“Kaipo loved Scotts home. He was so excited to be there. Nice big yard to run around in and other dogs to play with as well. One of the biggest changes I noticed after Kaipos' stay was that he now returns the ball to me when we play fetch. He would never do that before. Keep away was his favorite game. Took him to dog park and I was throwing the ball for him for nearly an hour. He bought it back every time, dropped it and waited for me to pick it up and throw it again. That was a nice change and I want to thank Scott for fixing that. I had fun.”

About: My family has owned a pet sitting business in Stroudsburg, called IOU Pet Care, for 15+ years. The first job I ever had was going to people’s homes and walking their pups for an hour, checking food and water bowls as well as litter boxes, or even staying the night there. For the past 15 years, since I was 15 years old, I’ve cared for almost every species of house pet you can think of, in just about every way that the owners needed.
About: I’ve been around dogs and animals in general since a young age, with my grandpa running a small farm. I’ve grown up around breeds like German Shepherds, and have always taken care of friends’ dogs while they were in vacation. I learned a lot from my fiancé, who ran a successful dog walking business in New York City Give yourself peace of mind, your dog is in safe, loving, caring hands. I’m currently working from home with a special schedule which I take advantage of as it frees up a lot of time during the day. Pet care fits into it quite easily, as I have a daily routine I follow which includes dog walks, time with the dogs outside and of course feedings (and tending medicine when needed). I have a home situated on a quiet, secluded private lot that backs up onto a river with several trails within a short walking distance. The yard is secluded, well shaded and has ample space. I take care to be active with the dogs, so I usually toss frisbees or play fetch several times a day to keep them content. I walk my dogs twice around the neighborhood. Besides home, I have a number of dog-friendly trails and parks both in East Stroudsburg and nearby where I bring the dogs for some quality time outside. This includes hiking on trails and in the mountains, bringing the dogs to rivers or lakes, I mix it up each week depending on the weather conditions. Any time I go on an outdoor adventure, I make sure I have the owner’s consent. Their dogs will always be hydrated and have a snack. I only ask that if your dog has specific dietary needs or is taking medication, that you provide me with the necessary information and schedule. I have two modes of transport for dogs, both of which offer plenty of space, safety and comfort for the dogs while en route.

The first job I ever had was going to people’s homes and walking their pups for an hour, checking food and water bowls as well as litter boxes, or even staying the night there. For the past 15 years, since I was 15 years old, I’ve cared for almost every species of house pet you can think of, in just about every way that the owners needed. I genuinely love animals. Playing with them, training them, caring for them, it’s such a rewarding experience for both of us. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs of my own, and they make my life so much better. I’m always building cat walls and catios, new interactive toys for the dogs, and whatever else I can do to give them all the best lives they could possibly have. When working with my family’s business, it’s always been “customized pet care needs.” I plan to stick with that. I have no allergies. I’ve cared for all ages and sizes of cats, dogs, fish, birds, hamsters, and probably a few other species that aren’t coming to mind at the moment. About: I’m sorry to say that my partner Rochelle has left the business to continue her education. I would like to introduce myself. My name is Vanessa Gibson. I am Rochelle’s mother and we worked with dogs for over 9 years. I am currently a stay home mom who is willing to babysit some dogs or cats to occupy her time. We have four cats and two dogs. We love all types of animals. We used to babysit a doctors' dog while she was away working or on vacation. We are always willing to learn new things. We are pretty flexible with our time. If you have cats that are part time outdoor cats and also indoor cats -- I will only let the cats out, while I am at the house 100% of the time and supervising them, as I want to ensure that your pets are safe.
About: I love taking care of fur babies and I had a 120lb Great Pyrenees and mini schnauzer myself. As an experienced dog handler, I'll be sure your dog gets excersize, stays safe, and is taken care of and loved when you're gone. Whatever your dogs needs, just let me know and I will be sure to provide for them and send daily pictures too! Walk, play, bathe, visit, cuddle, or stay overnights. If you are training your dog I can continue it so they get all the practice while you're gone. Anything else, feel free to ask with a message! Please include in your messages your pets schedules and any special care, training, or behavior instructions to note. I work from home so pets usually stay around me the whole day! I get breaks to take them out and play. Home dinner time and wind down before sleep. Fenced yard, will walk on leash around neighborhood, crate is great to bring if they are used to sleeping in it, I let them go in and out as they please

As an animal caretaker of many years, l've learned how to instill routine into pets' lives. In the back of the house there's acres of land for your dog to exercise (also fenced off) and have fun. If you need boarding but your dog does not get along with others, l can still provide that as we have a large RV and a little air bnb cabin where I can stay with your pup or cat :)
“Kaipo loved Scotts home. He was so excited to be there. Nice big yard to run around in and other dogs to play with as well. One of the biggest changes I noticed after Kaipos' stay was that he now returns the ball to me when we play fetch. He would never do that before. Keep away was his favorite game. Took him to dog park and I was throwing the ball for him for nearly an hour. He bought it back every time, dropped it and waited for me to pick it up and throw it again. That was a nice change and I want to thank Scott for fixing that. I had fun.”
