Tuesdays and Thursdays I am able to be booked for walks or drop ins from 11:30am until 5pm. Saturdays I am only available in the afternoon, from 4pm to 8pm. Sundays I am available anytime requested in the morning until 5pm! I always ensure the pet is comfortable on walks, offering plenty of sniff breaks and giving them lots of water afterwards. For drop ins, I would love to hang out with your pet and allow for some fun socialization when they need it! For the past 5 summers, I’ve also dog sat and house sat for a family friend’s two standard poodles, one elderly dog with hip issues and hearing/vision loss, and one younger, high-energy dog who needed lots of attention and play. Last fall, I cared for the older dog during his final days, helping him stand, supporting him outside, and cleaning up after him when needed. I have also dogsat for my cousin's dogs for multiple days, walking them however much they needed and spending time with them. In addition, I’ve cared for a family friend’s cat by feeding her, refreshing water, cleaning the litter box, and spending time with her while they were away. I currently have a very flexible schedule. I’m waiting to hear back about a summer internship, but even with that I would still be available for evening visits and weekends. If I do not get the internship, I’ll likely be working part-time with varying shifts, which would still allow me to do pet care during the other half of the day and let pets out before and after work. I’m reliable with scheduling and happy to work around your pet’s needs. I have an electric fence but can take will take it out on a leash if they aren't fence trained. I have a dog that is not 100% reliable on how friendly he will be if it is a male but we can easily put him away for a few hours and keep him calm. I would mostly keep a client's pet within their home/neighborhood.

We don't leave/travel too often, and the photos just showed us how happy our dog was staying with Ginger. She was comfy and clearly made some friends and enjoyed getting lots of attention!
