“This was our first time using DogVacay and Lorraine. We could not have been any happier with the entire experience. From start to finish everything went very smoothly, even a change in schedule. Lorraine was just the best. We felt Scooter was in very good hands and knew he would be well taken care of. We enjoyed getting the pictures and Scooter seemed really happy. I think she enjoyed him as well. She was caring and took really good care of him and we are very happy to have her on board when we need her again. Thanks!!!!”

When I picked him up, he was relaxed and happy. Grace kept me informed about how he was doing with messages and pictures. I will definitely use Grace again.”

“Cassandra took great care of our dog over the Christmas holiday! Hazel doesn’t always eat much while she is staying at someone’s house (regardless of who it is), so Cassandra kept us updated when she was or wasn’t eating - and eventually Hazel did settle in to better eating habits! Her concern and attention was really appreciated. Hazel also gets an allergy pill twice a day which Cassandra kept up with too. Thank you for caring for our dog!”

About: I grew up around dogs my whole life, which has informed my experience with them. I enjoy walking dogs and training them to learn new tricks. I know several dog training techniques, including positive reinforcement techniques. I can always make time out of my schedule to walk Fido or give Fluffy extra cuddles. I am available especially on Saturdays. When I'm spending time with your furbabies, it never feels like work. I care for my pets by making sure they have plenty of water and food. I also walk the dog frequently and make sure the cat has a clean litter box. For clients, I care for pets per their instructions.

“Rita is truly one of the BEST caretakers we’ve ever had!! Our Chihuahua is usually a little shy at first but before we even pulled out of the driveway he was in Ritas arms ready for a weekend! “Barbara is so great with animals and does a great job making them feel at home. Our dog had a great time and enjoyed her visit with the family. I loved all the photos to see how our dog was doing throughout the day. Wonderful job!”

“Julia was amazing. We had an out of town wedding and she took care of our Finn like her own. She has a little Yorkie named Archie and Finn and he had some much fun together. I was so relieved by Julia's updates and pictures that she sent. Finn loves to walk and she took him out for many walks in her very walkable neighborhood. Most likely I will be visiting or walking pets in the morning or mid-afternoon but I can make any arrangement work. I’ve stayed at a number of friends houses caring for their pets from an overnight to a week. I am drug and alcohol free so you don’t need to worry. I’m quiet and clean and have stuck by the principal of leave a place better than you found it.

“Our terrier mix puppy has been going to Grace’s for a few weeks now (2x weekly for a full work day) and I can’t say enough good things! My husband and I found Grace because on the days my husband can’t come home during lunch, we didn’t want our puppy to be crated or left unattended all day. Grace and her family treat our puppy like their own dog, she becomes part of their family while she’s there. She gets tons of playtime, attention, affection. I absolutely love seeing the “report card” pictures after each day. It’s very clear my puppy is well cared for during her visits. It’s now to the point when we’re pulling up to Grace’s, our puppy gets excited because she knows where she’s at! 10/10 recommend!”

I’m very involved in his daily care, including feeding, walks, routines, giving lots of attention, and helping manage medical needs when needed. Because of this, I understand how important patience, consistency, and trust are when caring for someone’s pet. This means my week to week availability may not always look the same, but I will leave my schedule open for Rover whenever I can, ensuring I provide your dog with proper care. When caring for your dog in your home, they will always be safe and sound. For drop in visits, I will make sure to follow your dog’s normal routine to ensure their comfort. For walks, I will follow your dog’s pace, while always keeping my hand through the loop of the leash and wrapped around my wrist to keep them secure.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with dogs and cats, and now having two rescue dogs of my own, I just can't imagine life without them. I haven't used Rover before, but I've spent years watching friends' dogs and cats whenever they needed someone they could trust. I've raised puppies, cared for kittens, and even handled medications when needed, so I'm no stranger to what animals need to feel safe and loved. I come to your home so your babies can stay in their own space, in their own routine. Every animal is different and I take the time to get to know them. Big or small, they all get the same gentle, attentive care. I just genuinely love animals, and that's something you'll see the moment I meet your pet. I'm always happy to set up a meet-up before booking so we can connect, your pet can get comfortable with me, and we can make sure it feels like the right fit for everyone I recently graduated from Arcadia University with my Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. While I study for my boards and prepare to move back home to Washington, I have time on my hands and want to spend it doing something I truly enjoy. Right now my days are completely open, which means your dog gets my full attention. No rushing off, no squeezing them in between a busy schedule. I'm there as long as they need me. As the mom of two very needy rescue dogs, I completely understand wanting your babies to have someone around as much as possible, and right now, I'm in a position to give exactly that! Since I will be in your home, my first priority is to respect whatever routine and rules you have in place for your pet. I am happy to provide as much or as little entertainment, snuggles, or space as your fur baby needs. When it comes to walks, I'm no stranger to dogs that pull on the leash or get reactive around other dogs. I've handled strong, reactive animals before and I feel confident and calm managing them.

About: I've been around dogs my entire life and have had dogs since I was a child. Caring for animals comes naturally to me, and I currently have a dog of my own, so I understand the importance of providing pets with love, attention, exercise, and a consistent routine. I have previous experience dog sitting and caring for pets for friends, family, and others, including feeding, walking, playtime, and ensuring they feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to provide reliable, attentive care that gives both pets and their owners peace of mind. I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to care for your pups! I am also available weekends to care for your animals overnight if needed. When caring for pets in a client's home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I follow all instructions provided by the owner, including feeding schedules, walks, medication administration (if needed), playtime, and any special care requirements. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while keeping their environment clean and safe. I also provide updates, photos, and communication so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for while they're away. My goal is to treat every pet and home with the same respect and care I would give my own.

“This was our first time using Brian's services for overnights for our two Labrador Retrievers. I really liked the time Brian took to take notes on each dogs' care during our meet and great. It showed he was really interested in providing the care they needed especially for our 9 year Lab that had special mealtime needs. Brian has a great set up in his house for dogs including a nice fenced in yard which was a real treat for our two. His dogs and the other dogs he watched were terrific playmates for ours. I know that he cared well for them and I would highly recommend him! We will be using him again!”
“Chance was comfortable and happy in her care. I love that she sends photos. He was in great spirits when I came to pick him up. Will use her services again in the future”

“Sara took a great care of our little guy. She gave timely updates and I can see that our Leo had so much fun and comfortable at her place. I would definitely keep our little guy with Sara again.”

“All the hype about Dante is true! He’s communicative, accommodating, and really great energy. He asks a lot of questions to ensure my Kado was well taken care of. Dante is someone who truly loves what he does and that makes me happy. I think Kado and I found a permanent sitter until Dante retires us lol”

“Sharon and her family is great. My first impression was that I felt I was dropping my puppy off at my family's house, a place where he would be loved and cared for and not left in a crate while I was away. I've already been there twice and will be going there as long as I can when the need arises. Thank you Sharon!”

“I was very happy with Mac's stay with Laurel. I had shared with her that Mac loves going on walks and she took him for two long walks. She shared with me how he was doing over the course of the day. I would use Laurel again without hesitation.”
