“We never had Scout stay in someone’s home before. Vivian’s reviews were outstanding, so we decided to give it a try. She asked us to come over for a visit before boarding. That visit calmed all our worries. Vivian and her family were so attentive to Scout and it was apparent that they were very loving and knowledgeable. When we dropped him off for his “vacation” she quickly escorted him to yard to allow him to get acclimated, while her husband helped us with Scout’s belongings. During the vacation, we received pictures two or three times a day. It was apparent that he was enjoying his stay. I am sure he especially enjoyed the walks and the trips in the car. When we have picked him up from boarding kennels before, he would not leave our side. When we picked him up from Vivian’s, he spent time jumping all over us and then bounced back and forth between her family and our family. It was obvious how much he loved them. We will definitely be scheduling more vacations with Vivian in the future. She and her family have given us peace of mind that we never had with anyone else taking care of Scout. About: I’ve grown up with dogs all of my childhood. I just started this as a side hustle, and I absolutely love it! I love meeting new pups and being a helping hand to somebody as well! I work a full time job outside of pet sitting. I work 6-8 hour shifts Friday-Monday, and my off days are Tuesday-Thursday. My schedule is very flexible, so if there are any issues with my work schedule, it can be moved around. I’m typically gone between 6-8 hours depending on travel time as well. I stay at the client’s house so that way their pets are comfortable in their own home and environment. I do an initial meet and greet before the date needed to pet sit so the pets meet me and recognize me while i’m staying with them.

About: Experienced Mature couple will provide top notch loving care to your animals. Pets will be given run of our 3 bedroom home in Latrobe. Backyard has a large deck and is fully fenced in. Your babies will relax and enjoy as they snuggle up on our large couch in the evenings, play in the sun and enjoy our 12' round 30" deep fenced pet pool, and enjoy all day play with our two babies, Lizzie and Elvis. Elvis is a 25 lb Cavachon sweetheart that just turned 1. Lizzie is our 7 yr old Yorkie princess and is 16 lb. We welcome your sweet, friendly, babies in need of some spoiling. Plenty of indoor and outdoor furniture for lounging. For your little couch potatoes, we have a huge sectional for lounging together with your babies and ours. we are home most of the time and can accommodate short notice reservations as well as holidays. Your pet will receive round-the-clock care in our loving home we live in a 3 bedroom home in Latrobe with a nicely sized fully fenced backyard. Pets are taken outside regularly and we can accommodate all of your pets special needs. Our dogs are very well-adjusted and get along wonderfully with others.

My shepherd was very elderly (about 14) & required a lot of extra love, care & attention also. So I am also compassionate about animals that need some extra loving. *I offer very basic kitty care. I cannot host cats in my home due to the prey drive of my husky, sometimes she’s ok with them, other times not. *I’ll do feedings for lizards as I have had a few bearded dragons myself as well so I’m knowledgeable here also. (But under no circumstances ask me to care for your snake, or your spider!) ***I offer potty breaks, walks, playtime, feed & water breaks, treat time, medication administration ALL in my standard fee. “Emily took excellent care of my Barkley while I was traveling for a family wedding. Barkley was dealing with some seasonal allergies, and Emily sent me updates daily to let me know how he was feeling. He needed to take some medications and supplements during his stay, and Emily did a great job providing those, as needed. This was Barkley's first visit, and he enjoyed exploring the fenced yard and spending time with Emily's dogs. It was nice to know that Barkley was well cared for while I was away!”
