About: 10 years ago now I convinced family to adopt two orange brother kittens we named Willy and Wonka. It was through them that I discovered my love and passion for cats. Through caring for them I was prepared when we took in two more cats; and now can truly not imagine my life without cats in it. In my single years, I cared for a beloved Jack Russel terrier from when she was an energetic pup until nearly 17. Currently, I live with my husband Seth and our two daughters, ages 11 and 13. Our little homestead includes a few chickens, a busy hive, and a cat whom we adopted five years ago. We are considering adopting a dog to keep our chickens safe from predators and to be a hiking companion in our travels. I am a full time homemaker and homeschooling parent. I love hiking at Ringing Rocks, Lake Nockamixon, and Delaware River canal towpath. Your dog would be a welcome companion on the hikes! If you have a senior dog, he will receive plenty of loving attention and companionship in our home. Our small homestead offers privacy and space for play and running. Your dog may enjoy cooling off in the creek that runs through the property. We live near Delaware canal towpath and Nockamixon state park. Mr. Chapo was a rescue from the spca and we have had Mr. Pablo since he was 3 months old. Chapo is an American staffordshire and is 7.5 years old and pablo is 3.5 years old. I want everyone to be aware that I work full time and can be available in the mornings Sunday-Wednesday’s. I am free all day every other Wednesday. I am available all day Thursday-Saturday. I am more than happy to dog sit overnight/in the morning before i go to work. I will work with you so we can make sure your little one (or big one) is cared for! I am available on most weekends. Holidays may differ depending on my schedule. I let Chapo out when I get home and let him roam around outside because he just sleeps most of the day. When I am not home he is inside. Pablo is in his crate when I am at work. He likes going outside but not a huge fan. I will care for your pet however you would like since its your fur baby!
About: Ive been a sitter on Rover since 2023! I’ve had a dog since I was 10. She was a chihuahua named Midnight. Since then my family has adopted dogs and cats so I enjoy taking care of both. I am currently a student, but I do have a mix of online and in-person classes which provides me with enough time to sit your pups! At my apartment building, we have an enclosed doggy park in our parking lot area. It is the perfect place for play and potty time for your pup!
About: Hello! My name is Sarah and I have been a pet owner for my entire life, and I've always had a love for animals. Since launching my Rover business in 2022, I have boarded all different breeds of dog from dachshund to poodle, and cavalier spaniel to every color of lab. I have also boarded several cats and I've done house visits to cat sit. My dog clients don't have to worry about conflict with another dog because I only take one booking at a time. My cat clients will never have to worry about a dog being in the house at the same time I accept a cat booking. Taking one client at a time also enables me to provide top notch care, attention and lots of love (and playtime too!) I always allow dogs to eat their meals with the family in the kitchen and hang around the main part of the house. I also have a big yard I can let them run in, and a neighborhood for walks. For cat clients I have a setup in the finished basement (I call it the Kitty Club Room) with several litter boxes that I scoop daily and a couple of feeding areas. All of my furry friends are welcome to the main part of the house once they acclimate. Business hours: Pet Drop Off: 8am-2pm (any day) Pet Pick Up: 8am-6pm (any day) Thank you for considering me for your dog and cat sitting needs! I'm a stay at home mom (children are school aged and accustomed to animals), so I'm usually home, aside from running errands. I have plenty of time in my schedule to work in dog walks, playtime, scooping litter boxes feeding/kibble clean ups and attention. Large fenced yard with distance from neighbors - dogs are only allowed out on a leash or a long lead. Large finished basement for the cats plus open access (if they're feeling adventurous) to the rest of the house which is a 2800 square foot custom colonial.
