“This was our first time using Marian as a Rover sitter. She allowed me into her home to view the areas my dogs would be kept. It was a beautiful space and I didn't hesitate to leave them in her good hands. Within an HOUR or two of drop-off - we had an unexpected situation when one of our dogs became very stressed and sick due to the new environment. Marian kept me informed right away, was incredibly patient and compassionate and worked with me to come up with the best solution for my dogs. She even transported them to our home and transitioned our booking to drop in visits - which I so appreciated. About: Hi! I’m Julie. I grew up on a hobby farm surrounded by a menagerie of animals from a young age. Everything from chickens and goats to rabbits, cats, and dogs, and the occasional bit of wildlife, were welcome in my families home. As a high school student I became increasingly involved in agriculture and milked cows and cared for livestock. This turned into a love that led me to college in rural Maine where I earned a degree in Agriculture and Sustainability, all while working on a dairy farm each day. Currently, I homeschool my two children and am blessed with the ability to work from home. We live on a wooded property and have access to a small lake which is boarded by a wooded dirt road. Additionally, we have a small walking trail system directly on our property. We share our home with a Newfie doodle, Arlo, who is 1.5 years old, a Sulcuta tortoise, and a cat that lives under the bed. We have a large red deck with a fenced in space off of this for easy bathroom access and unleashed roaming space for your dog. I work from home and homeschool my children. Our days have built in flexibility and can be arranged to accommodate the needs of any pet staying with us. We enjoy time outdoors, and can often be found working remotely or “out schooling” from our backyard or a hiking trail. In our home, the pets are people too (and we will narrate their thoughts based on their expressions 🤪). Pets are allowed on the furniture and in all rooms. We have a large front porch for slow mornings and evenings that stretch well past sunset. We also have a large deck in the rear which has a fenced area off of it to allow plenty of space for unattended bathroom breaks or unleashed space to roam. My children are well versed in animal care and also understand giving space to a new animal, calm energy, etc. I will always setup a meet and greet prior to booking to ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcome. Medications can be distributed, and special diets can be managed.

She made sure their food and water was filled, scooped the litter boxes, swept up around the litter boxes, and stayed and played with the kitties for awhile. About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a child. My parents owned 10 acres and I helped care for dogs, pigs, rabbits, birds, sheep, goats and more. I currently own a four year-old golden retriever who I have trained since a puppy, and I am currently beginning training for him to become a Therapy dog so he can bring joy to others, as much as, he’s brought to me. I have been a physical therapist assistant for over 15 years and I am looking to focus more on my family who is getting older and the more important things in life. I’m also looking to find a new path with animals, which is why I am available daily with notice to ensure there is comfort for myself, my dog and for you and your pet as well! I have a 2 1/2 acre yard, it is not fenced so I would need to know if your dog needs to be on a leash or is trained to stay by command. My dog Oakley is four years old, trained by commands and is extremely friendly and has never had any problems with another dog. I sadly cannot take cats because he is scared of them. I am home 24/7, so I am able to be there for all their care, especially if younger and needing to be let out more often or if older and need medicine given at certain times. I have a crate if needed that could be used for small, medium or large breeds.

I have a large yard and a great trail for taking walks during their stay with us. I'm experienced in giving medications if required. I have a pom, his name is Koko...he can't wait to be your fur babies pal. He's up to date on all his shots and he's also neutered. I'm truly confident you'll be very happy with trusting your fur baby with me. We are only 5 minutes away from a veternary clinic should your fur baby require any medical attention at any given time. I also work at Camp 4 Paws in Kunkletown PA and I’ve had experience working in other kennels prior! I am currently doing online school and working full time, my hours are 1-9pm every mon-fri. If I have enough notice I can take off if need be but I can also help before or after work and on weekends! If I have a list of what you want me to do, I will 100% follow it. About: I've grown up with multiple dogs at a time, never had a period of time where I was not around dogs. I've raised them from birth to passing away. I love playing with them, caring for them, being there for them and providing love to them. I love going for walks in the parks, around development, etc. Whatever the pup/dog likes to do is fine with me, I have a lot of history with them so I'd be more than happy to provide for any dog! I do have a lot of references just not on rover, they can be provided upon speaking/meeting! I am very accommodating and can stick to your pets schedule as close as possible to yours! I can work my schedule around whatever is needed for care. For example, pets needing strict medicine schedule. I do work during the day but am available with notice! I can provide drop in visits, pet taxi to groomers or vets, dog parks, etc. Cages would need to be provided especially for multiple pets while I am out of the home. Pets have full range of the home. We have gates for the stairs at top and bottom!

With notice I can easily modify my routine to make sure I’m there for your pet In my home I current have it parrot proofed. So we have no chemical or anything toxic that can easily be gotten into. I also make sure not to keep any toxic foods in the house as an extra level of precaution and know that you cannot leave them alone because you never know what any pet will get into especially when their routine is disrupted

About: Hi! I’m Julie. I grew up on a hobby farm surrounded by a menagerie of animals from a young age. Everything from chickens and goats to rabbits, cats, and dogs, and the occasional bit of wildlife, were welcome in my families home. As a high school student I became increasingly involved in agriculture and milked cows and cared for livestock. This turned into a love that led me to college in rural Maine where I earned a degree in Agriculture and Sustainability, all while working on a dairy farm each day. Currently, I homeschool my two children and am blessed with the ability to work from home. We live on a wooded property and have access to a small lake which is boarded by a wooded dirt road. Additionally, we have a small walking trail system directly on our property. We share our home with a Newfie doodle, Arlo, who is 1.5 years old, a Sulcuta tortoise, and a cat that lives under the bed. We have a large red deck with a fenced in space off of this for easy bathroom access and unleashed roaming space for your dog. I work from home and homeschool my children. Our days have built in flexibility and can be arranged to accommodate the needs of any pet staying with us. We enjoy time outdoors, and can often be found working remotely or “out schooling” from our backyard or a hiking trail. In our home, the pets are people too (and we will narrate their thoughts based on their expressions 🤪). Pets are allowed on the furniture and in all rooms. We have a large front porch for slow mornings and evenings that stretch well past sunset. We also have a large deck in the rear which has a fenced area off of it to allow plenty of space for unattended bathroom breaks or unleashed space to roam. My children are well versed in animal care and also understand giving space to a new animal, calm energy, etc. I will always setup a meet and greet prior to booking to ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcome. Medications can be distributed, and special diets can be managed.
