About: Hello!! I've had my own cat since 2017 and am an avid stray feeder (and occasional trapper). I also volunteer at Kitty Queen Cat Rescue at least 2 days a week, usually doing morning cat care (but sometimes you can find me there during open hours). I feed all of the cats, replace water, scoop litter boxes, clean up whatever I might find, and give medication when needed. I encounter all different types of personalities and customize my approach to each one. I've been volunteering there since October 2025. I've also been pet sitting personally to friends since I was a teenager. I thoroughly enjoy taking care of animals and building trust with them, especially the shy ones. Truly nothing makes me happier than scooping 20 litter boxes with cats all around me. Two years ago I rescued my dog, Stanley, who is a 24 lb terrier mix. He was abused and took a very long time to warm up, but after a lot of patience and love he’s now thriving and the best boy. Routine is key with time management to make sure there’s adequate time for play and adventure. Every morning starts with a walk, and I typically take my own pet to the park twice a day. My home has an enclosed backyard with ample space to run around. When house/petsitting, I’ll always ensure pets are on a leash before exiting to run errands or go for a walk.
