Dogs during these 2 services do not need to be good with small children as my child will not be with me. About this sitter: I have been a sitter with Rover for about 5 years, and have loved it! My husband and I both work from home, me as a contractor and my husband as the founder and CEO of our music lesson business. Our work enables us to be flexible and home more than most, which we are extremely grateful for. We love animals and I have had dogs and cats my entire life. Our three children also love animals. They are very gentle and calm around animals, as we have taught them how to treat animals kindly and with respect, no pulling on tails or stealing toys here! Why I love dog sitting I got my first family dog, a LasoApso/Poodle mix, when I was 6, rescued from the shelter. Since then, I have always had dog(s) and/or cat(s), including one three-legged cat and later, an epileptic dog who had two reconstructive knee surgeries! Later in life, we enrolled a puppy we adopted into an intensive training and obedience program, in which we were also trained in proper dog handling. We have had dogs of all sizes, from a miniature poodle to a 100lb chocolate lab…all of which were lap dogs…even the giant lab! Meet my pets We have two 5 month old male kittens that get along great with dogs, and usually don't even pay them any attention. We have no other dogs. About my home and yard We live in a 3 story home with hardwood floors. We have an open back yard with a lead to make sure that our dog guests can safely enjoy being outside and still stay on our property. We do have steps leading to both the front and back door into the yard. My experience administering medication Yes, we can administer medication. Over the years I have had multiple pets with special needs which required medication. Our family loves animals and we're ready to love yours! We work from home so we will have plenty of time to care for and love your pet! We absolutely love having furry friends in our home and as part of our daily life. We try and keep things in our home consistent with how things are in the owners home. If the dogs get free reign at their house, they will have free reign here (as long as they are potty trained and house broken). We are also happy to use a crate if that is what they are used to. We do have a large dog crate here and plenty of toys, so there is no need to transport a crate. We have a lead in the back yard to make sure that all dog guests are safe and on our property during potty breaks and outside time.
“WOW! What can I say about Gina and her family.... 5 Star A+ experience, Again! This was my second time leaving my pups with Gina and her family. Last year they had a great experience, and this year was more of the same. They immediately reconognized Gina and were soooo happy to see her again. We were in town working a vendor event and Gina and her family cared for my babies while I was working. I got regular updates about their feeding, pooping and playing. She took them on multiple walks each day and sent pictures each time. They have a fabulous place to care for the dogs. They have a very nice house and a huge open garage for plenty of safe play room. Their road is private with many different places for the dogs to explore on their walks. If you need someone to watch your 'babies', contact Gina, you will not regret it! About: I have had a dog my entire life. When my last one passed, my heart was broken and I haven’t been able to get another one. I watched my daughter’s dog for a year but took her back about a year ago to Idaho. I work from home and it’s very quiet without any four-legged friends to keep me company throughout the day. About: Hi everyone! Our names are Karen and Chad and we’ve always had a love for dogs since childhood. The thought of caring or rescuing a dog has always been top of our minds. When we got married, we adopted a greyhound racer. We had him for 7 years and lost him unfortunately due to cancer. About: Hi! I just moved to Butler about a year ago and looking to get back into Rover! I did it for about a year or two in Missouri. I have an electric fence but I ONLY would use the collar with parents permission. If not, I will walk them out or put them on a lead. I’ve always taken care of dogs since forever basically lol I’ve always had a dog throughout my life and I currently have 2 friendly fur babies myself. Ninno-boxer and Skye-lab mix. I have had mostly bigger dogs, like boxers labs golden retrievers pit bulls and border collies. I can bathe if needed with your permission and they’re comfort level. My dogs are on flea and tick shots they get once a month. I work from home so I’m always here. Your baby will rarely be alone and if so, it’s only to run to get groceries and occasional times out. I do not have a fenced yard, but I have half an acre for them to run around as they please and a few dog beds for their comfort. I have two dogs that can provide tons of fun and exercise, but with your permission we can also go for walks/runs.

About: I would love to become a part of your pet’s life! I have previously worked at two veterinary clinics and have about four years experience in the veterinary field. I plan on continuing my career as someone who will work with and care for animals in any way possible. I currently work as a full time manager at a boarding/daycare/grooming facility for dogs and cats! I have also been surrounded by animals my entire life and have loved them ever since I can remember. They will always have a special place in my heart. I can guarantee your dog and/or cat will be well cared for and loved while you are away. I started working with dogs about 5 years ago-I pet sit, walk, and I work at a doggy daycare. I would follow any of the rules you set and make sure your pet is happy, safe, and healthy the entire time. I have the most experience with staying at the client’s home and have no issue doing so. I would make sure your pet is comfortable and follow their schedule the best I can.

About: I have taken care of dogs and house sat since I was 15! I have helped our neighbors and family friends with watching their dogs. I love helping people in any way and also love caring for pets! About: I have a had a genuine love for animals since a young age. Dogs, cats, you name it! I had a wonderful experience working at the Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium teaching young children about animals. My knowledge and experience is quite unique and I love to learn more everyday! I am currently a student at Slippery Rock University studying Early Childhood and Special Education. I live here majority of the year and have lots of free time. During the summer I mainly focus on sitting, but during the school year my schedule will differ. Since I have a kitty of my own, I have lots of toys, cat trees, cat beds, and more! My apartment complex also offers a dog park right next to my building with tons of fenced in space to run and climbing equipment.

About: I have had a lot of experience with dogs and cats since I was a young child. I grew up on 5 acres and we bred collies and Persians. As an adult I have always had dogs and cats. I have 6 tiny chihuahuas and a beagle and a Great Pyrenees and a cat! They are all friendly, healthy and up to date on vaccines. I use dog runs and leashes too if you prefer they be walked. I am very careful and protective of my dogs. They are very loved and well cared for and I will treat your dogs the same.

About: I’ve grown up around animals my entire life. My dad owned hunting dogs that we had trained ourselves, they were so loving of us kids and always enjoyed long walks in the woods and hours of play time. We’ve also had cats of every personality, from the fat house cats, to the crazy orange cats, to the shy barn cats, to the hunters who always brought us back a present. We would go to the farm every Sunday and feed the cows and pigs. We’d help our grandparents clean out the chicken coop and feed the hens. I’ve always had a big heart for animals of all shapes and sizes. I have experience with taking care of my own animals as well as long term and short term pet sitting. I’m experienced bathing and some grooming, I have owned a husky and a malamute and I’m not afraid of hair. I can also clean ears, teeth, and nail trimming but you must supply your own equipment. I currently work in the healthcare field and can provide care to puppies and senior dogs and special needs. I can administer medications, change dressings, and more. I work with Military and Police K9s and I’m trained in Animal CPR, First Aid, and Critical Care. I work 2 days a week, I am available at all times of the day and night. I can usually work in last minute scheduling and cancellations. Communication is key. I do not offer any in-house services at this time, but I will gladly come to your house! I prefer that your pet has a harness for walking rather than just a collar, as it is safer for me and your pet. About: I've taken care of dogs since I was in high school! I unexpectedly ended up with Evie as a puppy (an old boyfriend fell in love with her!) after years of having birds and really came to understand why people love dogs so much! I've spent a lot of hours working with a trainer with Evie to build her confidence and work on different things and she has done so well! If your dog is nervous with certain noises or unsure of new environments, I've spent a lot of time working on these things with Evie and would be more than happy to help your pup feel comfortable! Evie and I are always up for a new adventure and love getting out together on the weekends. There is always room for more friends as well! We live right by Moraine state park, as well as several other great places to explore! Right now I have availability on weekends, but hoping to expand into the week as well! Your best friend will enjoy some amazing adventures, new smells, and as much fun as we can manage to squeeze in! Very happy to go for long walks and hikes, trips to the park, etc. I currently have a large field behind my place for them to play in as well! Safety is my top priority and your companion will receive top-notch care!
About: I’ve take care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. When your pets meet me they will sense I’m a friend. I love to be around animals and taking care of them. I can pet and brush your dog, go for walks, play with them, and follow your directions to feed your dog. If you give me a chance I know you and your dog will be happy with my care. If I’m just visiting I’ll make sure I enter your house and calmly greet your dog so he doesn’t get fired up. Then sit down and pet him and play. Then I can get him fed and we can play some more after that if he wants to. I try my best to keep your dog calm as we get to know each other and then we can play and make sure he’s taken care of,

About: Hi there! I am currently a new math teacher and love dogs just as much as I love teaching!! I’ve been around dogs my whole life (and have loved every second). Im comfortable walking, feeding, bathing, playing, and keeping company with dogs of all different breeds and sizes. I currently work at a high school, so I’m available weeknights after 4PM and most weekends if I’m not traveling home to visit my family. In the summer, I’m free almost every day. I can easily keep your pet feeling safe in their own home by making sure it has love, attention, food, water, and lots of play time. It’s important to me to keep your animal in the environment it feels most safe in. I’m comfortable walking dogs if there is a leash and letting the dog go to the bathroom without a leash in a fenced in area.
