About: It wasn't until 2012 when I rented a home with a fenced yard that I adopted my first canine companion. Prior to that time, I always lived with cats and was the friend people thought of when they needed someone to do house and pet-sitting. I sat with quite a few small dogs, as well as a giant pit bull named Miles and a sweet special needs senior lab named Boogie. In my rural home on 3 acres are two 20 pound terriers named Jack and Sadie. They do not have a fenced yard to run around in, but always get at least three good walks each day (locally, on trails, dog parks). They're extremely bonded and are good with other small dogs and cats.

About: I’ve taken care dogs of all kinds, with 4 years of house and dog sitting experience. The longest period I have house/dog sat is 3 weeks. Experience chauffeuring pets. I can only board or house sit if our dogs get along so reach out for a meet n greet. Walks/check ins I can do solo. In the summer of 2026 i started a new job working from 100% unless traveling. Need accountabilibudies to. Help me step away from desk through the day. Also could use some extra money to cover my own dog care for when I need to travel for work Important to assess the needs of all dogs during a meet and greet prior to the first visit. When I am out and about the dogs are always leashed. It was very clear that Rebecca has a good sense of how dogs are and what they need. She was careful to point out that her stairway was sometimes a challenge for dogs and that it was important to make sure Mousse would be ok navigating them... and she'd thought out where to place the crate in her apartment so it wasn't in the sun. She sent regular check ins and Mousse was clearly having a great time in all the pictures :) In addition, Rebecca was very flexible and understanding when we were stuck in traffic and needed to delay pick up by a few hours. We hope to add Rebecca to our regular rotation of Rover sitters!”
“Mike watched our dog for 5 nights, and he was great. Sent pictures everyday and kept us updated. Bo-our dog- seemed to have a great time with Mike and his dog (who is also named Bo). Our dog can be a handful, he’s just under 2 and has a ton of energy but Mike did a great job. Would definitely recommend and will use him again. Thanks again Mike!”
“Andrew was wonderful from start to finish. He was easy to communicate with, very responsive, and flexible- we had to adjust our days after booking due to an unexpected funeral and he made the changes quickly. Jackie was very kind and welcoming, answered any questions and I felt very comfortable leaving him with her. She sent me pictures and gave me updates, and he looked happy and cozy.
