My dog is quite skidish about new dogs, new environments and new people. This was no challenge for Cheryl. She was able to ease my dogs insecurities right away and allowed her 2 dogs time to meet our little girl on her terms and very cautiously. Cheryl was flexible with my drop off and pick up times and communicated with me throughout the entire stay with updates and photos. She also provided my dog with medications for her skin and gave us great feedback on how I may be able to better care for her allergies. About: I have a wide variety of experience with all sorts of animals. I’ve had large and small dogs, cats, rodents, amphibians, and lizards, I even had a pot belly pig, sheep & duck as a child. I also volunteered at a local vet when I was a teenager and gained a lot of hands on experience caring for many types of animals! I’m a stay at home mom and I homeschool my two teenage daughters. They absolutely adore animals as well. I feel this will allow me to spend a lot of one on one time with your pet. Your fur baby will be well cared for and interacted with while they’re here! (Please note that Rover doesn’t consider my children’s ages to count towards, “children being present in our home.” However, I think this information should be available to those who choose to put their pets in my care. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of space for your fur baby to run! I also have separate family room in my house where our dogs sleep at night, and that is where I would put crates if they need to be crated at any time.

About: Started using this site back in high school then my favorite dog I sat for passed away so I stopped for a little well now I'm back and am wanting to care for as many pets as I can! I will use a leash to keep your pup safe outside of the play yard and they will never be outside unattended. We can introduce our dogs slowly, one at a time or however you are most comfortable. I prefer to have a meet and greet before booking so we make sure we’re a good match and so your pup can meet ours ahead of time.

I wake up walk the dogs feed them every two hours they go on a walk I like right by a dog park.bruah them bath them if they need it I go above and beyond for your fur baby's. There is a park right across from me dogs love it and we go all the time love taking the dogs out they love the park they get good exercise.

About: My entire life pretty much I've grown up around animals! I've had different rodent, and currently have 2 cats. The last 10ish years my family and I have cat/dog sat for multiple family members and friends. The last year I've cat sat for my neighbor multiple times. As far as regular work goes, I'm only doing part-time due to the limit on how many hours are being given. I'm also not enrolled in school, so my schedule has more than enough time to fit in some extra pet care. I have experience with giving medication (mostly pills), so if your fur baby has meds that are needed to be given, I'm more than willing. Like a lot of animals, I enjoy basking in the sun. So, taking your animals on long walks isn't an issue either. Your animals needs are my priority.

About: I have had dogs for the past 30 years. I am an approved foster home for a pug rescue. I have rescued several dogs! The last two years, I have been a dog walker! The dog I recently rescued was a client I walked whose mom was disabled. She needed more care than her mom could give her. We bonded from the first walk, and I knew I could be her forever home! I have a blind/deaf pug as well. I do a lot of housesitting and dogsitting it’s always a joy! My home is on an acre. I have my own business out of my home, and so I am home all day and your pet will not be left alone! I am home all day running my health coach business. Pet care will keep me busy and your animal happy..and the resident dogs will love having playmates! I do have a portion of my yard fenced in so the dogs have lots of room to run and play and be dogs. Dogs are rarely crated unless they are used to that and the owner request that they have time in their crate. I am home the majority of the time. I work from home on a part-time basis so I am with the dogs the majority of the time. When the dogs come to my home, it is like they are on their own little vacation. They have a good time playing with the other dogs and go home tired.

About: I love all animals. People call me the dog whisperer and say animals gravitate a lot towards me. I treat them with so much love and affection. I’d be happy to start your pets day with a good walk or play session, give them all the pets/cuddles, an afternoon exercise and a leisurely evening stroll. I would simply treat your pets like i do my own. Play, treats, cuddles/pets, talk to them… and most importantly be their best friend! I will always make sure to only put a collar on when dog goes out… choking hazard during play esp with another dog. Also making sure things are “toddler” proof… meds, food etc
About: I love people and their pets! Most of my professional life has been spent in the people-helping field, and I enjoy sharing my love of animals with those I help. I am very proud to have introduced therapy dogs and equine-facilitated therapy to crime survivors in Alachua County, FL! In my free time, I've fostered over 50 dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, and even a few rabbits for various local rescues. My specialty has been helping anxious dogs learn to trust people. Positive reinforcement is my go-to method of behavior modification, and I can continue your training regimen with your fur babies while you are out of town. I can provide medications and even farm-sit if you need! I've owned my own horse and have cared for goats, chickens, pot-bellied pigs, and burros. I work full-time in York, PA, so I limit the area where I provide services between York and New Oxford. I stop directly after work (6 pm is quitting time) back at your house, then return to spend the night after feeding my own dog. I provide routine meal times, potty breaks, litter clean-up, medications as needed, treats as positive reinforcement, play time, cuddles, walks and other exercise, and if your pets are used to sleeping in your bed, they are welcome to do the same with me! I do all of this in your home so your best bud doesn't have to stress about too many changes while they are missing you. While Rover's pricing is set up on a per dog fee schedule, I cap charges at $80 per night and $40 per drop in or walk, regardless of the number of pets in your household. In the Rover app, I must modify your booking to be able to do that. I work full-time 9:30am -6pm, Monday -Friday in York, Pa, so I limit my service area during the week to areas between York and New Oxford. I can serve a larger area such as Gettysburg and Dillsburg on weekends. I adhere carefully to client directions about medication, supervision, feeding, and exercise. I want dogs to keep their usual routine as much as possible, and owners to rest assured their treasured pets are cared for as they would. I am a background -checked government employee that prides myself on being dependable and trustworthy. I discuss my scheduling limitations with owners to ensure they are getting a sitter who is the best fit for their pets.

Elizabeth took her time with him, allowed me to set up a meet and greet an did three separate days with him before my vacation when he would be spending 6 days with her. He did great and Elizabeth kept me updated the entire time. She obviously has experience with all types of behavioral and health needs and it is clear how much she cares for and loves animals. She was very accommodating to my old senior Mochi and was able to arrange a quiet area for him to rest as well as a fenced outdoor area for him to roam. I was a little worried letting someone else watch Mochi since he's old dog ailments and we're from out of town, but Pamela gave me such a peace of mind with her experience with senior dogs and it showed with how great she took care of my ol'boy!
