I’m a huge animal lover and have experience caring for both cats and dogs of all ages, from playful puppies to senior pets who need a little extra patience and care. My senior cat recently passed away at 20 years old, so I’m very comfortable caring for older pets and managing health issues like diabetes and daily medications. I also have a new puppy, so I know all about training, routines, exercise, and the energy that comes with raising a young dog. About: I grew up in the home of biologist who kept all sorts of pets. I have experienced caring for a variety of animals, however have the most familiarity with care for canines. I spent a few years fostering dogs with different issues such as separation anxiety and aggression. I raised and trained a Belgian Malinois from 16 weeks to 1 year, giving me experience with intelligent and high energy dogs. I woke full-time from home and therefore am available to be with the pets all day. I am currently a full-time stay at home mom who works remotely about 10 hours a week. MY schedule is open and flexible to accommodate pets. I currently have a 2 year old son who enjoys animals. I am mindful of safety practice for children and pets to keep both safe. I do not have a fenced in yard and will use a leash to leave the house at all times. Depending on your pet's behavior I can crate them and keep them separated in another part of the house.

“This weekend was our first experience with Rover, and Rachel was the best person to show us the way. She and our dog, Chino, hit it off right away at the Meet and Greet that Rachel suggested. During our trip, Rachel let us know about each interaction she had during her drop-in and walk sessions. We could see when she arrived, how long they walked and the route the took. But in addition, Rachel let us know how Chino wasdoing each time, (excited, cooperative, easy on the leash, hesitant, playfully, etc.) Rachel shared lots of pix as well. This put our minds at easy that Chino was being well looked after. We will certainly have Rachel as our first choice for future pet care needs! Rachel was awesome!”
About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, and pets for as long as I can remember. I have watched, walked, cared for my neighbors animals and even my own! I’ve always adored dogs and cats so this seemed like the perfect fit! Trying to make some money for college, what’s a better job then this! “Five stars is not enough for Benjamin! He, and his beautiful family (of humans and dogs) went over and above to take care of our golden retriever, Soda. When we went for our meet and greet we didn’t want to leave. Their fenced in yard and the welcoming kind vibe made Soda and me (her human) feel instantly comfortable and at ease. Benjamin sent photos and videos of her girl having the time of her life while we were away almost 2 weeks. And he managed to get her in the car to go back and forth which is no small task since Soda is terrified of the car. All of this incredible kindness and professionalism took place under extraordinary circumstances since their family was going through major things at the time. We are so grateful to have found him and will definitely be grateful to be able to work with them again. I am always nervous to leave our precious girl, so rest assured, you will be in tbe best of hands if you choose Benjamin.”

“We have left Cooper with Andres several times now, and he has been very pleasant and accommodating from the first interaction. He sends picture updates throughout the stay, and is always sure to provide a "debrief" of the stay when we pick him up. Its very comforting knowing that if there is even the smallest thing, slightly out of the ordinary, Andres will pick up on it, and keep us informed. Cooper always seems to have a great time; whether it be running around with Lumpkin or any other dogs being boarded at the same time.
