“Audrey and Dan went above and beyond to take care of my senior Newfoundland (12 years 2 months) when we went away for 5 nights. With her age, she unexpectedly took a turn for the worse and they provided really great care and provided updates throughout the day on how she was doing - they even took turns sleeping downstairs with her so she wouldn't be alone. Caring for a stranger's 130lb dog is not easy but I was able to worry a little less knowing she was being cared for lovingly by them. They were also very flexible and allowed me to bring a bunch of floor runners to their house and they were also able to follow my millions of instructions including feeding schedules with supplements, and pills. About: I’ve always had multiple pets my whole life from a young age, learned responsibilities by feeding, grooming, walking, entertaining, training and medically providing for all my pets and any animal in my care. About: Hi there! My name is Kimberly. I’ve spent over a decade house and pet-sitting for several established (and new!) clients, from New York City to rural Pennsylvania. Over that time, I’ve worked with dogs and cats young and old, social and skittish. I prioritize establishing trust with any animal I encounter first and foremost. While living in Brooklyn, I worked with a particularly anxious dog who had missed out on opportunities to socialize as a puppy due to COVID, and I helped her to acclimate to city life and build trust with other people and dogs, all the while nurturing our relationship to ensure her sense of safety.
