About: I’ve taken care of neighbors’ dogs and my own dog for the past several years. My experience has included walking, bathing, and overnight house sitting care. I have also taken care of cats overnight. I am a college student, home for the summer. I am looking to help any time I am needed on a weekly basis until mid-late August when I return to college. About: I have been a devoted mom, grandma, and pet parent for a long time. Now that I am off grandma daycare duty and my pets have crossed over the rainbow bridge, I’m ready to become your pet’s bestie, grandma, exercise buddy, or treat lady. I currently have a limited clientele in the neighborhood, including letting dogs out to pee, going on walks, and daytime/overnight sitting. A little bit about why I am “the one:” My life has been devoted to caring for others. I retired from the healthcare field to take care of my grandkids, who went to elementary school and left me behind. My very dear dog (Sammy) and cat (Irene) grew old with me until they got their wings. I am at my best when I’m taking care of others, whether they have tails or not. I spend my time walking with humans and dogs, many of whom enjoy my humor and choice of dog biscuit variety. I love to garden in my fenced yard, preferably with a dog nearby laying in a sunny spot. With no pets or little kids in the house, I enjoy relaxing by the tv sharing some healthy snacks with a pup or cat, giving them the attention they deserve. Although I do run out still for the occasional kid transport, I am not usually away for long and always back in time for a good meal or a stroll. While I am retired, I do still help out with the grandkids here and there. I’m typically never away long. I walk 1-3 times a day, sometimes through the neighborhood and sometimes on a path. I love the extra company of a pup! When visiting my home, your pets can enjoy many comfortable features and experiences from laying on a nice cool tile floor to cozying up in a bed with a warm blanket, running around my fenced backyard, watching the fish swim in the small pond, going for a morning and evening walk on a path, and watching some nighttime tv. While I typically gate off some rooms for canine visitors, there is plenty of indoor space to explore while they find their favorite room or sunny spot. Depending on your pet’s age or preference in chewing things, I may gate off specific areas to deter chewing and peeing. I am happy to accommodate communication or even a short video chat between you and your pet.
About: I have pet a pet parent my entire adult life. I currently have two dogs and two cats. Our cats, Bella & Nico, were adopted from a rescue situation and both have asthma. Our dogs, Spike and Snuggles, were also rescued. Our 6 year old, Spike, came from a kill shelter. He has been a tremendous work in progress. He takes anxiety medication daily and is improving everyday. The same care and compassion I have given to my own pets I will happily share with yours. I am off in the summer and have open availability. Outside of the summer I also have a flexible schedule after 3pm and am available on the weekend. I am available to come to your home to provide all of your pet care needs. In home care, dog walking and overnight care services are available.
About: Hi there! I’m Jane I’ve been on Rover since 2017. I’ve had lots of wonderful experiences through rover, I absolutely love all the animals I’ve met and the time I get to spend with them is always really fun! I’ve always had dogs growing up, and I have experience with all types of pets and farm animals. I’m just an animal person! I’ll be sure to care for your pets like they are my own. He is also very good with birds! We have a yellow naped Amazon parrot. My husband and I love to get out and go to the park, or go hiking, swimming, we’ve even taken a couple of dogs on short camping trips with us! Let me know if this is something your dog would enjoy, and I’ll try my best to take them somewhere fun! We also will go for plenty of walks around the neighborhood, and lots of play time inside. If your dog is older or a couch potato that’s fine too though, we can cuddle up and just hang out! I’m also super open to clients with cats! I’m not allergic to cats like I know most people unfortunately are. I know cats are different than dogs but still require a lot of attention and love! I’ll always provide your cat with as much (or as little) attention as they desire, and a clean litter box! I work part time four days a week, so when I'm house sitting I stay at your house and come and go like normal. One of the days I work is Saturday but my husband is available to hang out with your pets on saturdays and also let them out mid day, as long as you live close enough to Easton. We always do meet and greets before the stay so you can meet both me and my husband and we can make sure your dog is okay with us. I’ll always keep you updated about how your dog or pets are doing through texts or pictures. They’ll always have my full attention!
About: Since I was younger, I’ve been surrounded by animals including, fish, cats, and dogs! I currently have a 6 year old Pitbull and a 4 year old Cane Corso that are full of energy! About: I've had dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. I could not imagine a day without the love and affection of a dog or cat. I currently have a Pembroke Corgi who is 8 years old and quite the stubborn doggo. I also help my husband with our 180 gallon saltwater aquarium. About: Ive been a sitter on Rover since 2023! I’ve had a dog since I was 10. She was a chihuahua named Midnight. Since then my family has adopted dogs and cats so I enjoy taking care of both. I am currently a student, but I do have a mix of online and in-person classes which provides me with enough time to sit your pups!
