Our sweet and playful pup, Abbi, gets anxious in new environments, while our 13-year-old, Hank, is mostly sweet and playful but can also be a bit reactive when startled, especially by fast movements or unfamiliar people. Brian was incredible with both of them. Hank warmed up to him almost immediately (something that rarely happens) and seeing him snuggling his head into Brian's hand during one of the daily video updates was a highlight for us. Brian’s calm, confident presence clearly helped both of our dogs feel safe and happy. They had plenty of space to explore, lots of outdoor playtime, and were cared for with patience and attentiveness. In addition to putting our dogs at ease, he also managed to put my husband-who tends to be quite anxious about leaving them-at ease, as well. About: Ive taken care of dogs every size. teaching new tricks, going on walks, and ice cream is something I enjoy doing with a fur baby I currently work full time night shift. I work 12 hrs shifts so my other 4 days during the week are open to helping other animal lovers with their babies. Because without the help I receive on my work days I would b very stressed. I have an unfunded yard but I love going on walks. Me and my dog ( henny) are always going hiking, fishing, to the dog park, or just out for a car ride. Henny loves all dogs and has lots of energy to play.
About: Being around dogs has been the foundation of my life since the age of 3. From caring for my own pets, helping our neighbor who bred collies, and caring for dogs while also caring for my patients at work as a home health occupational therapist, I feel like every pet is part of my family. Elvis is a 25 lb Cavachon sweetheart that just turned 1. Lizzie is our 7 yr old Yorkie princess and is 16 lb. About: Many years ago I used to take care of my neighbors' golden retriever. This led to dog-sitting at my house, house-sitting, cat-sitting, plenty of dog walking, as well as some hiking with dogs. Even now, golden retrievers are one of my favorite breeds. Whenever I have a Rover booking I try to spend as much time with the dog as possible. For short stays (1-4 days) I usually don't have to leave the dog home alone at all. For longer stays I try to minimize time away and when I am out it's typically very brief - running a couple of errands, grocery store, etc. My house has a large, well maintained yard with plenty of room for dogs to play and "do their business". My yard isn't fenced, so I'll keep dogs on a leash at all times when outside. If your dog likes hiking I'm an avid hiker and have found that hiking always goes better with dogs!

Adults who love and understand the needs of little fur babies. We would love to get to know your special one too. Please make sure you add all of the info for the vet you use. All dogs will need to be current on vaccines and flea and tick care. Please keep in mind when you pay for one day it covers you for 24 hrs. So if you bring your baby at 6 a.m. you will be covered till 6 a.m. the following day. Any hours after that is $6.00 an hour. If you book for more than a weekend, I can be flexible (1 to 2 hrs) due to flight delays, etc. Thank you! I'm currently not working outside home so no matter what your little ones will have someone here at all times. I feed everyone seperately and we walk when weather permits. We have potty pads available for comfort in between outings. I allow access to my whole home and will enjoy a walk once a day or more weather permitting. We have a great time individually and daily with all our little ones.

About: I've been a pet sitter for about 15 years. My german shepherd came into my life 7 years ago which gave me another view of pet care experience. I have worked with and cared for dogs with anxiety, fear, aggression, and in need of extra cognitive stimulation. Okay with giving meds and teaching tricks. Currently, I'm working nursing shifts as needed, with running errands on my days off. I'm more often available than not and have flexibility to work around others schedule. I have a back door doggy door that leads into a fenced in back yard (approx half an acre). I also live in a small neighborhood (very little traffic) with about a mile loop for walks. About: While I have the most experience with cats due to having my own cats, I have grown up around many dogs. My family had a chihuahua growing up, and many of my family members have had dogs such as dachshunds, terrier mixes, GSPs, and labs, and I would watch and walk them when my family members went on vacation. I also have some experience with some odder pets like hamsters, freshwater aquariums, or feeding crickets and bugs to spiders (or other carnivorous bugs), geckos, and frogs. I am also knowledgeable of and comfortable handling reptiles and birds :) I am currently a full-time student and work part-time on the weekends. However, there are many gaps in my class schedule where I can fit in a couple visits or walks ! A typical day for your "fur-baby" consists of whatever requirements you, as their parent, requests along with plenty of cuddles, play and positive re-enforcement training. Your pet will be loved as my own while in my care. At most times, I will be having my significant other, Jeremiah, accompany me as he shares my love and passion for animals and their well-being. What makes me stand out is my ability to gain trust, respect and my dedication to ensure every animal I'm given the opportunity to care for feels loved and safe. I cant wait to meet you and your beloved pets! currently, i work from home and spend the days with our border collie, Fynn and our pibble, Blaze. We live in a two story home with a decent yard and 6-8 kids running around, ready to play or cuddle. I will provide your pet with my undivided attention, care and love. I have the time for walks, play time, and cuddle time on my couch to ensure your pet feels comfortable while you're away I’m available for boarding, walks, any care during the week, available all weekend. I work from home and able to bring work with me anywhere I have two friendly male dogs, Fynn and Blaze. Fynn is 3yrs, unaltered and Blaze is about 14yrs, neutered. We do training sessions every day, take walks, and play.

About: Ive taken care of dogs every size. teaching new tricks, going on walks, and ice cream is something I enjoy doing with a fur baby I currently work full time night shift. I work 12 hrs shifts so my other 4 days during the week are open to helping other animal lovers with their babies. Because without the help I receive on my work days I would b very stressed. I have an unfunded yard but I love going on walks. Me and my dog ( henny) are always going hiking, fishing, to the dog park, or just out for a car ride. Henny loves all dogs and has lots of energy to play.
About: Being around dogs has been the foundation of my life since the age of 3. From caring for my own pets, helping our neighbor who bred collies, and caring for dogs while also caring for my patients at work as a home health occupational therapist, I feel like every pet is part of my family. About: I have taken care of animals on my own for over 4 years. I love all animals. I currently have 2 cats and one dog who I love very much. All my pets are really spoiled, in my home they come first they are my children. I would love to watch dogs and act as if they are my own. My dog is currently a puppy and he hyper and loves to play.
