About: I have been around dogs and other animals since I was an infant. My family has consistently taken care of dogs for over 30 years. I especially love training and taking dogs on enrichment activities. Pet care is a daily responsibility that requires singular attention on the animal with no multitasking. Animals need more than just food and water; they require attention and enrichment daily. Animal safety means thinking ahead and preparing. Each animal has specific needs that will allow them to thrive when met. It is important that an animal have its own space such as a crate or perch, and that they are supervised when on walks or in a new environment.
“When my new rescue was not cleared from ringworm, and my elderly neighbor could no longer look after her, Markie took on a last minute sitting job from after Christmas till the day after New Year’s Day. About: I have always had animals and pets around me and never hesitated to take care of others pets when needed. I grew up with three labradors, a cat, and a bird. I currently have my own cat with my partner and hope to someday get a medium/large dog! I am currently working full-time remote. About: My partner Jack and I love caring for pets! Both of us have been caretakers for pets practically our whole lives, including senior pets and pets with special needs, in addition to small animals like rodents and birds. Whoever you need help with, we’re more than capable. We are so excited to get to know your pets. With us, your pets will get all the attention and exercise they need during your busy day. We are both very attentive to your pets needs and do our best to make them feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. We know just how important your companion is to you, so safety is taken into consideration at all times. We keep dogs on leashes at all times when letting them go outside. I work as a barista at a coffee shop and Jack is an employee at Pitt. Together our schedules allow us to have at least 1 person home for most of the day. On rare occasions when neither of us are home, at most we are away for 3-4 hours. We have a large yard with a lead and 2 cats. Our house is moderately sized, with room for playing and relaxing. We are attentive to feeding schedules and potty breaks.
About: I recently relocated from Johnstown to McKeesport and am looking forward to meeting all the new pups in the area! I have been dog sitting for the past few years now and absolutely love it! My family has always had dogs since I can remember. I got my first dog, Ruby, named after the children’s show Max and Ruby, when I was 4 years old. I have loved caring for dogs ever since. Ruby is even still kicking at 18 years old! I now have a second dog, a 2 year old Husky who loves to play. I’ve trained many dogs, older and puppies since I can remember. I also have a lot of experience with elderly dogs, Ruby being a prime example. We go on walks often and I have basic dog training experience. I work part-time fully from home. I make my own schedule for work so I am completely flexible. The only time I ever leave the house is to take my dogs somewhere, dog park, hiking trail, etc. I am available every day and do same day bookings so feel free to reach out whenever you need! My dogs are very friendly and love other dogs. We also have 2 cats that play with our dogs as well. I have a fully fenced in yard to give your fur baby plenty of room to run around freely and play.

About: I have been watching animals as my full-time profession for over 12 years. I am very loving, nurturing, patient, trustworthy, organized and dependable, which helps me succeed in my speciality of watching the animals out of their homes. However, I do have a very friendly shih-tzu in my home that allows me to watch dogs in my home as well. Half of my yard is fenced in, and the other 1/2 has two leads in case there are dogs that may need separated. I also will walk them daily for exercise. At the meet and greets, I go over a plan where we set the number of hours I can be gone for my walks and visits, and I work within the time frame requested. However, if your pets need let out, fed, etc any where under six hours, I will need to adjust my pricing. I have to honor my regular customers as well. I have worked with all sizes of dog, administer medications, insulin injections, seizure experience, and am known to be very strong, and able to handle the larger breeds. Someone is always home with your dogs but could be crated if needed. At your home if I watch your animals, I am very trustworthy and follow directions to a tee. About: I've been a dog owner most of my life. Friends & family often rely on me to feed, walk & play with their fur babies. I'm retired so I have plenty of time to devote to the wellbeing of your pet. There is always time for belly rubs & ear scratches. I have a dog friendly house - lounging on the couch is okay and sleeping in my bed is encouraged. Snuggle bunnies are welcome here. Your pet will have full run of the house - I don't use crates unless a crate is part of your pets usual routine. I have a large yard that is NOT fenced. All boarders will have to be walked on a leash. It is important that all pets are leash trained.

Once I start school again I’ll update my availability! I will treat your animals with the care, love, and respect they deserve. Everything I do, I put 110% into, and I’ll make sure your pups feel loved! I always make sure to check if there’s ever notes from the client, get the important things done (like meds, food, necessary walks/bathroom) and then be able to focus on playtime or whatever your pup wants!

About: Special needs pets are my specialty. With over 10 years experience in the veterinary office and a previous 5 years in Kennel/Shelter medicine, there isn't a pet sitting request I can't handle! Over the years, I've owned and/or cared for pets with multiple health issues, including, diabetes, thyroid disease, kidney disease multiple cancers, heart conditions, urinary issues (both incontinence and blocking), along with pregnant and nursing moms (dogs and cats). The majority of my pet care is done in your home as I try to keep your pet's time/environment/schedule with me as consistent as you have it. My schedule is quite flexible as I've recently decided to take a sabbatical from the veterinary office to recharge and reprioritize. I look forward to meeting you and to caring for your furbabies.

I recently said goodbye to my beloved Pit Bull, Bia. She was my world, and I want to treat your pup with the same devotion, patience, and affection that I gave to her. My fiancée, Lauren, and I have her two dogs 2 weeks out of the month and they are great with other dogs and love to make friends! I work from home during the day and am a dance teacher in the evening. Between the two of us we have flexibility most of the day for house visits, walks, boarding, and daycare! I work from home during the day and my fiancée is home in the evening so we have a flexible schedule to give your furkid lots of love and attention! I have a large backyard on a quiet residential street and 2 sweet dogs part time who love to make friends! I have the ability to crate dogs of all size in my home and will not accept dogs from multiple families at one time so your baby will be spoiled!
