortunately due to cancer. I belonged to a dog training club for 20 years focused on teaching the average dog owner the basics such as potty training and manners. During drop in visits your pet will get food, water, and potty breaks immediately upon arrival and right before leaving. I will also interact with your pet by playing with them, and giving them lots of pets and cuddles! If servicing a cat, litter will be changed daily and they will be given food and water, pets and cuddles!
About: I can't remember a time in my life when I didn't have pets. I truly love caring for pets of all kinds. Dogs, cats, fish, etc... My schedule is extremely flexible, so I'm able to fit into whatever time slot is needed to best care for your pet, and keep them on a schedule. I feel the best way to care for pets is to earn their trust. It's never a good idea to force yourself on a pet, but to read their body language and take it from there.
