About: I’ve taken care of cats for as long as I can remember. I have a special place in my heart for cats as I have five rescues of my own. I have experience with skittish and friendly cats as well as cats with dietary needs, daily oral medication needs, cats with no teeth, Megacolon, and Deaf cats. I also cannot smell due to having Covid years ago so litter box cleaning isn’t an issue for me.

About: In the past I have volunteered a Forever Paws Animal Shelter as a cat room specialist. Sometimes I also take my cat on the walks as well (he loves spending time outside with his sister with his harness and leash on!). Weekends have much more flexibility with my schedule. It is extremely important to make sure that any animal feels comfortable in their environment. Giving them the opportunity to take bathroom breaks and keeping pets on their normal schedule is very important. Giving pets access to fresh drinking water, specific foods, and medications as needed is also crucial. Providing proper exercise and mental enrichment only helps to further improve an animal’s experience in their surroundings as well.

I work full-time from home, so I’m able to provide constant supervision, frequent potty breaks, and plenty of attention throughout the day. My own dog, Kip, is part of a consistent schedule that includes two to three walks daily, outdoor time in our large fenced-in yard, playtime, and downtime for rest and cuddles. It was a beautiful space and I didn't hesitate to leave them in her good hands. Within an HOUR or two of drop-off - we had an unexpected situation when one of our dogs became very stressed and sick due to the new environment. Marian kept me informed right away, was incredibly patient and compassionate and worked with me to come up with the best solution for my dogs. She even transported them to our home and transitioned our booking to drop in visits - which I so appreciated. She was kind, flexible, understanding - even after my dog had multiple accidents in her home - which had never happened before.
