About: I have a wide variety of experience with all sorts of animals. I’ve had large and small dogs, cats, rodents, amphibians, and lizards, I even had a pot belly pig, sheep & duck as a child. I also volunteered at a local vet when I was a teenager and gained a lot of hands on experience caring for many types of animals! I’m a stay at home mlm and I homeschool my two teenage daughters. They absolutely adore animals as well. I feel this will allow me to spend a lot of one on one time with your pet. Your fur baby will be well cared for and interacted with while they’re here! (Please note that Rover doesn’t consider my children’s ages to count towards, “children being present in our home.” However, I think this information should be available to those who choose to put their pets in my care. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space for your fur baby to run! I also have separate family room in my house where our dogs sleep at night, and that is where I would put crates if they need to be crated at any time.

About: I grew up with a cat as part of the household. I've taken care of cats since I was 12. I have two cats that I rescued from my local shelter, they were the most difficult to place because of prior abuse before coming to the shelter. Now, they are among the most affectionate and friendly cats I've known. They get along with other cats after a couple of sniffs and a hiss on their part.

About: While I have no cats of my own, I've been around these sweet creatures my whole life! From barn cats to itty bitty foster kittens, to the skittish and "velcro" cats. I'm experienced with giving cats injections for things such as diabetes and oral medications for heart troubles. We had a very busy and hectic schedule during our visit with family up in the York/Hanover area, Chelsea worked with us each day on our drop off and pick up times which allowed us to spend time with our grandkids without being rushed or stressed about our furbaby Rascal. We were updated with text and pictures from Chelsea each day she had Rascal. One of our concerns was Rascal doesn't like being crated and Chelsea let us up front she doesn't crate dogs. She allows them to be on her furniture and has dog beds for them to lay on as well. She takes them out for walks and potty breaks and Rascal seems extremely happy when he was with Chelsea and her family. If we lived in the area we would use Chelsea again and again. About: I've been around animals my whole life. From the littlest of fish, to the largest of cows and other farm animals! I have 3 dogs of my own, two Colorado mountain dogs and a medium pittie mix. I also have 4 geckoes (2 leopards, a giant Madagascar day gecko, and my newest boy, a harlequin crested gecko!). I've dog-sat little dogs, big dogs, disabled and elderly dogs, as well as young pups and households with multiple animals! I will give you the best care, whether it be for your pets, home, or more! Right now I work part-time at a bakery on Sundays, and I am also a full-time college student! Thankfully, my schedule is very flexible and my attention will solely be on your furry friends. I always make sure to keep my client's homes clean and organized, and pay special attention to any extra tasks I'm giving, such as watering plants (I have dozens of plant babies!), changing the temperature, emptying dehumidifiers, and retrieving packages. Anything you need, I will do to the best of my abilities! I like to update my clients daily on their pets to ease their mind.
About: I own 2 huskies. I've volunteered with a dog rescue for 8 years fostering all types of dogs... 46 of them in fact. My husband and I have firefighter/EMT schedules so we're often home during the day, and handle emergencies well. We have an irregular schedule in my house. You will have to check my calendar for availability. We are often home during the week and daytime. My care for my dogs and foster dogs depend on the dog. My female dog is a princess who sleeps on the couch, but my male needs to be kenneled to keep out of trouble. We have a dog door to allow our dogs freedom to go in and out as they please.

The dog I recently rescued was a client I walked whose mom was disabled. She needed more care than her mom could give her. We bonded from the first walk, and I knew I could be her forever home! I have a blind/deaf pug as well. I do a lot of housesitting and dogsitting it’s always a joy! My home is on an acre. I work from home on a part-time basis so I am with the dogs the majority of the time. When the dogs come to my home, it is like they are on their own little vacation. They have a good time playing with the other dogs and go home tired.
About: A little bit about me: I am a new graduate RN looking to make some extra money on the side! I am an all around animal lover and have spent many summers & many winter breaks pet/house sitting throughout nursing school. I have had my fair share of animals throughout my life. We always had dachshunds growing up, and I learned to love their stubbornness alongside their undying charm, I have had what seems like a million cats … I thought I could save them all… at one point I had 12 of them! lol I know, very crazy cat lady. I spent lots of time & money nursing cats back to health & have successfully found many of them very loving homes, I can happily say I am down to 2 cats! One of which has asthma, so I am experienced in giving inhalers, even to cats who really do NOT want it. My other cat has lots of anxiety, so she requires two different medications to control that so I can also give pills. I also have a corgi who is 3 years old, she is the cutest, naughtiest, most complex little thing I have ever met. She has a seizure disorder and requires three different medications every 12 hours. Anyways, the point is I have lots of experience! And I would love to have the opportunity to help take care of your fur babies & give you piece of mind while you go on vacation or have to be away from home. I am willing to take care of animals full time so all day and all night I am available as long as I know in advance. I prefer to watch animals at clients home if possible. I am very focused on making sure animals are safe and happy. I am able to walk dogs safely as well as feed and bathe them or take them outside to use them bathroom as needed. I am willing to do drop ins or stay in the home for long periods of time if needed.

About: 12 years caring for my own cats and dogs. I love going for walks outside, playing and giving all the belly rubs! Your pets will be in the best hands. I treat every one of them like they are my own. I’m very organized and detail oriented, so if your pet has a strict diet or medicine that needs to be given, that is no problem. I will make sure I give your pet the attention they crave during my visit and make sure they are happy and healthy when I leave. I currently work a full time job but am off Thursdays, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday. So any of those days are usually totally free for me to drop in for a visit. I have 1 acre of property in a quiet neighborhood in littlestown so there’s plenty of room for your pet to play if they so choose. A great neighborhood for walks and plenty of other pets along the way if we want to say hi.
“Kerri has been getting to know Patches prior to house- and dog-sitting for us for a week in June. Kerri is very responsible, very kind, and wonderful with our dog. Patches is a little skittish, particularly with new people, but he has warmed up to Kerri who plays with him, walks him, and pets him (he loves belly rubs). We feel very comfortable leaving him with Kerri.”

Her home provided a warm, cozy and energetic vibe for our Poodle who is out going and craves human interaction. Lydia was not familiar with poodle grooming initially but after a quick demonstration and positive feedback she mastered it in no time. I appreciated her attention to detail, ability to communicate throughout the day and her willingness to learn how to care for specific dog breeds. It was a mutual rewarding experience and she even supervised her children doing obedience training with our pup.”

“Sam is such a wonderful dog lover and knew exactly what our dog Dublin is like and how to introduce him to other dogs. We didn't know this prior the drop off, but she had a few other dogs in different sizes, including her own dog, so it was wonderful for Dublin to be able to play with them and socialize. Her house has a huge fenced yard, surrounded by a woody area, which I think was perfect for Dublin. This is just a one-time boarding opportunity, as we were traveling through the area, but we'd certainly board our dog with ther again if we could.”
