“Wonderful experience ! Denise responded within minutes to my last minute request for pet care. She came by the day after we chatted online for a meet and greet. She was going to try and make a same day meet and greet ! The meet and greet left me relieved ! I knew we found that someone who we can trust to care for our cat, Arya. Denise communicated in great detail with us at every visit which made our get away more enjoyable. We knew that Arya ate and went potty as normal etc .. Our cat is shy and hides when people visit. She doesn’t come out until they leave. It became apparent that shy Arya was comfortable with Denise. We got lots of pictures of her playing with multiple favorite toys and looking happy ! It was clear from the photos that Denise took the time to connect with Arya. Each picture made us more relaxed and sooo happy ! Last minute we decided to stay another day but we had to check with Denise and her schedule etc.. She didn’t hesitate when I asked her .. she added another day of visits so that we could stay the extra day. I later found out that it was her birthday weekend too ! One last note … Denise checked in with us to make sure that we made it home safely from our trip, no doubt certain that Arya wasn’t left without care and that we were safe. I will never use another care giver for our cat in the future and I will refer her to as many people as I can.”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is, my enthusiasm to get all of your animals outside having as much fun as we possibly can! I have been taking care of my own dogs for the past 4 years. “Our terrier mix puppy has been going to Grace’s for a few weeks now (2x weekly for a full work day) and I can’t say enough good things! My husband and I found Grace because on the days my husband can’t come home during lunch, we didn’t want our puppy to be crated or left unattended all day. Grace and her family treat our puppy like their own dog, she becomes part of their family while she’s there. She gets tons of playtime, attention, affection. I absolutely love seeing the “report card” pictures after each day. It’s very clear my puppy is well cared for during her visits. It’s now to the point when we’re pulling up to Grace’s, our puppy gets excited because she knows where she’s at! 10/10 recommend!”

About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember. There were always multiple cats and dogs in my home growing up. My husband, three children (15,13,11) and myself love pets and have take care of family and friends' pets quite often, including bunnies and chickens! We had a large labradoodle with special needs in the past and currently have another large labradoodle. I am comfortable with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes and with giving meds as needed. My kids are always up for a snuggle also! I am a homeschool, stay at home mom of 3. Now that my children are older and more independent my schedule is rather flexible. We are active and walk often and can do school anywhere! Sometimes it would be just me but at times my children (15,13,11) would accompany me as well. We have a fenced in dog run which is very secure. If I am coming to your home I will follow any and all guidelines you have to make sure your pet is safe and happy and loved while you are away.

About: I have always loved dogs and started caring for my friends and family’s when I was 12! Since then, I’ve found myself watching multiple dogs, staying the week at the pet owner’s home, and routine check ins for walks, feeding, and to let out. I have experienced strong and responsive dogs, so I feel confident caring for any type of dog! My part-time job does not start until June 22, so until then I have a wide open schedule! I also have my own car, so transportation will not be an issue! I treat every home as my own, leaving it the way I found it. About: Active duty Army Soldier. I understand last minute things. Patience with pets, they are part of the family. Every dog is different. I can train any dog any size. I have 2 kids who love dogs they help me take care of the dogs. Private areas to separate dogs if needed. My dog is 12 and he is super chill he is more interested in humans than other dogs. Full time soldier. I am able to take pets out 3-4 times a day during the weekend. I work Monday-Friday I’m off on the weekends. On weekends we go on a ride to the dog parks in the truck. Big dogs in the bed in a seat belt harness small dogs inside the cabin. Pets are kept in crate/room when I’m not home. Willing to accommodate to whatever is needed. Take dogs on walks check for ticks after walks and play time outside.

About: With 15 years of animal care, I know I can handle any assignment needed. I started dog sitting, long term, when I was 16 years old. I love dogs of all shapes and sizes, whatever you need I’m here to do the job right. My schedule is fairly flexible, I drive school bus during the day to keep my little one with me. About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up with dogs, I was the kid who wanted to meet every pet I came across, and that passion has only grown into adulthood. Along with having my own two dogs and cat, I've spent years caring for the pets of friends and family, treating each one as if they were my own. I also worked as a stablehand at a local farm, where I cared for a wide variety of animals—including cats, dogs, horses, donkeys, goats, cows, and even swans. I've also volunteered with dog walking programs in the city, giving me experience with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. As a pet owner myself, I understand how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your beloved companion with someone new. That's why my goal is to provide the same love, patience, and attention that I would want for my own pets. I believe communication, reliability, and attention to detail are incredibly important when caring for animals, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality and routine. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cozy couch cuddles, or simply sticking to their normal schedule, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. Caring for animals has always been more than a job to me—it's something I truly enjoy, and I would love to help you! Pet care fits easily into my routine! I work a typical 9–5 during the week and have some flexibility for evening visits, but I primarily focus on pet care on weekends. This allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to each pet and provide reliable, attentive care while you're away. I believe pets are happiest when they're able to stick to their normal routine, so I always do my best to follow each owner's instructions and provide care that's tailored to their pet's needs. Whether I'm stopping by for visits, going on walks, or caring for pets in a client's home, I focus on making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I'll keep up with feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, medications if needed, and of course provide plenty of attention and updates so you can have peace of mind while you're away.
About: I attended the Technical College High School Brandywine Campus. There I attended the Veterinary Science class for 4 years. I did job shadowing at a veterinary clinic for 8 hours which was such a great experience . I am comfortable with different breeds and sizes. I have the knowledge on certain breeds. My classroom had a program called Doggy Daycare where we made sure the dogs had their walks, bathroom breaks and playtime as well as have them properly fed while their parents were away. I know basic grooming techniques like for example: nail clipping, coat brushing, ear cleaning and teeth cleaning. I am also comfortable with administering vaccines and oral medication. I’m familiar with tick and flea medications. I am able to work with dogs that have special diets. My main job is to make sure your dog(s) are well taken care of and to let the owner know that they don’t have to worry about your dog(s) while being away from them. They tried different approaches and truly cared about making sure he was happy and settled. They made Togo feel completely at home, which gave us so much peace of mind. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay — Tim regularly shared updates and pictures, which meant a lot to us. Our flight was unexpectedly delayed, and they were kind enough to accommodate Togo for a couple of extra hours at the last minute without any hesitation. That flexibility and understanding really meant so much. We are so grateful and would absolutely trust Tim and his family with Togo again. Highly recommend!”

About: Hey there! I am a young professional with a passion for animal rescue. I have been involved in animal welfare all my life, and am currently a foster for a local rescue. I have experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, temperaments, and abilities. Nothing scares me! Whether it’s a running buddy or a couch cuddle you are looking for, I can provide whatever is needed for your fur baby. Currently I am offering boarding only. I have experience with physical therapy, oral medications and injections, incontinence, and anything else for special needs pups. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make sure your babies are loved while you are away. I work hybrid, so am able to provide multiple play/potty breaks throughout the day! I have 1 office day, but can sometimes drop by at lunch. While I am gone, pups are crated or kept in separate areas to ensure everyone’s safety. Between fostering, dog sitting, and my own dog, my life revolves around animals. Your fur baby will be well loved and well cared for no matter what. I have a large fenced in yard, and a rescue dog and cat of my own. If you bring your dog over to my home, they will have free roam of the house if they’d like! I will intro them to the current pack that is living there, and find their “play group”. I understand not all dogs get along with each other (they don’t need to!) and so if needed provide separate play groups that rotate so everyone can be safe and comfortable. If your pup needs some time to adjust, my guest room is considered the “dog room” in my house. There are crates, toys, couches, blankets, and a separate decompression area should they need that. I understand dog behaviors well, and have a very adaptable home to whatever your babies may need!

When we arrived, parker was immediately snatched up by her by one of her two younger sons who promptly began playing with him, pampering him and loving him. Dolly said her sons even “argued” over whose bed he would sleep in. Parker came back a happy camper and made three great buddies along the way. Additionally, Dolly kept constant contact with me and sent pictures over the course of the two days. I would highly recommend this wonderful family to look after your pet whenever you need someone to watch them.”
