About: My home has been vet inspected as well as by the dog warden and I am licensed by the Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to run my business. I have had at least one dog for literally my entire life. So I have spent nearly 40 years with dogs, feeding bathing training and playing I am a stay at home mother. So I am at home 90% of the time. And when the weather is nice we are outside a lot. I have a fenced in yard with a 6 foot privacy fence. There is a 6 year old female lab to play with as well as a female german shepherd puppy. We have gates to keep them where they can be looked after and crates if necessary I am a stay at home parent so I am around 90% of the time. My daily routine keeps me at home and therefore fully able to accommodate pretty much any schedule I have a fenced in back yard and plenty of room for separation while still giving dogs their freedom if necessary. In high school, I walked dogs for people in my community to earn extra money, so getting paid to grab a leash and spend time with dogs is actually something I’ve come back to years later. Consistency is important to me, and regular walks give me the opportunity to learn your dog’s personality, routine, favorite places, preferred pace, and individual needs. Whether it’s 2 PM or 2 AM, a beautiful sunny afternoon or a snowy morning, my goal is to be someone you can depend on—and someone your dog gets excited to see because they know it’s time to go explore. Safety, Trust & Environment: Your dog’s safety will always come first, but I also believe dogs deserve to experience the world outside. Rain, snow, or shine—hot or cold—I’m prepared to get them outside and moving. I’ll always adjust our pace, distance, and route to your dog and the conditions rather than automatically canceling a walk because the weather isn’t perfect. Throughout every walk, I pay close attention to your dog’s body language, breathing, energy level, paws, traffic, other animals, and our surroundings. On hot days, that means watching pavement temperatures, prioritizing shade and water, and recognizing signs of overheating. In cold or snowy conditions, I’ll monitor their paws and comfort and follow any instructions you have for coats, boots, or other gear. Weather won’t scare me away, but unsafe conditions will change the plan. Extreme heat, severe storms, dangerous ice, or conditions that could put your dog at risk may mean a shorter outdoor walk with the remaining time devoted to safe indoor attention and stimulation. Trust matters just as much. You’re trusting me with a member of your family and, in many cases, access to your home. I’ll respect your property, follow your instructions, communicate with you, and make sure your dog is safe and secure before I leave. I also want dogs to have the opportunity to be dogs. I’ll give them time to sniff, explore, investigate their surroundings, and experience what’s happening around them instead of treating every walk like a race. Every dog is different, and I’ll learn yours. Rain, snow, or shine. Hot or cold. My goal is to become someone you trust—and someone your dog gets excited to see walking through the door.

I'm a homemaker and pet care is a top priority for me now, as my children are grown. My schedule is pretty open unless I have previously scheduled appointments. I prefer 48 hours or more notice for bookings. Must have a meet & greet to go over your pet care needs and how to access your home before first booking. While at your home, I will care for your pet(s) as we have discussed during the meet & greet. I will get to know your pet(s) personally while spending time with them and care for them as if they are my own. Special needs & administering medicine are not a problem. I enjoy walking leash trained dogs, playing with them and cuddles as well as head boops & cuddles with cats too. I am comfortable with the care of most common household pets, including feeding, cleaning, and routine care.

We have a guest house where I will board your pet, so no need to worry about any interaction with my current pets. About: I have had the honor of having dogs my entire life. Recently, helped my daughter potty training her rescue puppies. They have become the protectors of my grandchildren. As an Empty Nester, I enjoy the simple things in life and would love to offer my services for walks during the early mornings and evenings.
