About: I’ve been an animal rescuer since childhood, and have raised my children (12-20) to do the same. My most recent official role in animal care and rescue has been via fostering dogs and cats through the Morris Animal Refuge in Philadelphia. Unofficially, I have been a proud dog mama for 11 years, and cat mama off and on since childhood. My resident doggo Patches is a proud foster father, and is comfortable with dogs and cats of all ages. If you have a pup or cat that could use a cuddle buddy while you are away, Patches is your guy. I do have a particular aversion to cricket feeding, but we can make it work with super worms lol I do not know much about fish or amphibian care, but I am open to learning. I can handle dogs his size - or a bit larger - who do not jump, or who are low energy and would prefer to hang in the backyard rather than taking longer walks. I try to be very respectful of the personality of each pet. Some animals are nervous at first, and I’d like to respect their need for space and/or time to warm up to me. “We had originally planned a trip in September, but when we both got sick, we had to cancel our booking with Ian. He was so understanding and gracious. He even dropped off a pretty little flowering plant at our house with a Get Well card. We rebooked our trip in October. Ian took good care of our two cats. He made sure all their physical needs were met, but he also played with them and met their emotional needs. I hated to leave our cats for as long as we did, but I felt better knowing that Ian was there for them. I will definitely ask Ian to watch our cats again the next time we go traveling. About: I have extensive cat care experience. At no time during my childhood did we have fewer than 4. We took in many strays, including a pregnant mama who gave birth to 5 healthy kittens in our home. My first cat as adult was one of the kittens of another mama we rescued shortly after their birth. My Siamese finally passed at the age of 19.5 in Dec of 2024 and his geriatric brother, my sweet silly white and orange (both rescues), passed in 2025. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs basically my whole life. I worked at a kennel for 3 years and still work at one to this day, and had dogs as pets for years. Since I’ve had dogs my whole life, I know how to care for my pets and your pets! Since I’m working at a kennel, I will update my availability depending on my work schedule. I usually work weekdays from 1:15-6 so I have a lot of free time on my hands. I make sure she gets plenty of outside time so I understand the importance of making sure your dog gets walked or given attention. During the week days I can meet the needs before 7:30am or I can hang out between the hours of 4:00-10:00. Once summer hours arrive- I am much more flexible as I am a teacher in Central Bucks . My dog, Remi is my baby! I always make sure I meet her needs and give her all of the love and attention. I give her plenty of walks and snuggles. She loves following along as I ride my bike around the block. She also loves going to Ocean City with us on our family vacations. Lastly, she loves to be chased around out back or lounge on the porch for a few hours.

As a child I was raised with a household of pets from dogs to cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, turtles and fish and more! Outside of my personal household, I have over 15 years' experience as a private pet sitter for dogs and cats as well as a dog walker. About: I have always had dogs as a child and as an adult. I enjoy going on walks with dogs and giving them all the snuggles! I am teacher and off for the summer. I am around most days. If I am running errands it is only for a short period of time. I have a fenced in yard. I have crates if needed. I can block off sections of the house. I have a 2.5 year old yellow lab to keep your furr baby entertained. I have lots of doggy toys for entertainment as well.
