I work another job part time so I am flexible. I have 2 fur babies of my own, a shepherd and a little mix. About: My name is Monica. I have taken care of pets for over 29 years. I currently have 3 cats both neutered. One is a senior 15 yrs old, then there is 7 yrs and 1 yr. They keep to themselves. I love taking dogs on walks/hikes, giving us both excercise. I have even taken a cat out on a leash for a client. I don't believe in punishment for undesireable behavior. About: I’ve been around dogs for several years and genuinely enjoy caring for them. I’m responsible, patient, and attentive to each pet’s unique needs. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or providing companionship, I make sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I understand the importance of keeping owners updated and treating every pet like they’re part of my own family. I’m currently a college student on break and work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for pets. I’m available most weekdays and weekends for dog walking and pet sitting. I enjoy staying active and making sure pets get the attention, exercise, and care they need while their owners are away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I will always follow your care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special needs. I’m patient, attentive, and committed to creating a safe and positive experience for every pet. About: My family has owned a pet sitting business in Stroudsburg, called IOU Pet Care, for 15+ years. The first job I ever had was going to people’s homes and walking their pups for an hour, checking food and water bowls as well as litter boxes, or even staying the night there. For the past 15 years, since I was 15 years old, I’ve cared for almost every species of house pet you can think of, in just about every way that the owners needed. I genuinely love animals. Playing with them, training them, caring for them, it’s such a rewarding experience for both of us. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs of my own, and they make my life so much better. I’m always building cat walls and catios, new interactive toys for the dogs, and whatever else I can do to give them all the best lives they could possibly have. When working with my family’s business, it’s always been “customized pet care needs.” I plan to stick with that. I have no allergies. I’ve cared for all ages and sizes of cats, dogs, fish, birds, hamsters, and probably a few other species that aren’t coming to mind at the moment. Overall, very very thankful for her help and would book again.”
