He gave in real time updates on food, bathroom breaks and ensured he gave each dog their medication. He brought our trash cans up our driveway, and brought it our mail before we even reached out to ask, and even took a photo of bees getting into our home while we were away in which we were able to prepare for before we returned from our vacation. Im willing to stay at pet owners home if needed or can bring to my house if absolutely necessary and the dogs attitude will decide on being in my home due to me having 5 dogs of my own most are 8+ I love to meet new pets all the time. About: Hi My name is Meghan, and I have been caring for dogs since I was little. I have 3 bigger dogs of my own, English Mastiff Pitbull Mix (9), Smooth Fox Terrier Lab Mix (5), and a French Mastiff (2). I have been volunteering for a dog rescue and helping to foster dogs in home for over 10 years. Due to my French Mastiff having diabetes, I am trained on how to give a dog an insulin shot, and am able to medicate your pet as well! I also have 1 cat and just love being around animals! I’m currently a college student and I have 1-2 classes every day from 8am-12pm and I only go to classes so I would not have any outside conflicts or commitments to have to go to. I have experience in giving shots, pills, and light grooming if necessary. I would take your dogs for a walk, give them food/water depending on the time, and just spend time with them to make them feel less alone.
About: I had my own dog from age 10-16 who I took care of every day and my brother now has a dog who lives with us who I also help take care of. We also had two cats when I was younger and plenty of other pets such as fish, lizards, and hamsters. I now own two of my own cats who are my world! My oldest cat, Solomon, has cerebellar hypoplasia, so I am experienced in taking care of special needs animals as well! I am currently in school attending classes at Kutztown. I commute (obviously lol) so I my schedule is pretty wide open other than class! Right now I just have class MWF from 10-2 (plus commute time), but I’m free otherwise! I know the ins and outs of taking care of animals as I have plenty of experience. I know how to take care of trained and untrained dogs whether that be crates or something else. If you have a city dog and would love a place for them to frolic in an oversized fenced yard, interact with farm animals (safely through a fence), and socialize with other dogs, this is THE spot! I was anxious about boarding our dog for the first time through Rover but Amanda's confidence, professionalism, and experience made this easy for me. She was extremely communicative and pretty much has every detail taken care of so all I needed to bring was food. During boarding, my dog had loads of fun playing with other dogs, making new friends, and (sadly for me) ignored the farm animals entirely. Having a place to board your dog where their primal needs are met under the supervision of dog experts is such a peace of mind while traveling! We'll be back!”
