“We took Finn over to Arlene’s for the first time yesterday to spend the day (after our meet and greet a couple of weeks prior). We picked him up from Arlene and she told me that I t took a little time (an hour) to get him to settle down, but after that he had a full day of play with the other 2 dogs that were there. From looking at the photos, I could tell Finn had the most enjoyable day! (He’s an only dog.) We plan on going out of town and I’m so happy to find someone that we feel comfortable leaving him with. About: I am currently doing Rover part-time, I’m also working 2 other part-time jobs, however, for one of them I get to choose my own schedule. If given enough notice (usually a week) I can take off the days you’d need from one of my jobs, and then just schedule my other around it! I’ve had and taken care of dogs/cats since a young age. I love all animals and caring for them! Ive taken 2 pre-vet classes and would love to have a job working with animals full-time, no matter the job! As of now, I am caring for my 2 cats and leopard gecko! I only work Thurs-Sun, never more than 8 hours + my other job I can pick my own schedule! I am no longer able to do house sitting because I now have a baby to take care of, but if they are good with kids and cats, your pet is more than welcome to come stay with us! My in laws live on an island in the Caribbean and whenever we visit we care for the many stray animals that are on the island! About: Full disclosure I have not been paid to care for dogs yet however i did raise a puppy from a couple months to a year and worked on training. Ive also grown up with and cared for all types of dogs and dog sizes. I have cared for senior dogs as well. Bathing, walking, clipping nails, giving medication, feeding, basic training etc are all things I have experience with. I am currently waiting on a review for school, as of right now i am free any day of the week. After I start school it will only take up 4 days of the weekday and be mornings/early afternoons where i am not available. I’ve been lucky to grow up with dogs of all levels; Huskies, Mastiffs, Pugs, etc. I started watching friends, family, and neighbors pets in 2019 and in 2021 I rescued my beautiful Cane Corso! I love all animals and can be trusted to treat your fur-baby with the upmost care and attention. I’m very active so I’m happy to play/hike/walk all day, I’ve even roller-skated with a pup. As I mentioned, I have a rescued giant breed. With her being a tougher rescue she has taught me how to handle almost any situation. She is reactive on walks so I’ve done training to continue to get her exercise with as much ease as possible. That being said, I can handle most dogs at all levels, no matter the size. Currently, I work 3 evenings a week with open daytime availability. I can drop in or take your pup for a walk anytime during the day and most evenings. I exercise often and go on lots of walks through the day, so if you have a high energy dog it’s no challenge for me. I wait a bit between exercise and feeding but I will prepare the food exactly how you and your pup prefer. I’m comfortable with crating and have done crate training.

I take daily hikes and runs in the morning or whenever I can. I live in a slow road, and a field for my dog to run in. I would leash up any and all pets anytime they are outside.
About: In my opinion, animals are the best thing in the world! Especially when they become pets. I am a nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital, but I have always had other passions. One passion would definitely be my love for animals and nature! When I am not at the hospital I would love to get to know you and your family pet! I love all animals so much ... I got allergy weekly/biweekly shots (2 in each arm) to prove it!! I am super interested in caring for your family pet and making them feel like you never left home! I am interested in walking, sitting, home visits and boarding animals. I grew up with dogs, cats, cows, chickens, pigs, rabbits, hamsters, hermit crabs, etc! About: Dogs have been a part of my life since I can remember! When they say dogs are humans' best friend, they truly mean it! I cannot remember a time we did not have a pet in our home. I now own an amazing Bernedoodle of my own, who is an emotional support dog that went through 12 weeks of training! Being able to see a dog's tail wag or those cute little puppy's eyes they give you is one of the most fulfilling, adorable things. I am a volleyball coach at Frederick Community College, which takes up about 2 hours of my nights starting in late July! My weekends are mostly open. I am easy to schedule with; I need to ensure I have time to check my weekends! When it comes to allowing dogs to stay at my residence, my property manager does not allow it. With that said, I am more than willing to stay at any location needed, as I have a roommate who can watch my dog! I am willing to travel wherever needed. I have a very reliable car with plenty of backseat space, and I am willing to take the dog to another location if needed. About: I’ve taken care of my family dogs since the oldest was a puppy, I have take care of friends dogs as well as relatives dogs too. I’m currently working full time and take care of pets when I get home. When I’m taking care of dogs for others I find time before and after work. About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire life and have had experience owning other pets such as geckos, cats, and snakes. I’ve been a pet sitter for a little over two years. My true passion for pet sitting comes from my desire to be accompanied by them, dogs specifically. I work with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and personalities. Dogs of all backgrounds tend to gravitate towards me and I have never had any negative interactions. While studying for my undergrad, I was actually in charge of all the live animal specimens present on the University grounds. I currently am home as I finish my masters degree online so my daily schedule is fairly free. I workout and do part-time contract work when I am not doing schoolwork. I’m extremely flexible and will be willing to meet your needs as best as possible. Simply put, I treat the pets like they are my own. I ensure they are met with sufficient attention, exercise, nutrition, and safety while under my supervision. Minimizing stress is my biggest concern (my dog has separation anxiety so I know how it can be). I’ve found it helpful in the past to use my own dog as a bridge between myself and the client’s pet, as his presence tends to build confidence and reassurance.

About: **please note I have a day job that takes me away from my house M-F from 5:30am until 4:15pm…all boarded pets will be let out to potty immediately upon returning home ** I have been taken care of dogs for over 15 years. My first dog 2 when I adopted him and I cared for him until he crossed over the rainbow bridge when he passed at 10yrs old. I also raised two puppies from 8 weeks until they crossed over as well. I work full time away from home Monday thru Friday, so your pet would be alone for about 8hrs week days. I will make sure they are let out before I leave and let out again immediately once I return home. I am able to walk dogs / check in on family pets after 4:30pm on week days. I have a deck and a 6ft tall fenced in yard. I do not have small children in my home. I also do not have any other pets that may not get along with another dog. I will always care for your pet as if it were my own.
