About: I have been around animals and dogs all my life. I was raised on a three hundred acres veil farm in upstate NY where we had German Shepherds, Mastiff, Boarder Collies and Springer Spaniels . The last twenty plus years I have worked with Akita rescue in Florida and have personally owned two Akita's of my own Jayda my heart dog who passed in 2023 and Raider who passed away in 2014. I had hands on training from an Air Force Marine who use to train Belgian Malinois and German Shepherds, but don't let that fool you, I am a sucker for the small guys too! He sends picture updates throughout the stay, and is always sure to provide a "debrief" of the stay when we pick him up. Cooper always seems to have a great time; whether it be running around with Lumpkin or any other dogs being boarded at the same time.
