Inside my home, I have several kennels available if needed, including a large 5’ x 10’ kennel and a 3’ x 5’ kennel. Most importantly, dogs are treated as part of the family and receive plenty of love, attention, and supervision.

About: What makes my pet sitting a little bit different is that my lab can come with me. I know how much some dogs love to have a playmate, so I thought I would bring that experience. We had a very busy and hectic schedule during our visit with family up in the York/Hanover area, Chelsea worked with us each day on our drop off and pick up times which allowed us to spend time with our grandkids without being rushed or stressed about our furbaby Rascal. We were updated with text and pictures from Chelsea each day she had Rascal. One of our concerns was Rascal doesn't like being crated and Chelsea let us up front she doesn't crate dogs. She allows them to be on her furniture and has dog beds for them to lay on as well. She takes them out for walks and potty breaks and Rascal seems extremely happy when he was with Chelsea and her family. If we lived in the area we would use Chelsea again and again. About: I've taken care of dogs my entire life, and have owned multiple rescue dogs since I was 22 years old. I often assist my neighbors and family with their pets. My dogs are 100% my top priority! I have 2 small dogs who I currently take out every 2-3 hours. I am a dedicated dog momma that prioritizes them, making pet care a daily routine. I adjust to the temperament of the dog. It's important to make them feel comfortable in the home at all times. I let my dogs graze, with food and water available to them at all times. But this can be adjusted to your pups needs. We also walk daily (at least once a day), and treats are provided after successful potties outside. I also provide a variety of toys, blankets, and beds for my dogs.

I have the ability and practice of giving dogs medications if needed so anything your dog may need while staying with me will be no problem at all! But i have a private access to hundreds of acres for your animals to roam free and to explore. to be the animals that they are without intrusion from others. For anyone who loves to walk there dogs or wants some to do so for them. I have what most can’t provide and large space for all. I spent a few years taking care of Fonzie and gidget 2 dogs from family memebers. One being a bulldog with many issues and the other a corgi. Cats too. About: I’ve always had animals of all kinds. I’ve grown up caring for all kinds of dogs, cats, horses, goats, birds, reptiles, and fish! I’m well versed in giving medication to all sorts of animals, and I do best with quiet or skittish animals that need some extra patience I have a lovely part time job working on dog-friendly farms with a flexible schedule, so I’m available most of the time for pet care with minimal heads up! For boarding I have a yard with a long line for potty breaks, a private dog park with 24/7 access, two state parks within 20 minutes of me for hiking, and a 1,300 sq ft house with tons of toys and the ability to section my house off if pets need their personal space. I also have a friends farm I love to walk pets at as there’s no ‘public’! In the clients home I match care instructions to the letter as well as see if I can get the pet to interact with the toys and space available.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a child as I grew up in a house hold with animals. I pretty regularly dog sit for family and friends. I have experience with little dogs medium dogs and large dogs. I have semi decent skill with training dogs but nothing crazy. I am familiar with senior care and ensuring they get burn energy. I do all of this in your home so your best bud doesn't have to stress about too many changes while they are missing you. While Rover's pricing is set up on a per dog fee schedule, I cap charges at $80 per night and $40 per drop in or walk, regardless of the number of pets in your household. In the Rover app, I must modify your booking to be able to do that. I work full-time 9:30am -6pm, Monday -Friday in York, Pa, so I limit my service area during the week to areas between York and New Oxford. I can serve a larger area such as Gettysburg and Dillsburg on weekends. I adhere carefully to client directions about medication, supervision, feeding, and exercise. I want dogs to keep their usual routine as much as possible, and owners to rest assured their treasured pets are cared for as they would. I am a background -checked government employee that prides myself on being dependable and trustworthy. I discuss my scheduling limitations with owners to ensure they are getting a sitter who is the best fit for their pets.

About: I truly believe that pets are part of the family and am here to treat yours as my own. I am the first person my friends turn to when they need a sitter, and have both hosted dogs in my house and stayed with them in their own. I also enjoy pet visits and walks! I work as a teacher, so most of my availability is on the weekend and during summer months, although I am available for evening visits or walks during the week. I have a large fenced in yard that is great for running and playing and live in a neighborhood ideal for walks. I have a large crate available, if your dog’s routine includes crating. My own golden retriever would love to be friends with and keep your pet company! While I allow pets on my furniture and beds, I will follow the rules established for your pet.
