About: I have always had a connection with animals. I wasn't able to get my first pet until I was 10 and it was a guinea pig...fast forward 22 years and that connection and passion for animals has not changed. I worked as a veterinary technician for 6 years including school, most of which was in Maine. I no longer work as a technician but still love to fill my time with taking care of people's pets. I currently have a pretty open schedule. The only reason I would not be able to do certain days would be due to medical appointments or family obligations. When I care for your pet I will be able to spend as much time playing, walking, relaxing. Whatever you and they may want or need. I am able to give medication including insulin and fluids.

About: Taking care of dogs and cats has been my specialty since I was a child! I have had 8 dogs of all kinds, as well as 10 cats, not including my grandmother’s. My family and neighbors would trust me to feed and water their pets while they were away. I am great at crating puppies and socializing feral/young kittens. About: I've taken care or have owned dogs my entire life. Last August, we lost our best friend, Nala, too soon. She was a German Shorthaired Pointer (GSP) and at the age of 5 was impacted by a very rare auto-immune disease especially for her breed. This was a tragic loss for my family and I and at this moment owning/adopting another dog would be hard. We don't want to ever experience that kind of pain. Having said that, we have so much love for animals and would be grateful to take care of your dog/cat as one of our own. Would prefer to pet sit in your home as we have 3 cats. I am willing to be flexible with my pricing when it comes to watching more than one dog. I currently do not have a fenced in yard, I hope for this to change sometime in the near future. However, I do live across the street from a park with a walking trail, so am able to take them for long walks multiple times a day. If I am caring for your fur baby at your home, I will make sure to keep the same activities they are used to while you are away.

About: I'm most experienced with dogs and cats. That said, I am willing to look after any pet! I've always had dogs of my own, and I previously volunteered at a shelter which gave me added experience walking dogs of many breeds, ages, and temperaments. I am also familiar with giving medications (pills/capsules, eye ointments), crating, automatic feeders, and self-cleaning litter robots. I have a flexible schedule with plenty of time to give your pets the attention they deserve! I am able to accommodate both weekday and weekend requests at nearly any time. Your pets, your home, your rules! The clearer instructions the better, and please be open to answer questions where needed. I promise to do my best in following your guidelines to protect your space and animals!

About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember! My experience with dogs started when I was just 4 years old, when my grandmother raised Cocker Spaniels. Growing up, I was also lucky enough to have dogs and cats of my own, which helped me develop a genuine love and understanding of animals. Dogs have always held a special place in my heart, and I currently have a shelter dog mix of my own. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member, and I’ll treat your dog with the same care, patience, and affection I give my own. “Abigail was great! We needed a last minute sitter for our 1yr old pup for a 10 day trip and Abigail accommodated us with no problem! She was even willing to do a meet and greet before the stay.
