Our dog (Benny) was just diagnosed as being hypothyroid and was dealing with many different associated conditions that required medicines and a lot of extra care. This was why we decided to try Rover rather than just boarding him at a kennel. Johanny was available at late notice and was amazing with Benny. We received pictures each day and she had no trouble administering all the medications. He was healthy when we returned and we are incredibly grateful for the care that she provided. What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding. He was willing to make changes to accommodate my dog’s behavior and he prepared well before I dropped off my dog. He updated me at least once a day with multiple pictures. About: i have experience cat sitting as well dog sitting. I have my own dog who is now 15 years old that i take care of as well as take on walks! I live workin with all animals cats and dogs! I am a college student at the university of delaware. I usually have time in between classes to take walks for dogs or even stop in quick to let them out for the bathroom or for feedings! Along with that I take the time to really get to know each dog on their own and establish a connection so that each party is happy. I currently work a full time job. About: I have taken care of animals my whole life! I have several years shelter experience, and during that time I worked hand-in-hand with veterinarians and dog trainers. I’ve always had a passion for dogs, and have two wonderful fur-babies at home. I’m currently available on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday most of the day, and also on Friday after 4pm. Our dog (Benny) was just diagnosed as being hypothyroid and was dealing with many different associated conditions that required medicines and a lot of extra care. What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding. He was willing to make changes to accommodate my dog’s behavior and he prepared well before I dropped off my dog. He updated me at least once a day with multiple pictures. I could see my dog was happy, playful and tired. When I picked up my dog, Scott reviewed details with me what happened during my dog’s stay. I highly recommend Scott being your dog sitter.
